“Ideal location in aspen” Perfect location in aspen, close to everything! The unit was comfortably furnished. The staff and McCartney Properties were cheerful and helpful. The only real downside was the lack of washer and dryer in the unit.

“Great unit 10” Rented this unit for family wedding in Aspen. Unit was great as it had just been updated. Location was excellent . Kitty corner from City Market grocery. Unit was clean roomy and all appliances were brand new. Would stay here in winter as it's a lock from Ajax gondola .

“Great Place and Great rental company” I was very satisfied with my stay. This place has two beds and big enough for 4 people. You can even ski right to the front door from the lift if their is enough snow! McCartney was very helpful and kind. Best rental company I have been a part of.

“Excellent location and Excellent Service by the Management Servi” Management was great, the apartment had a 5 star view of the mountains, and aspens Main Street, walking distance to the ski lifts, gourmet restaurants, wood fireplace, could not ask for a better place.

“Excellent location” It's an economic unit, but it's very comfortable, well setup, well supplied, and above all, in an excellent location. The 3 bedrooms give us a lot of flexibility. I love its proximity to the City Market, the main grocery store in town. It's only minutes of walk away. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, and we actually bought groceries and cooked nice dinner a couple of times. It's an easy walk to the gondola, the pedestrian malls and shops. All in all, I think it's a very good value in aspen. One caution, the front door has an European lock, be sure to ask how to lock and unlock it.

“Great apt - amazing location!” We had a great time in this condo, its very spacious with a great kitchen, fireplace, big windows, hot tub, etc. But beyond that, the best part is its location right next to the gondola! there are some fun bars and restaurants right around the corner as well. Would definitely recommend.

“Perfect condo for our first trip to aspen!!!” We will absolutely be using McCartney Property Management for our next trip. Every step of the rental process was easy! The condo was clean with lots of space. We had a parking spot and were walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. It was nice to come home to a full kitchen, comfy couch and fireplace after a long day on the mountain. We even had a flat screen TV with cable and some Dvd's! Thanks for making our trip memorable

“Great Location for a Ski Vacation!!!” We had a group of 10 guys on our trip so we had to rent two separate units at Chateau aspen. We chose units #11 and #16 and both were almost exactly the same. The condos were not all that luxurious but it was just what we needed and the location makes up for whatever was lacking. Being that it was just a few steps to the supermarket and just about 100 yards away from the Silver Queen Gondola makes Chateau aspen an easy choice for an affordable ski trip to aspen. The price was great and McCartney Property Management Group is absolutely amazing. They catered to my every need. They responded promptly to each and every request and the people I dealt with were some of the nicest people I have ever met. (Bo and Bill) I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect location to stay in aspen. It would be great for families or a group of friends. My group couldn't have been happier and I cannot express how impressed everyone was with our location. Aspen is a small town and you can walk just about anywhere, but if you stay at Chateau aspen your walk will be shorter than most. Next time I visit aspen I will be contacting McCartney Properties again. Great price and great people equals an awesome vacation. Thank you McCartney!

“Aspen condo” Well-appointed condo in a great location and setting. Only complaint is the beds: some of the worst I have ever experienced. As for the hot tub, it was unusable due to the very high temp(>108) with no way to modify.

“Cherished” The house seemed to be endless. The perfect blend of being part of a big group within common areas while being able to step aside in to a more personal common area to reflect on one's own thoughts and experience. The view out the front panoramic window was amazing. The closeness to a main bus line made coming and going easy. I liked the fact that I felt comfortable everywhere in the house best. There were a few difficulties with the Internet connectivity, but they were quickly resolved.

“Very cozy and Clean...Great customer service!!!” One of the best features of this cozy rental was it's location, it's walking distance to downtown aspen, everything was near by!!! The ski shuttle etc. Second, the place was very clean and well kept I was very happy with it. One minor issue we had was the kitchen sink backed up and water was linking from the bottom base. We clean as up as we could and call the emergency maintenance number. In less than 1 hour we had someone out to look at the sink. Although we couldn't use the sink the first night, McCartney Management had a plumber out the next morning to completed the repairs. Overall, we were extremely please and McCartney Management was easy to work with, friendly and everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly. The house was perfect!

“terrific location, comfortable stay, met our needs” very comfortable condo; excellent location to everything, nice hot tub access, updated unit with comfortable beds. Could use a mirror in master bedroom; tv in master only received one channel. Having to go to inconvenient rental location for key pick up was only negative. There has be to a more accomodating method.
