“Couldn't think of a better place to be outside of Asheville!” This cottage is wonderful! Especially waking up in the morning and seeing a slightly cloudy sky over the mountains. Very soothing for the soul. Ron & Rachel are also very friendly and went out of their way to make the cottage feel as homely as possible. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay!

“Relaxing, quiet, very comfortable!” Location is perfect. Very close to amazing little town of Weaverville, where food is the best! Conveniently located to hiking and Asheville, as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely and plan to come back.

“Tiffany Ridge” Cabin was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay very much: the drive into town is about perfect not much traffic if you take the back road around and yet you are still very private once you get to the cabin. My family enjoyed it we had as young as 5 up to my husband and I at 49. Plenty of room for 6 of us and everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Thank you for sharing we will be back. The picture is from the deck it is beautiful.

“Awesome Cabin!!” My husband and I rented this property for the July 4th weekend. His sister and her husband traveled with us. At first we thought we were going to the end of the Earth, but after finding the cabin we were all very pleased. It was very nice! Clean, spacious, and private. Giving each couple their own bedroom and bathroom. Best of all, Liz, is an amazing hostess, checking in with us daily to be sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this cabin for a nice relaxing weekend.

“Great time at King's Mountain Laurel” We are two adventurous Senior Adult couples who wanted to get away from it all for Thanksgiving. That's exactly what we found at this lovely cabin on top of this mountain, and the owner was warm and friendly. We were comfy, warm and the views from the porch was incredible! The driveway was a thrill and not for the faint of heart, but we had an experienced driver so we had no problems. Daniel's Steakhouse served a great Thanksgiving meal; Georgia Mountain Restruant had a great breakfast, and we shopped and explored the surrounding area on Friday...Don't miss Bell Mountain (another thrill) in Hiawassee, and Mark of the Potter in Clarksville. “The perfect getaway location!” I cannot say enough nice things about this rental property- from the first email contact to the last, the Millers were outstanding with communication. The property offers a fantastic view of the valley that hypnotizes- before you know it, you've sat on the porch rocking the afternoon away. The cabin itself had everything you could ask for and more- just bring the food and you're good to go. The kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils & I was able to cook two nights/one morning there without needing a certain pot, pan, or spatula. The living room was cosy and there was enough t.v. channel variety to keep my teenage boys occupied during the short rainy period. The cabin was centrally located and we visited a mine, movie theater, grocery store, arcade, and several restaurants in the area all with in 20-30 minutes, many much less. I plan on making a return trip as soon as I can!

“Beautiful home” We had a week long stay scheduled. It was beautiful. The house was amazing and the view was perfect. We had to cut our trip short though. There are so many stairs and the stairs down to the river were way too much. I wouldnt suggest this property for anyone with health conditions, pregnancy or small children with them. It would be perfect for young couples or older groups who are in excellent shape. Jeff Hayes was amazing to deal with as was Flip Key advisors. It was such a smooth way to book a beautiful home. I will definitely use them again in the future.

“Relaxing and rejuvinating” My husband, six month old daughter and I spent the weekend here in May. It was outstanding. Kendall, the owner, was warm and welcoming from the minute we stepped out of the car. She provided us with maps of her property, which you can hike and explore. We especially enjoyed the koi pond and just sitting on the porch swing. The views are amazing from the porch and deck. The cabin is in Fairview, NC which is about 20 minutes away from Asheville. It is the perfect location, far enough away to feel as if you are the only ones around, but close enough to downtown to run in for dinner. You don't have to, however, because there is a restaurant, The Local Joint, about 5 minutes away. They have a variety of local food and organic entrees. Excellent. Kendall is a licensed massage therapist and yoga instructor. We were able to get massages for both my husband and myself, which were fantastic. I also opted to take a private yoga lesson, which was awesome. I am a super-beginner, and she was able to make the class both on my level and enjoyable. We got the "relaxation weekend" which I highly recommend. The massage and yoga class (or sauna treatment) come with the cabin price. There is a hot tub which we were unable to use (because we needed to watch the baby), but looked very inviting. Overall, I would give this vacation spot 5 stars, more if I could!

“What peace and quiet with beautiful view” Want a get away to relax and have a glass of wine while sitting in a hot tub? Well this cabin provides everything from the well decorated and clean interior to the outstanding decks with views. We loved the peace and quiet. This cabin has been decorated perfectly and was so clean. The owner could not be nicer. The view from the second floor balcony was perfect to watch the sun set. Breakfast out on the main deck was also great along with the opportunity to grill some steaks out doors. Great place and I would highly reoommend it.

“A cozy getaway so close to everything!” We went with 3 other families and our young toddlers and the home was super kid friendly. They supplied us with a high chair and pack and play as well as a gate for the stairs. They really thought of everything. The home had all the kitchen supplies that we needed and we spent many evenings just hanging out and grilling relaxing in the house. Very clean and comfortable.amazing views as well!
