“The most wonderful time of the year!” Our family vacation in St. Martin ended in august, after our 6th year being guests at Villa Belle Mer. Now we are counting the days until next summer to return to the beautiful Island and our second home, Villa Belle Mer. Upon each return new and wonderful things happen at the villa, this year all new outdoor furniture, spacious area for 8 - 10 persons to sit in comfort. I was the queen in the gourmet kitchen until the arrival of a large weber gasgrill, then the men took over cooking the dinners. Our boys spent hours with friends in the upstairs library, playing one of the many games available for the guests, as well about 200 books. The friendly cross breezes and ceiling fans makes this a wonderful get away with the views over to St. Barts. Thank you for letting us share your Villa.

“Totally awesome” We stayed a Le Vie En Bleu for 10 days this last July on the advice from Ted at St. Martin Reservation Center. From the moment we stepped into this wonderful villa, we knew Ted's advice was spot on. Everything about this classy home was done with the vacationers enjoyment in mind. Granted, it's a bit small but the floor plan is designed in a way that brought your every glance to the beautiful ocean right in front of you. It had all the modern amenities you'd expect to find in a five star villa rental. My wife used the oceanfront gym each morning and loved it.I could write a novel about this totally private get away in paradise but I'll just say one thing. We plan on returning next summer to Le Vie En Bleu. Thank you Ted !!!

“Excellent” Wonderful home for 2-4 people. Excellent staff at house. Close to beach, stores, etc. Views of ocean, island and anquilla are the best. Total privacy within 5 acre property. St Martin Reservation Center are by far the best we have ever dealt with on any vacation. We have rented this property for 9 straight years and Ted and his staff do it all. They arrange for pickup at airport, delivery of rental car to house and make sure our vacation is worry free. They have also recomended new restaurants over the years. Joann, at reservation center recomended this property after I viewed 5 in 2004. Joann guided me to chose this one based on her expierence with the properties. We have not been disapointed. Highly recomend the property and St Martin Reservation Center.

“we had a grand time, the villa was so lovely.” Transfers to & from the airport was a breeze what w/ 12 people & luggage. Isabella was at the villa & explained the sec. gate the electronics & took us on a tour when we got there. Juanita, the housekeeper was very knowledgeable of the villa & it's workings. The view from the veranda was beautiful. The beach was within walking distance & you didn't need water shoes to go in the water. The beach was not over populated & you could get a bite to eat & a beer or fresh fruit & rum drink. The furniture in the villa was of good quality not worn & rickety. The appliances were high end & large enough for 12 people. Maybe so high end I had to pull out the manual to figure out how to work the oven & what all the little pictures meant on the oven. Some of the lights around the pool area did not work but the electrician came to get them fixed on the day we were leaving for the next guests that were coming only hrs. after we left. All 12 of us agreed that we would definitely return to this villa again.
