“amazing” We would just like to extend our gratitude for having enabled us to have such a relaxing holiday. The apt was the perfect retreat and way surpassed our expectations. The intricate detail and design of the apt. and the spaciousness added to the luxuriousness which we were surrounded in. We were spoilt with every amenity of comfort and bathed in the glory daily. Every morning we lay outside on the balcony on the most comfortable sun loungers and just lapped up beauty of the ocean at sunrise, The view from both balconies were spectacular. All we can say is, it was well worth travelling the ten hours; for although the weather was not great, it didn't really matter as we were able to enjoy the apt to its full potential. We will definitely recommend you to our friends, and hope to bring you customers in the near future. My wife and I would love to come again too. Thank You so much again for everything.

“comfortable and convenient” We recently spent a long weekend at the Purple Parrot for an impromptu family reunion. We chose Yosanmine 10ad for its location near the pool and its proximity to Jump Up 5ad, where the rest of our family stayed. We ate meals and relaxed in 5ad, but during the time we spent in 10ad, we found it to be well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, and convenient for our purposes. The bed is firm, which we appreciated. My only recommendation is for the bathroom towels to be upgraded. They were thin and needing to be replaced. The management company is stellar, and we really appreciated the personal attention, friendliness, and responsiveness of the staff. The weather was great during our visit in the first week of October and we especially enjoyed being poolside in the glorious mornings.

“Very nice with extra touches.” Mr. Johnny has thought of everything. From trash bags to paper towels to toilet tissue, it's all there. These are things you typically have to buy on your own, so it's nice that he provides them. The place is nice and the view is great. Really enjoyed my stay.

“Great location!” What a great trip! Berkshire Hathaway made it so simple to rent from & find the condo. It was absolutely the best location for skiing, walking right out of the condo and you are steps away from the lift & gondala. The condo was in excellent condition and fantastic views from every angle of our corner condo. Lionshead Center had great places to eat and shop. But if you wanted to go to the village, you were steps away from the bus stop. Fantastic!

“We love to hear the ocean!” Georgina treated us like family. She communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival & departure. The windows in each room slide open & we went to sleep & awoke each day listening to the ocean & overlooking it along with the gorgeous green mountains. ust incredible! Lots of cute places to eat a few minute stroll up the road. The roof top pool & lounge is like being on a yacht. Easy access to the beach & nice clean sand. We cant wait to come back!

“Beautiful and "home away from home" feel!” The pool area was breathtaking. :)) We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, and the convenience of the washer and dryer to wash beach and bath towels was wonderful. The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Th beds were extremely comfortable, and had plush linens and pillows. The carpet throughput the upstairs could stand to go...and the tub in the master would be tricky and uncomfortable for some...also had mildew stains... Overall really great stay

“Enjoyed!!” This place served us well for our needs. We would stay there again. The gated community was nice and the pool area was wonderful. The place was clean and ready for our check in and didn't have any problems. The bed in this unit lacks in the comfort department. It really shoudl be replaced. Other than that it was perfect for our short stay with our boys.

“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Great weekend getaway at a great price!” The condo is kept very clean and the host provides lots of great amenities. It is also one of the more affordable options available in the area. “Fantastic” Our stay was fantastic. The condo was beautiful, classy, accommodating, family-friendly, and in the perfect location. The condo is steps away from the beach, has a gorgeous outdoor pool and hot tub (simply stunning), outdoor drink and food hut, and an indoor pool and hot tub facility for those rainy days. The condo location is directly on the main strip in panama city beach, which allowed easy access to great food and entertainment. Everything you would ever want to see and do is just minutes away. The condo owner was phenomenal! They ensured we were prepared for our trip, was prompt and informative with important information, and was available and prompt in answering any questions we had. I would high recommend this vacation rental, and will definitely visit again!

“Great condo!” We really enjoyed our stay at the Purple Parrott. The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. They even had Netflix. The kitchen was very well equipped...including a blender and crockpot. It was a short walk to both pools and the gym. The outdoor pool was wonderful and had plenty of lounge chairs. We loved being able to take our own drinks to the pool. The beach was less than a mile away. This was the first time we had not stayed directly on the beach, but it was a much better bargain than a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again.
