“amazing” We would just like to extend our gratitude for having enabled us to have such a relaxing holiday. The apt was the perfect retreat and way surpassed our expectations. The intricate detail and design of the apt. and the spaciousness added to the luxuriousness which we were surrounded in. We were spoilt with every amenity of comfort and bathed in the glory daily. Every morning we lay outside on the balcony on the most comfortable sun loungers and just lapped up beauty of the ocean at sunrise, The view from both balconies were spectacular. All we can say is, it was well worth travelling the ten hours; for although the weather was not great, it didn't really matter as we were able to enjoy the apt to its full potential. We will definitely recommend you to our friends, and hope to bring you customers in the near future. My wife and I would love to come again too. Thank You so much again for everything.

“Very Satisfied with the whole rental process and loved the apart” Renting the apartment was very easy and emails were always answered promptly. Virginia met us at the apartment on our arrival and was very nice and informative. The apartment was just like the pictures, no surprises! It was very clean and had more than enough room for our family of 4. We also liked the location - between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The beaches at Hollywood were less crowded and just as beautiful. The 2 pool areas were really nice too!

“Great Stay - Perfect Location!!” My two friends and I had such an amazing time renting from Lee Baron! This studio was just what we wanted for our first stay in South Beach. It was cozy, spacious, and perfectly located, with easy access to the beach and all the restaurants and shops on Collins and Ocean Drive. The apartment building was quiet & clean, and the receptionist and security were always pleasant. I would definitely stay here again, and/or rent another apartment from Lee Baron. “Great location in SB!!!!!” This condo is a great little Gem - right on Ocean Drive in SB. Pretty & not to mention spacious kitchen, good living area and the rooms are very clean and big to be at the beach. Near everything: shops, food and best thing is it is right on the strip to the beach. In town for company trip 3 guys very spacious and perfect location to all the hip spots. Giulio (owner) is "Great"!!! he is quick to respond to emails will answer all questions and the best thing is he gets right back to you. I am booking my next trip with Giulio to stay at the Netherlands to have some Miami fun in the sun :)

“Great Place to Celebrate 30th Birthday!” Stayed here from September 18th- 21st to celebrate my 30th birthday with close friends and family and had the time of my life. Lee responded to my questions and inquiries in a timely fashion. Eduardo was very hospitable and made us feel comfortable once we arrived to the condo. The condo was a great size for 3- ladies, with (2) sofa beds in the living room and (1) bedroom which gave us enough space and privacy. Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony. You can see the beach from the balcony- which was wonderful! Although the balcony is small,3- people could stand and 2-people could sit and have drinks, people watch, as well as dance to music heard from downstairs :) The condo was in the perfect vicinity of the Ocean Dr. strip. Being on top of Margaritaville was convenient to go downstairs for drinks and appetizers. Some of the best clubs restaurants, clothing as well as grocery stores, are within walking distance or a 5-10 minute cab ride away, no need to rent a car. The only issues were that; their were dirty dishes in the cabinet and thankfully we brought our own paper plates, plastic cups and silverware. I also think the bathroom could use some renovation. The window did not close all the way and I think the bathtub could use a shower curtain that was cleaner, had some design to it and better quality. Otherwise I highly recommend staying at this condo if you're looking for a place that is within great proximity of the ocean, with a beautiful view, ready to party and take advantage of the nightlife, don't mind loud music (from Margaritaville) and ready to have a good time.

“This condo was amazing!” Everything about this condo was beyond amazing. Lee and his assistant were very helpful and comforting in making sure that everything was great for my arrival and as well as anything I needed during my stay. The location is prime and the view of the mansion as well as the beach is pretty amazing in itself. The inside of the condo feels like home and I had no issues with anything. “Comfortable "Home away from Home"” When my husband and I found Joe,s vacation rental we very happy to hear that we could bring our small dog "Sassy". The apartment proved to be comfortable,spacious and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We especially enjoyed the extrmely comfortable King bed and fabulous shower. Victoria Park is a lovely neighbourhood and we enjoyed long walks with Sassy. Las Olas Blvd. within walking distance has great restaurants and shopping. Our Host Joe went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we required and had a happy and enjoyable time during our 3 month stay.

“Perfect place in South Beach” This was a perfect place to stay in South Beach. Everything we wanted was right next to the building: beach, restaurants, shopping, clubs, art galleries... The apartment was well maintained and had all the comforts for a vacation rental. Plenty of extra towels, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. I also liked how it was decorated and how the whole place was laid out. It was a very good value for the money, and Alex was on top of everything and well organized. We got all our directions and key codes in advance so we were able to check in on our own as soon as we got to South Beach. If we had any questions, Alex was always easy to reach and provide good advice. The entire experience was smooth and easy, and we are perfectly satisfied . Will stay here again.

“An absolutely unforgettable experience! Loved every moment of staying there” The view from room number 1620 was gorgeous and the living room in general was spacious. My favorite part was relaxing in the pool downstairs that also opened up to the beach. I left my book in the apartment but HORA vacation rentals was very accommodating in finding it and sending it back to me within a week itself. Thank you for a great time!
