“The perfect break from a busy world!” The house has the best views we have seen. The house is incredibly comfortable and furnished beautifully. The bedrooms and bathrooms are amazing and everyone just slotted in perfectly. The tennis court is a real bonus in the autumn when it is a little too chilly for swimming. I defy anyone not to fall in love with La Source.

“Nice house for large family” The house itself is very attractive. The bedrooms were very well appointed. There were sufficient towels and plates, silverware, glassware, etc., for our party. Our major problem was the parking. It is a very over-crowded community and we had five cars (to be expected in a six master-bedroom house that fits 18+), and we often had trouble parking near the house. My only other complaint (if you could call it that) was the trash. We had one large trash can and it got picked up on Monday morning. We were there for six full days with 13 people, so we easily refilled it up and then had multiple loose bags with nowhere to put them through the end of our stay. No recyclable can was available, either, so recyclables had to go in trash bags. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a very nice home!

“Fabulous location for a group of friends” Very spacious and bright villa, every amenity we could think of. We stayed for a week with a group of 6 friends and loved to cook in the perfect kitchen or grill some fresh fish and enjoy the evening on the veranda. Four of the rooms have private verandas so everyone could choose privacy or staying together. For 6 people the villa is almost too big, you get lost in the living room :-) The owner provides detailed information beforehand about everything you might want to know about the house and the island. The caretakers have been very helpful and assisted with the transfer as our rental car could not hold all six with luggage. Highly recommended!

“Amazing Place” I have stayed at Wataview on two different occasions- one week in February and one week in april. Incredible place. The staff and chef are above superior. Chef Sylvia has worked all over the world and her dishes are far superior to anywhere I've eaten with five star chefs. She is delightful and accommodating to any requests. The house has everything you could want for entertaining and enjoyment...beautifully decorated, great rooms, beds, supplies, support. I would highly recommend Wataview...it is beyond amazing- you'll love it.

“Perfect for everyone's needs and in an excellent location!” From long before we arrived we knew how excellent a villa this was, as the owner and the management team were so incredibly helpful and willing. Including the management team assisting me with purchases to go in the home before I arrived and Susan the owner answering all my crazy questions! In fact I'm going to miss our email chats! On arrival in the home we found everything perfectly clean tidy and in order with an excellent welcome pack to see us through before our big shop. Being a mum of young children I was delighted with the huuuge washing machine and dryer. We need these in the UK. The children loved the pool and the games room and spent lots of happy times there, as did the adults after the kids had gone to bed. We unusually chose not to hire a car and we got around no problem. Disney, particularly animal Kingdom is only a short distance away and universal is only about 25-30 mins. I prebooked a lot of journeys with a company called happy limo who were absolutely outstanding in their punctuality and ease of booking. Anyway back to the house, every bedroom was perfectly appointed with all you could need. The living areas were very spacious even with 7 adults and 2 children. We never once felt on top of each other. The shop and communal pool at Windsor hills is a nice short stroll away and Windsor Hills itself is very clean, well laid out and very secure indeed. I could not recommend this house highly enough and am very pleased I chose this one. I spent weeks and weeks searching villa rentals before settling on this house so I learnt a lot about the different features and prices of villas and I do feel that this one fitted the bill perfectly.

“Super fabulous, very happy family...” The property and villa is exceptional. Very well decorated and has the best vibe for entertaining. Mimi was our concierge and was very helpful and welcoming. This was a surprise trip for my family. All they knew before hand was cancun airport. I had pre arranged night time chef service. That was a+. we had 15 people who were all accomadated for at ease. Anna Paulo was our main chef. She made beautiful desserts! We also had Martin as a daytime bartender, he made sure everyone had a beverage from the dock to the pool to the garden. Good stuff :) The family enjoyed taking the golf carts into the dolphin area with shops and stores. We rented them for the week. The villa had them ready when we arrived in the driveway. Best thing ever was the night entertainment. Worth every penny . Water drums and fire dancers. 1 hour show. So amazing. You feel the drums and the water color splashing about with heat from the fire ...it's quite impressive, must see! I'm already making plans for the next trip back. We felt safe. Had everything a large group needed. Very accomadating. Playa Del Carmen was pretty close by by taxi. Bring water shoes if you go in the ocean. My next trip will include a tequila tasting at villa for one of the nights and a day trip to the salt caves and everything else the same :) Super Fabulous Vacation @ Hacienda Del Mar!! “Just perfect!” Already the reception by the owners was perfect. The house is in immaculate condition and nothing is missing. “Incredible Beach house with perfect Location!!” We cant say enough about our week at the Castle by The Sea! The house is expansive, gorgeous and beautifully decorated for that perfect beach house. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious and was wonderful to cook in. The house is very spacious with many rooms for a large group to have privacy if they wanted to have their own time. It was great having the private pool and hot tub. Hearing the waterfall is also very soothing. Each bedroom had a perfect view of the ocean, and hearing the waves at night would gently lull us to sleep. The bathrooms also had a wonderful jacuzzi tub that you could relax and watch the ocean waves roll in. Very calming! After experiencing this incredible home and being so close to the ocean, it's definitely oceanfront going forward. The walk to the beach is perfect having it's own walkway. Before you get to the beach, there is some great seating that you can sit and just enjoy watching the waves. Also has a bathroom and shower at the walkway so that you don't even have to come into the house to use the restroom while you're at the beach. We cannot wait to come back again next year and hopefully convince more family to make the drive and come. I highly recommend this house. The owner was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very relaxing which is what I needed.

“Croatian heaven” I've been meaning to leave a review since the day I got home (many months ago) but juts never had a chance. The house is absolutely splendid, beautifully finished and equipped and every mod con you will need. The gardens and pool are superbly maintained and cleaned daily while you sleep. The fruit and veg growing in the garden is there to use and so tasty. The family who own the house are wonderful people. So kind and welcoming and so interesting to chat to. They understand the need for privacy and even when they are there maintaining or cleaning you just don't notice them. The villa is quite a long way from Dubrovnik (25 mins by bus or car) or if like us you rent a sportboat for the week you can get there in about 20 mins and right into the old town harbour. The vill has a private boat dock and moorings so no problem to leave a boat outside villa for whole holiday and use it to explore the lovely islands and beaches. The villa is right on main road but there were no noise issues, you just need to be a little careful when crossing it to boat dock (owners will show you safest way to do this). Would I go back again? Absolutely and without reservation I would and so would all my family (we were 5 couples with couple babies between us) and it was so relaxing and welcoming and spacious we will for sure return one day (and for longer than a week). If there was a 7* villa this would be it...
