An important booking note from Libby: "Our guest cottage is one of the least expensive vacation rentals in the area and very close to the beach. It is in very high demand during season. If you are serious about booking I urge you to call me instead of emailing an inquiry. We receive hundreds of requests a year. It can be difficult to respond to all of the Flipkey inquiries that we receive via email...again, if you have "serious" interest in our cottage please contact me via telephone first. Thanks, Libby"

This was a great place to vacation. John and Libby are the best and do whatever it takes to make your stay comfortable. I can't say enough about how great they are. Anyway, we will be back next March. The place is perfect for 2 and close to the beaches and other fun stuff. Also stocked with everything you need, spotless, and tastefully decorated! I am in a wheelchair and it worked out great for me.
“Clean, quiet & close to beach, church & other conveniences.”

The service was excellent. The home was small, yet it had all the necessities needed. Location to church, restaurants, shopping and the beach were all convenient. We enjoyed the screened in area. It was relaxing to read & play cards in. The bathroom shower was great along with the washer & dryer. The kitchen microwave wattage was too small & the refrigerator froze many of my vegetables.
Thank you, we loved having you for two months and look forward to seeing you next Jan and Feb for your reservation!

Our stay at the Beachy Old Florida Cottage was delightful. This was a really relaxing Florida vacation, so close to all the things we love - waterfront, beaches, restaurants, shopping, Naples attractions - and even an old-fashioned ice cream parlor. Our hosts (and tour guides), John and Libby, who live on site, really care about their guests' comfort. They made us feel welcome,"just like family." The decor is especially colorful, fun, bright and cheerful. The cottage is spotless and private, and we felt safe and secure. The adjustable beds are heavenly. The handy walk-in shower and kitchenette are fully stocked. Everything we could ask for was provided, including a washer and dryer, TV, wifi, refrigerator, range, microwave - and two island cruiser bikes. Wow! We so enjoyed the private and spacious lanai in among the privacy of palm trees and a beautifully landscaped garden. What more can we say. This is a great place to relax and enjoy. We plan to be back to stay at this lovely cottage by by the beach.

John and Libby make your stay so comfortable! Their warm greeting and enthusiasm for the Bonita Springs made me feel instantly relaxed and excited to explore the area. The cottage is perfect, so clean, cozy, and very private. I especially loved sitting on the lanai with my morning coffee. Barefoot Beach is beautiful, so serene with lots of open space. The food in the local restaurants was delicious! Coconut Jacks on the River and Bay Front Bistro were my personal favorites! I will definitely return for some winter R&R;! Thank you John and Libby!

We truly enjoyed this Old Florida Cottage which is extremely close to the beach (about 1.5 miles), so a very easy bike ride, walk, or car. We spent a great deal of time at Delnor-Wiggins State Park which is a beautiful natural area with a lovely beach for watching dolphins and fishing. The neighborhood around this cottage is wonderful for biking and walking! The cottage is complete with everything you would need and so very clean, plus just a short drive to the grocery store and resturants. The screened lanai with the wonderful landscaping is an extra plus for morning coffee, meals, or just relaxing with the swish of the palms and the song of the birds! John and Libby are excellent to work with and have done an outstanding job of making this an unique vacation experience! We hope to return!

We had a very pleasant experience renting the Beachy Old Florida Cottage. It was close to Barefoot Beach which was lovely and the owners had just purchased bikes that offered a fun way to get to and enjoy the Barefoot Beach Preserve. The Cottage had lots of charm and was very clean. We could not have been happier. It is perfect for two people. It was in a very quiet neighborhood but close to Bonita Springs Blvd with easy access to everything. They had everything you could need for the beach available and we honestly could not think of anything we wish they would have had that they didn't already think of. You cannot go wrong with this adorable cottage.

Cottage was well appointed. Libby and John told me all I needed to bring was my personal belongings...and they were right! From beach chairs and beach towels they had it all. They even bought me a coffee grinder to use when I was there! I really liked being in the middle of it all...shopping, food and most importantly the beach!I'm planning on coming back later this year!

Our first time in the Bonita Springs area was wonderful. Beach was close enough to bike to, but Barefoot Beach was our favorite. John and Libby Conrath were attentive and helpful. We especially appreciated the book they provided with info on entertainment, shopping and restaurants. They were also informative about where to buy a beach parking pass as we were staying for several weeks. The pass was well worth the money upfront as we were at the beach often. We would love to stay with the Conraths again.
