“No March Madness with this Terrific Townhouse!” Craving for a chance to escape the snow and cold of winter, we chose Scottsdale and Spring Training. We happened to find this lovely townhome with sufficient room and amenities. This place was quiet and peaceful, yet close to all of the activities one could desire, including ball parks and shopping. The home was everything described and then some--even the first morning coffee was in the cupboard ready for the brewing. We felt safe and secure in this gated, friendly and clean community. It was obvious that the owner took care of the little things that many vacation rentals often overlook, including critical avenues of communication through email, texts, and phone calls. Care and attention to the overall maintenance of the property, furniture, and appliances is obvious. We loved the signage that explained which switches did what! Would rent here again if we could!

“Close to Old Town Scottsdale” Candice was very accomodating wanting to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo is decorated very stylish. Comfortable beds with plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Nice linens. All standard applicances in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Having a single car garage at ground level was also very nice. The local trolly also stops in front of the condo complex. Grocery, post office, and drug stores within walking distance. This condo is close to Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Stadium with quick access to the freeway. We liked being minutes away from many attractions including restaurants, museums, parks and shopping.

“Awesome stay” This unit was well located, always felt safe. Pool was well maintained, cold water fountain, washroom and shower.

“Absolutley Wonderful!!” The photos we saw don't do the place justice. It was just beautifully appointed, situated in a maginficient location, just perfect for our family. All the amenities are at your fingertips, both inside and outside. Cari-Lee thought of everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, and she was always there when we needed to ask about anything. We had a lot of fun playing golf and tennis, and the kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Ps: There is no Check-in and Service per say so i gave it five stars anyway other wise wonderful.

“Great place” Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean, rental. Close to many things to do. Great pool. We would stay here again.

“Great condo for family!” Very bright and clean, lots of thoughtful amenities in the home. Easy to find and get in and out of the complex. Close groceries and restaurants. Everything we needed for the week.

“Very quiet and beautiful mountain views” My husband and I stayed here in January of 2014 and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The first thing we noticed when we came were the beautiful mountain views. Just gorgeous. We had friends over a couple of times and the place was very comfortable and felt like home. This was our first time to Phoenix and we were very happy with our choice. The owner was pleasant and hospitable. We used the gym once and it had great equipment. The pool area also had nice mountain views and we loved the jacuzzi! Especially in the evening. It was a nice escape and hope to come back in the future.

“Clean, comfortable, attractive condo” We spent a week at this condo in Scottsdale. Candice, the owner, was always ready to answer questions and provide assistance. Two books were available to explain how things worked and to give information about dining, sights to see and how to get around. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the appliances that one would need. The unit was quiet and we felt safe and at home. However, if you want to be able to walk to shopping and sights, this is not the place for you. We had a car and were quite able to pick up groceries and go where we wanted to go.

“What a wonderful slice of paradise.” The condo was everything it said it would be. Spent 6 glorious weeks there and felt very much at home. Priscilla could not be more accommodating...The condo was clean, quiet and just beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay there. What I liked was it was centrally located to shopping centers, gyms & restaurants. I will surely go back. Thank you for your hospitality. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and relaxation. I give and excellent recommendation.

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!

“A Great House for a Family Reunion” This was the perfect house for my family's needs. The house is clean, beautiful and very spacious. We came for a family wedding and it was the ideal meeting place for all of relatives. I would definitely recommend it.

“Incredible” We are finishing our two week stay here and have enjoyed the condo, pool and friendly residents. This is very close to everything including shopping,hockey and football. The condo is fully equipment with everything you would need. The whole holiday has been incredible. Thanks Linda and Bob for letting us enjoy our stay and someday we hope to come back. Muriel. “Fanastic” Location of condo in North Scottsdale in a gated community terrific. Easy access to pool and club house. Quiet. Close to all amenties. Weather great during our stay. Will most likely return.

“Comfortable Condo” My husband and I stayed here with our dog for 2 months, February and March, 2015. This unit is very comfortable, supplied with everything you might possibly need during your stay. The premises are spotlessly clean. The owner was always available and did everything she could to ensure we were satisfied. I cannot imagine a more friendly, organized or efficient manager than Candace. She left printed instructions to most answer most questions a tenant might have about the condominium and the area, but responded quickly when we had any request. The unit is on the ground floor, located just across the street from the pool area. The designated parking spot is conveniently located a few steps away from the front door. Although the pool isn't heated, there is a nice hot tub/Jacuzzi in the pool area, as well as lots of lounge chairs and patio tables. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and visiting with other residents in the sunshine. Everyone we met here was very welcoming, and many other tenants had pet dogs or cats. When relatives came to stay with us for a few days, they told us that the fold out sofa, with the addition of the mattress topper provided, was quite comfy!
