“An amazing stay for our family!” This home is outstanding and made for a wonderful stay in the Phoenix area. My husband and I stayed at this home for 10 days with our 5 young children (ages 10 and under) and had a fabulous time. The home is beautifully decorated and everything was clean and in perfect condition for our stay. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. The home is located just a few minutes drive to downtown Cave Creek where we enjoyed the local restaurants, art shows, and hiking trails. It was also an easy drive (about 40 minutes) to attractions in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Guy was very pleasant to deal with to book this home and was very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay at this home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

“Ultimate Winter getaway” We selected this house for a long weekend winter golf escape. There were eight of us, and we all fit comfortably. The house is fantastic -- especially the all-weather patio. We spent about half of our waking hours inside, in the comfortable great room and kitchen, and the rest of the time out on the patio. Both the inside and outside living spaces are great. The house is beautifully nestled in the desert, at the end of a small, quiet street. Guy and Dixie were a pleasure to deal with.

“Perfect spot for a golf and football getaway” 8 of us used this property in early November and it was perfect. We rented both the main house and the guest house and had plenty of room to spread out. The guys enjoyed the hot tub and pool after a round of golf, and late nights ended with a game of billiards. We went to a Cardinals game as well and the stadium was very close. We would relax outside at the patio tables and enjoy a glass of wine before heading out for a dinner. We will definitely look at renting again for next year!

“Great Spring Training Location...” The house is great. We loved everything about it. We went to four different ballparks and the Nascar race at PIR, so didn't get to check out the pool. Definitely will try to stay again when we come back to aZ.

“Very quiet and beautiful mountain views” My husband and I stayed here in January of 2014 and could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The first thing we noticed when we came were the beautiful mountain views. Just gorgeous. We had friends over a couple of times and the place was very comfortable and felt like home. This was our first time to Phoenix and we were very happy with our choice. The owner was pleasant and hospitable. We used the gym once and it had great equipment. The pool area also had nice mountain views and we loved the jacuzzi! Especially in the evening. It was a nice escape and hope to come back in the future.

“Beautiful home, great location, heated pool” This home has it all. It is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac on Glendale's arrowhead Lakes. This beautiful home is furnished with style and quality in mind. The home is very spacious and has plenty of room for a large croud. The family room and eat in kitchen is the heart of the home. Large patio doors off the family room allows for indoor and outdoor living. A covered patio gave us shelter from the sun, while others enjoyed the pool, the sun, and the enormous surrounding deck. The heated diving pool was defiately a hit for everyone. Whether you relax around the pool or enjoy the shade from the covered deck, this place has it all. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens luxerious. The air conditioning provided comfortable tempuratures durig day and night. Just down the road is a grocery store and plenty of dining. A short drive will take you to all the shopping you'll want. Overall... a five star home and location. We will definately be returning to this property again. I would highly recommend this vacation property to everyone.

“A Little Bit of Heaven” The service received from Tina and John was second to none. The booking was easy and the house was immaculate. Every part of the vacation - from the cleanliness of the house, the pool, the area, even the weather - was either as expected or surpassed expectations. It's no wonder therefore that we've rented this particular house for just under a month, every year since 2001! The house is in a great position, close to local shops including a supermarket, lots of restaurants, a bank, opticians, etc. It's only a 7 minute drive to Scottsdale Road, the arterial north/south road that runs through the middle of Scottsdale. Even closer is the 101 Loop, the orbital freeway that encircles most of Scottsdale, Phoenix, Glendale and all points between. It connects to other major roads, eg the I 10, the interstate freeway that takes you to Los angeles, via Palm Springs, and the 60 and the 93, leading to Las Vegas. Scottsdale itself is clean and tidy and apart from being a haven for golfers, is also great for shopping, with several malls a short drive from the house. The eclectic choice of restaurants is also a big attraction!

“Desert Flower” I was amazed at the home that I lived in for a month. The house had every modern need and the pool area was amazing. The owners did not leave anything out. “What a pleasent surprise.” We arrived mid april 2013. Communication with the manager Terri prior to and during the stay was excellent. We had the room called the artist Retreat. The property is centerally located to everything you could ever need in the city of Sedona. The views are spectacular from everywhere on the property and leaving the property your eyes will be filled with beautiful sights of mountains from all sides. The property is located in a very high end neighborhood but tucked away in the Mountain side. The room showed the owner truly cares about your comfort. I loved the furniture. Everything was very clean and new. To my surprise it had a memory foam bed and it was the first time I slept on one. I slept like a baby. They even have a an outdoor fire pit that we used and beautiful views of the stars .The hiking trails are right outside of the private enterance. Airport Trail. Plenty of parking. Pool,Deck,Jaccuzi. Good sized rooms and did I say close to everything? The price was excellent. We will be coming back here next year.
