“Everything was first class” It was a very nice, clean, and quiet location. We didn't bother going out to eat - we ordered take-out most nights from a very good Italian restaurant, and enjoyed a bottle of wine and great views from our private balcony. Ken was an excellent host, giving us a lot of valuable tips the day we moved in. He also graciously provided a trail parking pass for the duration of our stay. An added bonus was the fact that the Suites are only a 10 minute walk from a state park on Oak Creek. We enjoyed wading in the cool creek and enjoying beautiful sunsets after a full day of hiking. If I return to the Sedona area, I would certainly stay here again!

“Just Perfect!” Just returned from an excellent experience in this homey and beautifully decorated condo -- right on the river in Edwards. It served as a home away from home to our daughter's grandparents as they enjoyed a "family home" atmosphere during our visit. Every amenity was available in this modern and spacious 2 bedroom condo. I can only hope to have the opportunity to stay here again - communication with the owners is timely and genuine.

“Large rental home with outstanding amenities” Beautiful well maintained home in a quiet, picturesque setting. Rented by two families with teenagers on a ski vacation. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Incredible kitchen was great for cooking evening meals. Owner very attentive to every detail to make sure our stay was comfortable. Would definetly rent again.

“I loved it, very relaxing.” I had a wonderful time, it was the perfect time of year to go. Tom did is absolute best to be the best host that he could be. I wish it wasn’t with flip key. They charge too much, and they bombard me with emails.
