“Grand Solmar is a dream for anyone considering a vacation in Cabo!” My husband and I traveled to Cabo San Lucas for a week stay in November . This was our third time to Cabo and our second time at Grand Solmar. We absolutely fell in love with Cabo after our first short visit (only 5 days). And earlier this year, in February, we came back and fell in love again. This time with Grand Solmar! And so here we were again 9 months later back for our third time in 2 years. Everything about our trip was fantastic. We rented a week from a timeshare owner at Grand Solmar, Ginnette Boucher. It couldn't have smoother. Ginette was a pleasure to work with. Setting everything up for us so that all we needed at check-in was a copy of our confirmation that she had sent to us. She also provided us with every bit of information that we could have possibly needed about the resort and also things to do and see while we were in Cabo. We couldn't thank her enough for making our stay at Grand Solmar the best ever! My husband and I are already planning our next trip to what is looking to become our new home away from home!

“Can't wait to return to Paraiso!” Serenity and Piece at Paraiso del Mar We had a wonderful ten days at Paraiso Del Mar (PDM) in the middle of February. Weather was beautiful. Pdm is a unique secluded place where you can relax, walk, and enjoy sun at endless pristine sandy beaches. But in minutes you can reach La Paz - charming and peaceful Mexican town with beautiful Malecon (long seaside boardwalk), intense night life, and varieties of restaurants. There is amazing pool, convenient tennis courts, challenging golf course at PDM. Whether it was manager, a skipper of a boat, or a driver of community shuttle, or an office employee - all were always attentive and friendly. The condo was very nicely furnished, decorated and had everything for comfortable vacation, including little things from coffee filters to toiletries. It is especially convenient that every room has its own wide sliding door to the patio with a marvelous view of the sea, mountains, and blue sky. Can't wait to return to Paraiso!

“Costa azul Jem!” Val has a nice little condo that is clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for enjoying the surf breaks in Costa azul. The brand new BBQ on the balcony was a nice addition. The aC worked great. The remodeled bathroom was very nice. The pool areas were spotless and refreshing. The bed was comfortable. The appliances were all new and worked perfectly. Val was great and easy to reach we had no issues or hassles getting situated and getting our vacation started. We can't wait to come back!! The area of Costa azul has everything you need for a perfect vacation with great beaches, waves, restaurants and bars without the ridiculousness of what downtown Cabo has become.

“A Great Time” We chose this condo mainly due to its price and location, as we are very familiar with the area. The complex is probably around 20 years or so, but well maintained and occupied with expats and snowbirds who are all extremely friendly. The shower head broke but Jorge the manager got it fixed that day, impressive. The kitchen is great for breakfast, lunch and a few dinners we had there. The Mega Mart food store is just around the corner and has a nice selection of veggies, meat, chicken and esp. fish. You can walk to San Jose, maybe 1 1/2 mile or so. All in all would stay there again and dealing with Ken was a pleasure. Only con, is that the WiFi is in the lobby next to Jorge's office for internet, but not a show stopper; shouldn't be checking email any way when in Cabo.

“Fantastic Cabo Getaway” We loved waking up to the stunning sunrise and ocean view every morning. The condo was beautifully decorated, with a full kitchen and had all the amenities of home. It was very clean, quite and secure. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, before and after our walks down to the city. Everything was centrally located, we felt safe and had an amazing vacation. The dining and entertainment options in Cabo were endless and we appreciated the recommendations from the owner. The Vonage phone line, Wifi access, dish network and washer/dryer were a nice bonus.

“The place to stay in Cabo.” We recently spent two weeks in Cabo with another couple. The unit we rented was everything promised and more. This was our first trip to Cabo and from the time we had, it will certainly not be our last. Marina Sol is the perfectly located facility if this is your first time in Cabo. It only took us one day to familiarize ourselves with the town which gave us more time to enjoy our vacation. All the restaurants are within a short walk of Marina Sol if you feel like going out for meals. If not, the Oasis Bar and Grill which is right on the premises is a wonderful place to eat. The prices are very reasonable from the $3.99 breakfast to the all you can eat Prime Rib dinners on Fridays for $19.95. The staff at Marina Sol make you feel very welcomed. Raul is the front desk person and always welcomes you as you come back in from your daily activities. The servers at the Oasis Bar and Grill make sure you want for nothing as you sit by the large pool area. This was our first time using Vrbo to book accommodations. We feel very fortunate to have been able to deal with Jimmy. His level of professionalism is the best I have ever dealt with. His timely response to your emails makes you feel very secure especially if this is your first time. Everything he promised was provided, no exceptions. Jimmy picked us up at the airport and arrived right on time as we came out to meet him. He also drove us back to the airport even though we has to leave Marina Sol at 7:00 am. Once again he arrived right on time taking away any worries about someone not showing up. The three things that made this a good choice are, cost, location and dealing with Jimmy. See you next year,

“Amazing!!!” Amazing is the best word to describe this rental. We came back last week from a six night stay here and it was just fabulous. I made the booking and had seen pictures and I was still floored by the apartment and my husband hadn't seen anything and he was blown away. It is all so beautifully put together and every little detail has been very carefully thought about to make your stay a very memorable one. You will feel like you are staying in high end, 5 star accommodation. The locations is great. It really is 5 -7 mins walk to medona beach. We never walked to the marina but the drive was 3-5 mins. Other tourist attractions are easy to reach from the rental. There is a walmart 2-3 mins drive which is great. Hugo was fantastic, super helpful resource and the owner is wonderful. I really could go on and on about the all the lovely things. Overall you cannot go wrong with this place. We can't wait to go back.

“Lovely views, lovely accomodations” My husband, 13 year old daughter plus friend and myself stayed at this lovely condo for 5 days over spring break. The condo was lovely, spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and restaurants and shopping were walkable (10-15 minutes). We rented the entire unit without realizing that the set up consists of the main unit (bedroom, kitchen, bath) and a separate bedroom/bath unit. The units are connected only by the balcony. This arrangement worked fine for us but might not work for a family with small children. We found the resort employees to be extremely friendly and helpful. Although we were at Villa la Estancia during peak spring break time, the resort seemed to be filled almost totally with families. Most people were in wholesome vacation mode. Our only tiny complaint was that we could never get the internet connection to work. Our family loved having a large condo to spread out in while enjoying all the amenities of a resort. Evan and Heaven in Cabo were super easy to work with and I would definitely rent this unit again.

“Exceeded my expectations!” What a beautiful vacation rental. We enjoyed everything about Paraiso del Mar, from the ease of booking with Chelle, to the luxurious condo, to the amazing beach, ocean view, lovely pool. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Alissia was very helpful in arranging fishing excursions, the chef cooked us delcious meals with the fish we caught! La paz has many very good restaurants and shopping. We are definitely planning to vacation here again!

“Beautiful condo makes for an affordable but luxurious trip” The condo was much larger than expected.. We had rented all 3 bedrooms with 3 couples and had plenty of room. We were able to cook a lot In the condo and have sunset dinners on the enormous deck... The condo really has everything you need... In the kitchen, bug spray if you need it, Beach towels, etc. You cannot beat the location and the ammenities for the price!
