Enchanting Mountain Cabin Wooded Property w/ WiFi

Allenspark log cabin

4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 8

“Cabin is more wonderful than you can imagine” The cabin was absolutely beautiful and was better than we could have imagined. The pictures just don't do it justice. The 2 new bathrooms are amazing and the jacuzzi tub was a lifesaver after we returned battered and bruised from whitewater rafting. After being gone all day, it was such a joy "coming home" at night to the warmth and comfort of the cabin. There were 8 of us and we were looking for peace and quiet and seclusion and we found it. The cabin was only 15 miles from Estes Park, so it was close enough for all the activities that Estes provides. We can not say enough great things about the cabin and Jessie was so easy to deal with. To stay anywhere else on your Rocky Mountain visit would be denying yourself the best accomodations in the area.

Mountain Log Home Near Rocky Mountain National Prk

Estes Park house

5 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / sleeps 10

“Amazing mountain retreat, close to everything.” My family and I celebrated my parent's anniversary with a weeklong vacation at the Mountain Log Home. It was perfect. Dean was incredibly responsive with all of our questions and extra desires. He gave us some great local advice including hiking and driving tips for the area. The group consisted of 10 adults (1 teen) and 2 littles ones under age three. We all like to hang out together and the space accommodated all of us perfectly for cooking large meals, hanging together as a large group (inside and out), and still allowed some separation for nap time or adult time. Our favorite feature may have been the patio (with a great hot tub), that allowed us to eat outside and corralled the kids in a safe place, on a flat surface. The home was in the perfect location and was close to everything including a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park for hikes and Estes Park for eating and shopping. You could even walk into town, albeit, it was along busy highways. The home felt private and truly like an oasis for our family. We all agreed that we would stay here again. You can't go wrong.

Bighorn Cottage... charming and close to town!

Estes Park cottage

2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 6

“Bighorn Cottage - love it!” We have stayed in Bighorn Cottage twice and absolutely love it! It is so comfortable and homelike. We love the sleeping porch area, and the new windows were wonderful! The open TV, Dining and sleeping area make it so much fun to be with friends and family at all times. We also enjoyed the privacy that the bedroom offered. The walk in closet helped with hanging our dress clothes, and our hiking clothes. I loved having a washer and dryer there, just in case, too! The kitchen was great for storing food and eating in. When we did leave the cottage, the outside hammock, chairs and center community area were our favorite spot though! We could read and still be a part of the gathering, and the evening activities were awesome. Carolyn & Terry are excellent hosts, and we look forward to our return visit soon! We also enjoyed the location - we walked downtown and got to visit the local shops without any problems. The visitor's information center was close enough to walk to as well. The hiking was perfect, too!

Estes Park apartment

2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom / sleeps 6

“Wonderful place & hosts, great surroundings & spectacular views” Stayed at Mary's Lake getaway for a week with my parents who visited from Germany, and we had a wonderful time, also because the hosts are very cordial and caring people. This is by far the nicest, most private and quiet getaway I ever stayed at: All the rooms are spacious, quiet, clean, and were beautifully decorated with a very personal touch. A big, fully equipped kitchen allows for evening cooking & guests can enjoy their meals on the front porch with views of the lake, the surrounding mountains, and elk grazing a few feet away...we will be back :).

Come here during all four seasons of the year to experience high-mountain outdoor adventures. This is the ideal place for hiking, camping, skiing, or rock climbing. While you're planning a trip to Allenspark, consider a stay in your own private luxury vacation rental. During the snowy winter, find a cabin close to the legendary ski areas. During the summer, book a lakeside condo or secluded cottage with a private dock where you can launch a canoe and watch the sun rise over the mountains.

While you're here, take advantage of all that Allenspark has to offer. Go shopping for crafts and antiques in the quaint downtown area, see a live music performance, or visit one of Allenspark's many art galleries and museums. After the sun goes down, make the most of the world-class dining and nightlife venues.

Here are a few additional suggestions as you make your plans:

  • Go skiing and snowboarding: Allenspark lies in the heart of some of Colorado's most beautiful ski country. Both downhill and cross country trails are powdery and pristine all winter long.
  • Hike the trails: The hiking trails around Allenspark are great places to see breathtaking waterfalls, majestic overlooks, and species of elusive wildlife like foxes, hawks, and elk.
  • Go horseback riding: Several stables in Allenspark offer one-on-one lessons or guided trail rides up into the mountains for a few hours or a few days.
  • Go whitewater rafting: Come in the spring and early summer for high rivers and thrilling whitewater rafting adventures on the Front Range.
  • Go fly fishing: Colorado is home to some of the best fly fishing in all of the Rocky Mountain States. Take your equipment and an experienced guide to the best trout fishing waterways in the area.
  • Go on an elk safari: In the fall, join a charter tour on a safari vehicle into the heart of elk country. See these incredible animals during their most active season.

You'll never run out of fun things to do in Allenspark, and the best way to experience it all is by staying in your own secluded cabin or luxury vacation rental. New year at aspen Cabin

Being at aspen Cabin has been one of our most beautiful moments we have spent with our families. This cabin has all that we needed; lot of comfort and incredible nature. Our kids really enjoyed the week there. Even a moose came to visit us, which were such sweet moment. This cabin is close to Estes park and great town with a lot of outdoor activities which is great. I definitely will back with my family. Thanks Jessie for such amazing place. Svenman and Di Mare families.see more
