“Amazing Family Getaway!” My family and I were fortunate enough to stay for a long weekend in this beautiful, comfortable property. The fireplace was perfect for a snowy, cold weekend. The home is beautiful and full of absolutely everything we could want or need. I surprised my boyfriend with this trip and he couldn't believe how close we were to the beach and how amazing the views were from our private master bedroom balcony. Jonathan and Judy were a pleasure to work with and were very helpful with getting information to me about the property. I cannot recommend this property enough and my family and I are counting down the days until the next time we can go back!

“Fantastic Family Fun” It is very hard to pick a place from a website being a person that is very particular. I am always leery that the pictures are better than what I will actually get. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised that this condo was actually nicer than the pictures. I was highly impressed with the cleanliness and décor of this condo. Summer Sands offered grills and two pools as well as washers and dryers. The condo was equipped with all I needed to make meals. I could walk right to the beach and back to the pool. I could even see my family on the beach from the deck. I would return to this rental again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

“Relaxing: Home away from Home...” Over the past 13 years, I have rented this upper cottage for a group of my friends and I to unwind and enjoy the start of fall in Ocean City NJ. The location is within walking distance to the beach (easy walking) and the house offers comfort and a true 'home' feeling. Safe to say, our favorite part of the house is the outside porch that offers ocean sounds and a nice breeze. The landlords (Brian & Karen) have become our family 'At the Shore.' They go above and beyond most rental landlords in that they get to know their renters, and they offer great assistance in helping us find entertainment and dining specific to our tastes. We can't say enough of how that personal touch matters to our gang. Thirteen years of heading to the same place means ... 'If it ain't broke, nothing to fix.' Our group will be heading back in 2013 for year 14!

“Amazing Family Vacation” We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2014 with my family for my moms 50th Birthday. Steve was great so accommodating, friendly, and easily accessible. The property is within walking distance to everything (grocery store, town, beach, and boardwalk.) We will be renting from Steve again soon!

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!

“Fantastic- we love Mikayla's Cove and Wild Wood” Marilena, the owner is wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Mikayla's Cove is clean, spacious, up to date, and conveniently located 1 block from the beginning of board walk. Marilena provides beach chairs, a cooler, stroller, highchair-less packing!!! This was our 2nd stay and certainly not our last!

“Wedding Bliss with a Twist!” We had a sister get married and needed a place to stay with our large family! At the last minute Mr. and Mrs. Kenney came through for us! They were easy to deal with and extremely kind! The Place was just spectacular! Great location, convenient parking! Everything was so neat and clean! We loved the book and seashore theme! We felt totally relaxed, even with our small children! There was even a book to write our memories in! “Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home! So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. “Sweet time at Spencer” Our family, and another, composed of 4 adults and 5 children had a wonderful, relaxing time at this home on Spencer Ave. The owner, Laura, was so kind and helpful during the whole process! The home was clean, comfortable, well stocked and convenient to the beach/boardwalk, convention center, and a short walk to playgrounds and stores as well. We were able to truly relax and enjoy one another - a true blessing to break from the busy pace of life! We would highly recommend this home and owner!
