“No March Madness with this Terrific Townhouse!” Craving for a chance to escape the snow and cold of winter, we chose Scottsdale and Spring Training. We happened to find this lovely townhome with sufficient room and amenities. This place was quiet and peaceful, yet close to all of the activities one could desire, including ball parks and shopping. The home was everything described and then some--even the first morning coffee was in the cupboard ready for the brewing. We felt safe and secure in this gated, friendly and clean community. It was obvious that the owner took care of the little things that many vacation rentals often overlook, including critical avenues of communication through email, texts, and phone calls. Care and attention to the overall maintenance of the property, furniture, and appliances is obvious. We loved the signage that explained which switches did what! Would rent here again if we could!

“Close to Old Town Scottsdale” Candice was very accomodating wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated very stylish. Comfortable beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Nice linens. All standard applicances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Having a single car garage at ground level was also very nice. The local trolly also stops in front of the condo complex. Grocery, post office, and drug stores within walking distance. This condo is close to Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium with quick access to the freeway. We liked being minutes away from many attractions including restaurants, museums, parks and shopping.

“Absolutley Wonderful!!” The photos we saw don't do the place justice. It was just beautifully appointed, situated in a maginficient location, just perfect for our family. All the amenities are at your fingertips, both inside and outside. Cari-Lee thought of everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, and she was always there when we needed to ask about anything. We had a lot of fun playing golf and tennis, and the kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Ps: There is no Check-in and Service per say so i gave it five stars anyway other wise wonderful.

“This was a place of calm in a busy world.” My husband and I enjoyed a week at your casita. We found that it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. “Felt like home” This home is amazing! My two sons and I had the best time and will definitely be back. “Cozy, 1970s-style good for groups” This house and guest house right in the heart of Uptown Sedona is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. It features a front porch with rocking chairs, a back yard with grass and hot tub, a guest cottage and arizona Room (like a porch) between the guest house and main house. It is easy to spend time here and has lovely views from all windows. Cozy kitchen and dining room are great for serving meals. We used the space for a class and it allowed us several locations to use. Note that "wi-fi" is really located on the porch and is direct-connect on the telephone line when we were there. Better to go to surf at an internet cafe down the street. But why need to do that when there is so much to do nearby.

“Too Clean” This place is great!!! The cabin is bigger than it looks in the pictures. As soon as we arrived we felt like we were home, very comfortable. There is a chain link fence around the whole property which worked otr great for letting our kids run around outside (boundaries of where they could and could not go were obvious). We spend most of our time in Flagstaff, which was a very quick drive to and from. There is a gas station near by for quick necessities. Next time I hope we can stay longer and I can explore some of the trails that are near the cabin. This place is great for all ages, even those with mobility issues could go through the sliding glass door in front, it only has two steps. Our only complaint, it was too clean; my wife walked straight into the sliding glass door on the back deck. Full face print, classic. (she's going to kill me when she reads this)
