“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Absolutely sensational” We were two couples in our 60's wanting a great self contained villa,with great views, close to amenities, but not in amongst the crowds. Villa dei Fiori, surpassed all of our expectations. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two reception rooms, a great kitchen, a balcony and an outdoor area 'to die for'. Luca and Mary, were gracious hosts, generous with the food and drink, which we did not expect, for your arrival. We liked the property, because it felt like a home. The location and views were perfect for what we wanted.

“Awesome !!!” This has to be one of the best apartments in Sydney, The view is amazing, the location excellent, the premium quality of the apartment and little extras provided made our stay truly 5 star. The Sydney skyline views from the apartment are truly breathtaking, we also managed to watch the amazing fireworks from the balcony on the Saturday night. The location is central to everything. Darling harbour is a lovely place to hang out, explore, and has plenty to do, its within walking distance of the City Centre, Harbour Bridge & opera house, and with many lovely restaurants on the doorstep its the perfect place to stay. Would love to return if we get to visit Sydney again.

“Fantastic central apartment in Sorrento with great views” We have just returned from spending a week in this delightful accommodation in Sorrento. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children and the apartment served us perfectly. Gerardo was my initial point of contact when making the booking and he always responded promptly and patiently to my questions regarding the property. When we arrived at the apartment the owners were waiting with a welcoming smile and they showed us around. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace offered fantastic views of the bay of Naples, Vesuvio, Sorrento and beyond. It was a great place to sit and eat a meal, enjoying the views away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The apartment is no more than a 6 min walk to Piazzo Tasso, 15 mins max to the train station. The apartment is in a residential area of Sorrento with supermarkets, patisserie and Pizza takeaway within 3 mins of the apartment. We were also left some lovely goodies by the owners including the delicious Limoncello. Thank you Apollonia, Francesco and Gerardo.

“Living in a cloud” How can I express the wonderful feeling I had when I arrived to the home. We were received by Maria who has a heart of gold. She delivered and gave beyond what she had. We sat perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking the island and Fira dripping from the edge in white. As Maria went through all the best the island had to offer. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a home that made you feel not only on vacation but also embodied the culture and style of Greece. You felt loved and at peace. You can be in that home to relax but in my case, I was surprising my parents with renewal of their vows so I was in close contact with Maria. I honestly did not expect the help she offered, and it was a lot. Making several calls and running around helping us with the details of a wedding. The catering, the flowers, the space. It was a full job for her. She seemed to do it all. Every morning our space was clean and we had fresh towels. If there was a request she was a phone call away. We had hotel amenities. Which is rare for a home rental to have. Over all - A spectacular home, amazing Service, Memorable time. We would go back again and can't wait to see Maria, this time to spend time with-- We highly recommend you go visit the black beach. If you have a concern ask Maria she is a wealth of knowledge. “WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“A Haven of Peace in a crazy world” I have been going to Lamu for the past 8 years and last year discovered Forodhani House. In its perfect setting it is the ideal place to spend a holiday. The staff who welcome you are warm and full of attention while being discrete. The people in Shela are the friendliest I have met and I have travelled a lot. I am going back and can't wait to take my next sunset sail.

“Outstanding accommodation with amazing views” We couldn't have stayed in a better place. From all the information and help both Howard and Melissa provided prior to our stay, to the most amazing house. The house was very modern, amazingly well equipped, and made our break all the more enjoyable. We could not recommend the Blue Ocean View Beach House any higher. “Paradise on Tha Lane Bay” It was a great accommodation. From the first to the last day of our honeymoon we enjoyed every second in the great villa. In the house there was lot of space. The bathroom with the one way looking window was great. So we could watching hummingbirds. The sleeping room had a great view to the ocean. And the best was jumping directly to the private pool :-). From the pool we could enjoy the great view to the ocean with the chalk cliffs. The well tended garden around the villa it's great to relaxing. The food and services was very excellent. So we always enjoyed our meals under the private roof outside. We had a lot of dinners with great sunsets. The organization like day-trip with car or boat was fantasic. So we felt us in good hands. Thank you very much Sandy. We enjoyed this days there very well. Lot of private ambience and the stuff is everytime helpful with a smiling on the lips. This was for us the perfect honeymoon. I think people who like to relax in good ambience and with fine service will like to stay in Tha Lane Bay. We would like to come back to the small paradise once. And the end, thank your stuff for bringing every day fresh flower for my wife :-) Thanks a lot for the great stay. David from Switzerland.
