“Fabulous - will return!” I stayed in the athens apartment on a winter getaway in February. The apartment was beautiful, luxurious, with everything I could ask for - from adapters to wine and ouzo! Carole was so helpful in arranging everything and I really loved the gift basket and all of the helpful guidance, very neatly organized, that came with the apartment. The location was great - walking distance to everything with a real neighborhood feel to it. The kitchen was beautful and great to cook in and at night I sat on the balcony watching the busy streets below ... so relaxing! I am so glad I found this ... Carole made everything so easy. I am planning a family trip next summer.

“Great apartment. Great stay. Great vacation.” I thought it would be fun and interesting to stay in an apartment rather than a traditional hotel for our athens vacation. We are a family of four from the northeast us, the dad being of Greek descent, with kids ages 10 and 12. We wanted a home base from which to visit the city and surrounding areas and take excursions to the beaches and islands. We wanted a two bedroom apartment in a quiet part of town with the essentials: kitchen, washer, internet, air conditioning. We needed it to be close to the Metro to let us get into the center and we wanted a few local options for shopping and dining. This apartment has all that. The rooms are quiet, on the top 5th floor of a recent construction building. The bulding has an elevator and is mostly occupied but very quiet and feels secure. The neighborhood is residential with some small businesses, shops and restaurants within an easy walk. The walk to the Daphni Metro station is short and the red line is modern and quick to the dontown areas. We are one stop away from the Metro Mall at St. Demetrios station (for a us style outing) and five stops from the akropolis station. Athens is best explored on foot so bring good shoes a good backpack and climatecool clothing. The beaches along the attic coast a ok and easy to get to (a 30 minute bus ride from Daphne) but for small funds it is easy to get to aegina for a day trip and other islands are not too far. The metro connects to Piraeus for access to the ferry. If you are travelling from the us you will need some downtime to adjust to the time zone. We were grateful to have a comfortable place to rest the first few days and we purchased food at the local market next to the station to avoid eating out too much. Overall we are very pleased and highly recommend this apartment.

“great apartment and great host!..” We had a great stay at the apartment. We missed the first day of our booking due to a delay in the trip but George very accommodating of our needs and responded to our emails at all times. The apartment itself is very beautiful and very comfortable. You can drive to the city center in less than 10 mins and there is plenty street parking available outside the apartment building. Since it was winter, we didn't go to the beach, but the apartment is very close to the shoreline. Of all the places we stayed in Greece, this was the only place which had a full size bath tub and shower. It might sound like a lame thing to be excited about but you have no idea how good it feels after you spend a week on the Greek islands with tiny bathrooms and hand showers. My only complaint is that the second bathroom is a half bathroom. Not a deal breaker but definitely helps if you are a 3-4 people and trying to get out quick to tour the city. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

“Athens experience.” It was wonderful studio apartment, it has a good bed and comfortable couch, its fair enough for three persons, with wonderful trace balcony that have good view of city. The studio location is very close from dynamic street with two minutes walk to it and near bus station. Finally, the host was vary helpful and we booked it in last minutes before 4 days from the date of arrival, we enjoyed it and we recommend this property and the host as well.

“Athens experience” It was wonderful modern apartment, it has a good two bedrooms and lovely living room that make the sunlight and wind flow come inside, the kitchen was full with cooking tools, dish washer and expresso machine, wonderful balcony that have good view of city. The location is very close from dynamic street - Siggrou - with two minutes walk to it along with near bus station. Finally, the host was vary helpful and we booked it in last minutes before two hours of arrival, we enjoyed it and we recommend this property and as well as the host who has professional experience in hospitality.
