“Christmas was spent here so to us it is Xmaskrigg cottage” You could not find two more considerate and helpful hosts than Martin and Berys. Nothing was too much trouble in their efforts to make our stay a memorable one. The accommodation and facilities were of the highest quality. Its proximity to Moonee Ponds rail station made Melbourne quickly accessible and MP itself had a diversity of restaurants with cuisines to satisfy most palates. There were supermarkets and other shops for those who preferred to buy in to cook at the cottage. Anyone wishing to visit Melbourne and who like a homely and quiet environment could not possibly do better than spend their time at askrigg cottage.

“Outstanding apartment!” Modern and well furnished harbourside apartment with beautiful views of Crown Casino. Excellent facilities included indoor pool, sauna, gym, BBQ and car space. The apartment was well stocked with cooking equipment, towels, toiletries, plates, cups etc. Small stereo with ipod connectivity, wifi internet, tv with foxtel and even some classic Dvds (we watched the 1980's Batman!) made it feel very homely. Location: very convenient for access to australian Open just 5-10 min walk to trams, CBD, restaurants. Iga supermarket just downstairs was also very handy. Owners extremely helpful and prompt with communications. Met all expectations and exceeded them. Highly recommended ++

“Comfortable ,clean convenient with all nice things provided” I love staying at city side south bank apartment ,Melbourne ,,,it's sooo close to everything that is going on in that exciting city ...tram station down stairs .iga around the corner ,liquor store around the corner ..!! ,,quality markets just a few blocks up the road ...casino over the road .convention centre over the road ...plus it is a very nicely 'decked out' ..comfortable,clean and spacious apartment ..with all requirements provided plus swimming pool barbecue area and gymnasium down stairs what more could a person want when they go to Melbourne it's always my first choice of places to stay ...a very happy customer

“A real gem.” My wife and I and four friends stayed for three nights in this well; situated 3 bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to the CBD, entertainment precinct, fabulous restaurants, as well as trains and trams. The apartment was clean, with all the requirement we needed. The Manager Chris was helpful and responded to all our queries quickly and ensured we had all the information we required. I will most certainly stay here again.

“A great stay” We have used this apartment several times when travelling on business. It is very close to the local shopping centre for all your grocery needs and the tram to the city is literally at the front door. Extremely comfortable and quiet despite its location in the heart of things. We travel with our small dog who was made very welcome and was happy to run about at the large park a 5 minute walk away. A very appealing 'home away from home' for long or short stays.

“Home away from home.” Excellent property in an excellent location. My husband and I stayed here with our two boys. The apartment is very spacious, clean and convenient to all the places we wanted to see. Having the tram stop directly outside the building made it very easy to get around. We were in the city in 5 minutes and we had a lovely time at the Queen Vic Market - it is a must to see. We also just loved the atmosphere in Lygon Street, with all its restaurants. I must also say how welcoming the owners are. They met us with the keys to the apartment and explained how everything worked in the apartment. Our apartment was on the ground floor and we found it very quiet and had a lovely stay. We hope to be back again.
