“Terrific Property” Dear Stacy and Craig, What a time we had! Expecting, as many Orlando-travelers do, that the theme parks would be our only major attractions, we were so pleased to be able to add our accommodations to this list as well. The Sagers have made it absolutely impossible for their guests not to have a first-class time in their condo on the Reunion property. And what an amazing property it is! Swimming pools galore (to include my daughter and son's favorite water park with a lazy river) and my personal favorite swimming and late-afternoon beverage/snacking pool area, Seven Eagles. It is here that we were able to really let-down after an amusement park day and relax only to go home to Stacy and Craig's little slice of heaven with beds that beacon even the most restless tourists. I loved the beds! So incredibly comfy with just the perfect linens making vacationers want to stay in bed just a little longer before heading back out to Sea World; Animal Kingdom; the Magic Kingdom, and the the like (all of which are not more than 15 minutes away). A true place of luxury, the Reunion four star hotel is always available to the Sager's guests serving up pub and kid fare all day and night; fine dining; and late night cocktails and sushi on the 11th floor where fireworks from local theme parks are a daily occurrence. Will we go back, yes! In fact, we have already booked again with the Sagers so we can dream away some of those cold winter days and nights looking forward to our next tip down. “Me and My Girls' Beachy Vacation” The accommodations were perfect inside and out, about the tropically landscaped property and in a delightful town. So much to do and very exciting. Having a car was a big plus and yet we walked the sights everywhere we went, including Bay Harbor and Harbor Walk. We took an adventurous snorkeling, dolphin watching, shelling tour; and the eats at Margaritaville and Pomoano Joes were beachside and tasty! The condo had it all and we are grateful for the welcoming beautiful memories it helped create. PS. The sliding glass door frames are dangerous to walk through. My 3 year old grand daughter tripped, spit her forehead open and needed medical care at the hospital. Please warn persons about the tripable door frames and their edges.

“Home away from home” My family and I had a great time at Panama City Beach. Condo location was great. Short walk to the beach and pools. The condo was perfect. Had everything we needed for our stay. Alice was a pleasure to work with and was always a phone call away. She was friendly and made our stay more comforting. Will definitely return next year!

“Wonderful hosts” The units was clean and updated with the most amazing, direct view of the gulf. The owners hospitality was beyond any rental experience I’ve had. They provided a contact number to make sure I could get them with any problems. On the first morning, we could not find coffee in the unit, they sent someone to the rescue immediately. As a working mom, dependent on my morning caffeine, this was such an a appeciated gesture. The building was perfect for kids; two pools and a very cool splash pad kept my little one busy when we weren’t at the beach. I didn’t give 5 stars because the building was large and could get a little crowded at peak times, but overall, a great experience that we will likely repeat in the future.

“good times, but, property needs upkeep” We have stayed at Beachhead condos before, and have always had a great time. We had a wonderful time, as usual. However, we were disappointed in the condition of this particular unit. There were several issues in the area of general upkeep of the unit that needed attention. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom repaired with staples! Rusty shower curtain rod, and tub also rusted and in need of fresh caulking. The pull out sofa in such bad condition it was useless. The unit was just not well kept by the owner. All things that would seem to be quick and easy fixes. I will stay at Beachhead again but will avoid this unit.
