One of my top places in the world

We stayed with my wife in December and in July for a week. The hospitality was incredible but you also had the feeling of being in a private place. We skied at Kaiserberg- which we think is best ski terrain. The hotel is of unique architecture and beautifully decorated, it beats many top chain hotels by far. My wife used the sauna and spa and it was small, but top notch.Everything is high quality. We will be back. … see more

A Great Holiday!

We spent a week in this lovely part of the world (our first visit to austria!)and our holiday was made by the welcome and information we received from Gary and amanda - they couldn't do enough to help make our time there enjoyable. We had found the whole booking process very easy, due to their excellent web site and speedy, informative correspondence. On our arrival, Amanda and Gary asked what our interests were and then provided us with suggestions to help us get the most out of our time in the Lungau.They were available each day for any queries should we have needed them. The location of Haus Bellevue was great - we could walk into St Michael easily and the local supermarket was also nearby and well stocked.The accomodation itself was comfortable, well-equipped and absolutely spotless. We found plenty to explore and lots of activities including walking,golf,swimming and cycling. The food in local restaurants and hotels was excellent and the people of the Lungau were warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a great week - exactly what a good holiday should be in our opinion! Would love to visit again in the winter.This accomodation and area has lots to offer any time of the year. … see more
A welcoming 8 bedroomed chalet, Nassfeld Austria
Nice challet with great service

Stayed here on 4 day skiing trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was lack of light as we had only 2 on-wall lights for 3 beds. The common area with the fireplace is a great plus with the comfy chairs and pastry, tea and mulled wine prepared every afternoon by the young couple looking after this challet - Roland and Gabriela. They were both very helpful at all times and the dinners they prepare were a great end to a day of skiing and totally worth the EUR 15. The location itself was quiet and a little bit off the main road (5-10 mins walk from ski bus stop) so we opted for taking the car to the slope (10 minutes ride to the Millenium-Bahn parking). The cross country skiing track is just outside the house. Overall, good value for money and ideal for couples' getaways, being it for skiing or visiting the mountains. … see more

Delightful!

Andreas and Irmy were wonderful hosts and their apartment was absolutely the ideal location...we visited Innsbruck, Kitzbuhel, Rattenburg ... and Hopfgarten itself is a lovely town! The apartment was more than comfortable, it was also quite charming! As we looked at the artwork, we realized that Irmy had painted much of it and the decor was obviously done by someone with a creative perspective. We stayed for only four days, and it was our first of multiple places we stayed, but it was the BEST and we stayed at several five-star hotels. We highly recommend Haus Haggenmuller for your stay...you will not regret it! We look forward to returning someday! … see more

Perfect apartment, well equipped, good location

Location was perfect for local skiing, plenty of other skiing options within driving distance. Rauris offers everything you need, supermarkets, small shops with local products, shoes and clothes and a decent number of restaurants and bars to choose from. Apartment is well equiped and well maintained, everything from various coffee makers to hairdryer was available. Stunning view from the balcony/ living room. A slightly better equipment with towels and teatowels would have been nice. The landlord was very helpful with recommendations and even offered us his Christmas Tree to give us a chance to make the most of Christmas. We enjoyed our visit thouroughly. … see more
Doorstep Skiing in beautiful Austria
Fantastic skiing vacation in amazing apartment

Our second vacation in the Hochkonig region and first time in Hinterthal. What an amazing stay this was! We were very positively surprised by this wonderful modern and spacious apartment that provides more than enough room for a family of 6. The incredible view from the balcony on the slopes of Hintertal provided a daily treat, especially early in the morning and at sunset. The apartment Is provided with everything you could wish for and is conveniently located at approximately 100 meters from the bus stop where you can hop on the bus to Maria Alm and the Aberg.
