“Stunning view, spacious luxurious villa.” We stayed at villa Leana in Jan 2015 with a large group. The villa is awesome with stunning view from dining and living room making the stay very memorable. Each bedroom is massive, the bathroom is so spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The pool is a bit small for us as we had 11-12 people all swimming at the same time but we had fun regardless. There's no shallow part for kids unfortunately. But my kids all brought swimming floaties so it's fine. But the view from the pool made up for the size as it was absolutely stunning from up there. Relaxing on the lazy beach chair was great! The hosts are so friendly and they all speak English well. They welcomed us in the middle of the night and send us off at dawn with a smile. They were always very willing to do whatever we asked. The bedroom gets cleaned daily. There's fresh pool towel whenever we come home in the evening and we never got any complaint about the noise we made while swimming at midnight. Breakfast is typical Aussie breakfast but they're well prepared including toasts bacon eggs sausages fruits and cereals. We ordered fried rice for breakfast and A few of us had a small lunch at the villa consisting of satay rice gado2 and fried chicken and the food were delicious and only costs us a fraction of the shop's pricing. Distance from the main road is not too far as well. We stayed in the same area not long ago but it was further and more isolated. So for the view we get, the villa distance is fairly good. On the way to the villa there are plenty of nice street food (martabak, satay, etc) and restaurants worth visiting such as Fat Chow and the 'martabak' pop up shop outside Warung satay club. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend villa Leana.

“Magical every time” Villa Nusa on the beautiful island of Nusa Lembongan has become my home away from home, literally. I have been fortunate enough to stay at this amazing villa 5 times over the past 18 months, and when i arrive i am greeted like family, even Sassie (Donnas Dog) is part of the welcoming committee & from that moment the magic that has enticed me time & time again begins. The view from the villa is breathtaking, looking across to Bali with Mt agung the hero of this unframed living artwork. At any time of the day or evening you can not help but stop and be lost in the beauty surrounding you. Unless you venture away from the beachside accommodation and up the unspoilt hill you will not experience the ever-changing living canvas that is the view from Villa Nusa. Donnas Hospitality extends beyond welcoming to advice on island life , restaurant recommendations range from the truly local experience of beach dining with your feet in the sand feasting on freshly caught grilled fish with coconut chilli sambal, vegetable and rice for approx. 30,000.00 rupiah, to Fine French Cuisine at Indiana Kandanga. On this visit Donna took me snorkelling with the Manta-Rays, a truly magical experience with 3 large rays gracefully gliding around us around as if inviting us to dance, to be so close and to swim with these gentle giants is a privilege and something to treasure. I could rave about the fabulous accommodation, large pool, beautiful gardens, waking up to the birds and the View.. Mt agung changing colour in the morning light, but hey thats why i keep going back. Its really hard to leave the villa and if you decide to stay in I highly recommend the chocolate brownies & ice cream delivered from the village by motorbike just to make the experience even sweeter. “First Rate...Excellent Staff, We'll be Back...Highyly Recomnended” We stayed at Villa Kaira Estate for a week in late May. Stunning large beachfront location and the photos on the website don't do it justice to be honest. Wayan the chef was sensational and was sensitive to a couple of guests who were fussy eaters, all his food was delicious. Definitely do the seafood bbq. Rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful and special mention to the driver Ketut who drove us everywhere and was very knowledgeable. He booked various restaurants and activities for our group too so it was all made super easy. We made use of the Canggu Club membership with the excellent water park and bounce trampoline park, our kids of various ages loved it! The booking process was efficient and easy, Craig was very helpful in installing some extra beds for the younger kids who all wanted to be in the same bedroom. All in all, a fantastic stay and we plan to return same time next year, we all can't wait. Thank you!

“We loved it!” Thank you for presenting such a nice home! We loved the upstairs balcony with the fantastic view. We travelled with 2 children (8 & 10yo) who enjoyed surfing on the beach nearly in front of the house. The surf was giant for the first 2 days and then perfect for beginners for the rest of the other 4 days we were there. The staff were fantastic, we went out to a few restaurants but preferred the food cooked at the villa, it was healthy and fresh. I can recommend this house to anyone looking for a quality accommodation in a quiet and private setting. We felt safe at all times and sad to leave...We will be back!

“Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip” We cannot speak highly enough of your Villa, staff and Ketut. We stayed at a total of 3 villas whilst holidaying in Bali for over 14 days. Villa Naora was absolutely the highlight of our trip, even our 4 children can't wait to go back. On our flight home we all listed our top 5 highlights of our trip, all 4 Children had Villa Naora in their list, along with Swimming with Dolphins, water parks, playing with tigers and Monkey's at the Zoo. My husband, mother and I all had it at No. 1. Everything has been so thought out for an enjoyable family stay. The gardens are so well maintained and picturesque, the staff are so friendly and hard working. Both Annie and her assistant where amazing and made our time there so much more enjoyable, they were friendly, the kids adored them and their cooking was fantastic. We believe all of the finer details of our stay had been covered, the menu/recipe, the swimming/pool toys, breakfast included, the sports equipment to enjoy the gardens, the ability to enjoy in house massage, the childrens zone upstairs. This list goes on. Again we feel very blessed to have spent time at Villa Naora, we have been holidaying in Bali for over 10 years and this is the first time we have been to the North, Villa Naora and North Bali have taken our breathe away. “Lovely Location” Our group of friends stayed here in September and the villa is lovely, right next door to all the shops and restaurants. (only 30 seconds walk to The Deck where we took breakfast every morning and playing pool in the evening). The villa staff were helpful and the housekeeper was more than happy to run out and pick up anything we wanted. The value was fantastic for such a large villa in Seminyak and taxis are always outside for day trips. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay.

“Great Location, with all the facilities.” Awesome place to stay. The apartment has plenty of space with all the facilities. Loved the huge pool, kids club, gym and beach club facilities are great. Service within the resort is great, with ample food options that is reasonably priced. As frequent travellers to Bali, we rate the Nusa Dua Penthouse up there with the best.

“Best view on Bali and very luxurious.” I stayed for 9 wonderful days. It is located 2 km from the nearest village, 25 minute walk on narrow jungle road that is bumpy and became unpassable 400 meters before the villa in this very rainy season so we had to walk those last meters. Car could not be used but I had my own driver. Having read the other reviews I need to make a few comments: the villa is very luxurious. The marvelous Balinese furniture is top class and super luxurious. The 4 bedrooms are great and all with great views. The pool is fantastic and was not too cold (about 20 degrees). Some will not like that temperature but most will. The owner would not swim in this time of year. He is a very nice man who stays with family in Ubud when he has guests in the villa and is on holiday on Bali. Personell is wonderful, especially Ketut, who lives with wife and child in the cottage just behind the villa, under the restaurant/bar (which is only for guests). During day he leaves you quite alone and only comes (in my case) for breakfast and dinner at agreed times. The view is more spectacular than I had imagined. Pictzres don't do it justice, You see the deep valley and behind it 9 mountains, not "Payangan range" as one reviewer says, but the high ones around the northern lakes, with Batukaru in front to the left. The top lounge has a DVD player that also plays CDs and there is a collection of 260 legal Dvds (Australian), divided (by me) in action, Drama and Comedy, alphabetically. All sorts of great films. Also other Dvds in the drawer. Villa is at 660 meters and no airco or ventilation was needed during day or night (and I normally need it more than others).I could wear what I wanted all day and evening. About the rooms: not all beds are equal. The ones on middle floor are King size (180 cm) and soft beds. The ones on lower level are 160 cm and hard mattrasses. Villa surrounded by neighbours with animals so not totally quiet. "Relaxing, quiet" will mean for reviewers that it was OK for them.

“A magic holiday” To sum up this magical experience I would probably say that this villa has not only made my holiday but has been a center point and hub for me and my family. The quality of this villa simply raised my spirits as I was able to relax in the mid-set of the patty rice felids of Ubud Bali. The long romantic pool was not only a get away for me and my hubby, but also a family friendly and fun area for the children to relax. Basking in the Paddy felids and typical Balinese culture, it is only a short ride away from the center and busting life of Bali. This modern and large Villa, was not only kept well but you could tell that it was new, clean and ultimately satisfactory. The big spacious areas allowed areas for different purposes, some places where the kids could hang out, and some places where I could finish some left over work from the office in peace, whilst looking out at the beautiful balinese out view. Overall what I liked best was the experience that this Villa was able to offer me and my family, the only dislike is the fact that I wont able to come back until next year.

“Villa Amaya” We arrived to Bali as a group of ten, aged 12 to, well shall we say late 20s :-). A well planned and organised holiday was interrupted by flight cancellations due to Volcanic ash and cancellation of accommodation pre-booked months in advance. I stumbled across Villa Amaya and Villa Mona by a random Google search at Melbourne airport 30 minutes prior to departure and rang the contact number provided to organise last minute accommodation. On arrival to Bali (at approximately10pm) I received a text from Nathan in response to an earlier missed call. Following a short conversation we were on our way to Villa Mona, beautiful property outside Seminyak, where we spent a night. We then moved to Villa Amaya, where we spent 5 days. The staff at Villa Amaya were kind, helpful, welcoming and made us feel right at home. Kadet and Nathan were available at any time of the day and night (Yep! demanding guests, I know, but they didn’t mind being disturbed :-) , whether the request was to sort out the WiFi issue or something more urgent. Villa Amaya property is located close to everything Seminyak has to offer including the local beach. If you chose to stay here I can assure you that you will not regret it. :-) Jelena

“Great Villa” We stayed for 7 days and had a great time. The villa was perfect for our 6 and 8 year old kids. It is off the beaten path. But that is what we were looking for. If you are looking for a villa that is walking distance from shopping or restaurants, this place isn't for you. But if you want privacy and quiet evenings with a breathtaking view of the ocean, then this place is for you. We took several excursions during the day and it was several hours in the car. You are only 20 minutes from New Kuta, shopping and restaurants.
