“Fantastic!” We recently stayed at Villa Gaya and we all loved the villa! From the moment we arrived, Marco was there to greet us and show us around and explain things to us which we all thought was great service! We also had a couple of friends staying for a couple of nights which was no problem and Marco arranged for fold out beds to be set up when they arrived. The Villa was nice and quiet and initially I was concerned about the location but it was still easy walking distance to the main part of Seminyak, close to a super market and best of all, close to a place called Sun Shoot which had fantastic cheap meals and drinks, live music some nights and the staff were lovely. Wi-fi in the villa was great and the beds were so comfortable!!. We would defiantly stay at this villa again.

“We did not want to leave this stunning peice of paradise” AMAZING! We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Anjani. The villa is stunning, beautifully set out and extremely clean. The staff were all so helpful and professional. Some of the best service I have experienced in Bali so far. You must eat in, the in house cooks prepare beautiful food and it is very reasonably priced. Ask the staff to organise a massage under the palm trees next to your beach, also a very good price. Plenty of space for families with children or even 2 families. 5 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Loved everything. We will book again and for longer next time. 6/5 stars.

“Fantasic Spot” We stayed for Six nights at Dream Haven Villa 2 in May . The Villa is in a fantastic spot. It is a short walk to all the resturants ,shops and the beach. The Villa has three large bedrooms. We liked the open plan living/dining area . It had a full equiped kitchen area if needed. The Villa had a beautiful pool area and garden. There was plenty of room for the kids to play outside. Where the Villa is located we felt very safe to walk around, It was also lovely to have your own private deck chairs on the beach. Michelle the owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Her staff were lovely. Nyoman was always there to help us and drive us around. He had also arranged a birthday cake for my dad while over there which was lovely. We would recommend Dream Have Villa 2. We will be back next year.

“Excellent” From the moment I booked the Villa Jenny was amazing in answering all my questions. We stayed over Christmas and New year, Anan arranged our Christmas day feast !!! Omg was amazing, Anan was great the entire stay, Michael, Tin and Dew are all fabulous people and could not do enough for us, we have traveled to Bali many times but never in a large group, we were a group of 9 and the villa was perfect, so close to everything, if you are looking at staying here I would recommend that you do ...we will be back for sure :-)

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“Beautiful Umalas Villias.” This place was beautiful and clean with everything you would want in a well equipped Villa. Chef was amazing. Tried very hard to make sure we were comfortable with our stay. You would definitely need a taxi to head to the beach or to do some shopping. But nothing was too difficult or too far away. I would highly recommend the villas. And hope to come back soon. It was so peaceful. The owner was always ready to answer any questions we had and helped us tremendously. Along with her amazing staff. Which included the driver, security guards, housekeeper and chief.

“Great Villa worth every cents” the villa was superb it has all the amenities you need. When I say all the amenities I mean it ! :) Me and my 4 gf's had a blast at the villa which is located in seminyak.. no worries abt getting there Marco superb service will guide you . Staff was super friendly . Love the latest DVD and novels there.. Villa was well maintained. for future trips will not think twice abt getting the same villa. there's a nearby school there since we all ladies we feel safe alot of traffic movements there.. even the villa is really private.. around the corner theres sunset mall where you can get groceries if you feel like cooking. Seminyak central was not far also . if you love to explore alot of shops if you go by foot. THANK you Marco for your flexibility with regards to our booking ..awesome

“Awesome!” Villa Manis is so beautiful! Very close to centre 15min walk yet quiet location. The villa design incl interior is awesome, Mary Lee has definetly a good taste and talent, with attenion to details - everything you need are there and she made herself available to queries, so no need to worry about anything. Surely I'd like to return back whenever visiting Ubud.

“Beautiful villa, can't fault our stay!” A group of 6 of us, 3 couples, stayed at Villa 888 1 for 10 nights earlier this month. A friend recommended this Villa as she knows the owner, Janmaree. We are so lucky to have had this recommendation as our stay was heavenly. Two guests arrived earlier than expected and had a slight issue with check-in, as I think there was a little confusion and they weren't expecting the group till later in the evening, but when the 2nd half of our party arrived, we all settled in beautifully, straight into the magnificent pool, Bintang in hand! Wayan and Wayan were fabulous, tending to our every need, and providing local information and excellent servicing of the villa. The villa is a short walk from eat street in Bali, so we had access to everything we needed, but the villa is set back off the main street so it is quiet and peaceful most of the time. There are some constructions going on next door which made it difficult to have a sleep in if one wanted to. I would recommend checking when booking as to whether or not the construction is still taking place before committing to the booking if you're the type that likes to laze around in bed and snooze the day away. All in all, a great holiday, can't wait to go back, and would recommend Villa 888 and Janmaree and her team to anyone who wants a wonderful Bali getaway.

“Excellent villa with excellent service” We really enjoyed our stay in Gaya Villa. “Ideal for a family!!” We stayed at Umalas Retreat 2 in August, took advantage of cheap flights from Darwin and there opening special. Our family was not disappointed! Main bedroom extremely spacious, kids rooms well set up and all the amenities that one could ask for. Outside area was good, pool was clean and the kids loved it. Thank you so much to the housekeeper / chef she prepared us local food and we all enjoyed the experience, also thank you to Kay in helping us with the booking and providing us with idea of things to do in the area.

“A holiday made easy!” Merta Sari 10 is comprised of three spectacular villas located in the heart of Seminyak. The villas are tucked away in a quiet corner of Jalan Drupadi which perfectly balances complete eradication of traffic noise, whilst maintaining easy walking distance from some of Bali's best restaurants and other attractions. The experience was made so easy by a little black book which is found on the coffee table of the villas. This book (which we referred to as the Bible!) gives great local insight into tourist destinations, the best restaurants (even the best dishes at the best restaurants), directions to places of interest, phone numbers for taxi services, washing, soft drink and alcohol delivery services; right down to little tips and tricks for getting around in bali (such as how to avoid being ripped off at markets or on the street etc.). I believe the book was written by the owner of the villas, who has compacted years and years worth of local knowledge into one place - so literally everything you need to know about Bali can be found in this book!!! I highly recommend these villas to any kind of travelling group - and make sure you read the back book!!!

“Peace on Earth” Words really don’t do such a fantastic place justice, but I will try connect you to what we have discovered. Please believe me when I say this is a must on your bucket list!!! Everything was absolutely perfect during our entire stay. Made and Kadek the staff at the Villa were very accommodating they were there to assist us with anything we needed. We spent 90% of our time in Rumah Kayu because we prefer the seclusion and everything we needed was already there. We loved "The beach" area, which is directly outside the front door, the kids loved exploring the rock pools in low tide and snorkelling in high tide . The villa was beautiful and very clean. The views from the decks are breathtaking, especially as you look onto the beach while sitting in the infinity pool. For the kids there is so much to do ball; games, drawing, soccer, cricket, badminton, baseball, banana boat rides and of course the awesome pool. I've been at Rumah kayu Villa now several times. With friends, family, In any case, this piece of Heaven on Earth has become a dear place to us. My sister describes it as one of her favorite places on earth that just makes her happy, we all feel the same about this oasis. There is so much to do! You can explore the island, the staff can charter a boat for you where you can go snorkelling, we’ve seen dolphins, manta rays, turtles and amazing sea life. I love it here so much that when i think "retreat", "relaxation", "recharging", "beauty", “exploration”, “family time” and “fun” I think of Rumah kayu Villa! Go to this well kept secret in Nusa Lembongan and i am sure you will keep it in your heart forever! .. I know it can be scary to book something online that you have never seen, but I promise-you will NOT be disappointed!!!

“Fulfilled our expectations” This is a great villa, clean, spacious and very peaceful! Can't say enough about the staff, they just wanted to make our holiday special. Owner Noel was great to deal with, he even took the time to come and meet us. The rooms are good, all with air con which is a relief from the heat of Bali. Mozzies are an issue, but that is everywhere in Bali. You have to be diligent and close the villa up early and spray every night, this keeps them at bay! The pool is amazing with direct sunlight from 11am until 4pm- great for getting a tan! I would recommend hiring a car, it makes things so much easier as the villa is slightly out from the main drag of Seminyak. Would highly recommend this villa, it has everything you need!

“Beautiful Villa, Amazing staff and owner!” Wonderful experience at beautiful Bali Villa M - from start to finish! Even before arriving in Bali, the owner, Noel, was incredible and such a fabulous help. The staff are so friendly and quite knowledgable of Bali life and can help with almost anything. The beds were very comfy, and the location was quite ideal - in the middle of everything - yet transport is suggested. Gorgeous oasis tucked away. Thank you to all the staff. I would definitely come here again!

“Will NOT stay Anywhere ELSE!” In this amazing place, you are able to feel like your the only person the on the island, but yet so close to it all! The villa is one of the most beautiful around, and although it is a villa, the service is like a 5 star resort. They are friendly, helpful beautiful people and if you stay long enough (which is not long) they become family. “What a find!” We are just back from Bali and I have to tell everyone about this amazing villa that we feel so lucky to have found. We have stayed in a number of villas in Bali over the years but Umulas Retreat is one of the few villas where the minute you walk in you know have found something special. We travelled with out daughter and the villa is stocked with games/videos/pool toys which meant that we didn't have to think about anything at all (other than working on our tans). The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble, Juwini is not only an amazing chef cooking up a storm at the drop of a hat (we even had a suckling pig one night!) but a fountain of knowledge - is there anything this lady does not know. She made our stay one we will always remember and cherish and we are already planning our next visit. The villa itself is incredible, the decor is stunning (I'm planning on stealing lots of ideas) and is beyond comfortable, the beds are massive king size beds with the best quality bed linen I came across in the three weeks we spent in Bali. We loved walking through the area and discovering an abundance of new cafes's/restaurants that have popped up, but if we wanted to venture into Seminyak it was 5 mins away. We loved our stay and really can't recommend this villa to everyone we speak to.

“A lovely place for honeymoon and a stand up paddle adventure” We spent our honeymoon for a week at Villa Beten Bukit and were so pleased we chose this location. The mountain views from Beten Bukit which we woke up to each morning are stunning. The grounds are so spacious and immaculate. It was a lovely start to our day gazing at the views and relishing in the delicious breakfast the villa provides. The location of Beten Bukit feels so private and remote while being so very convenient to the attractions in Pemuteran. Our favorite activity was taking our JourneySurf stand up paddle boards all around the coral reefs and the bio garden, we even took them quite easily to Menjangan Island which was the highlight of our honeymoon - there was swimming deer! So cool! The fishing in Pemuteran is sadly overfished and I would recommend sticking to Suping and snorkeling. We did catch a small fish which the staff at Beten Bukit prepared for us one morning for a tasty breakfast. Pemuteran is said to be a "fishing village", we didn't get this vibe, although, like I said, we had a blast with the other activities Pemuteran offers. The villa staff can provide suggestions for activities and there is some helpful information the villa provides in its guest book. We left Beten Bukit, refreshed and revived. A perfect beginning for our marriage.

“Delightful Retreat, Glorious Gardens, Abundant Space, Artistic D” My Family of 7 have just stayed for a wonderful week at Villa Merah. Arriving there is a fantastic experience as the spaciousness and atmosphere of the lovely gardens and the general setting brings a smile to ones face. The kids were very soon off exploring the huge gardens and begging to jump in the pool, while the adults were busy taking in the lovely open layout and wonderful artistic touches of the house itself. There are brilliant original paintings (by the owner, a well known artist) hanging on the walls and authentic artifacts from around Bali arranged tatefully about the property. I particularly loved the main entrance door which is an intricately carved masterpiece! Mornings were spent enjoying the dappled sunlight while feasting on great breakfasts prepared by the staff ( who were always happy to help but not at all intrusive), fun afternoons snorkelling at the beach or playing in the pool and gardens and great evenings cooking fresh fish on the BBQ. I would recommend having a car available as we did so you can pop to the shops, beach or whatever. I would definitely say the pics here don't do the place justice and we hope to have the chance to return sometime soon for some more perfect relaxation time.
