“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“Great Location” We stayed from Saturday to Saturday. Overall the house was good. Pros: Clean, spacious, close to Disney Parks, close to stores, very quite place, easy access, comfortable furnitures, Cons: master bedroom was hot, internet service went down mostly at night time like it has a timer at night, and odd times during day time only for few minutes, the pool only the first day when we arrived pool was with cloudy water and water very hot all the time, we think the heater was on. Cable TV, we had two afternoons that we had no signal. The house has two blenders both not working. No raw meat knife, we had to buy our own for cooking. We wanted to use the garage to place our car, it has many objects we could not use it.

“Wonderful vacation” We spent a Christmas week on the villa and received everything we were dreaming to have during this vacation - a spacious and tastefully decorated villa, very clean and comfortable; a big and clean pool, and an ocean - beautiful and relaxing. It was a great pleasure to have a breakfast on the patio on the second floor, to listen the ocean and breathe fresh salty air, or to relax in hammock during the day or in the evening. The small town of Telchack has few awesome restaurants with fresh seafood and delicious local deserts, it is very quite, far from tourist crowds and local people are very friendly. We have also enjoyed flamingos and other birds watching in the lagoon just few minutes drive, local ruins, ceinotes and Merida with its cultural events. This vacation had just one disadvantage - it passed too quickly. I wish we'll have at least two weeks to spend there.

“Very nice.” We had a great time. The house was clean, accommodations were very nice. The kitchen light started to burn out. One call & it was fixed quickly. We would go back.

“Beyond Expectations” I would not stay anywhere else on the island. The house itself is in immaculate condition with huge sliding glass doors in every room allowing for amazing views of the Caribbean from every room. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise every morning and the house's beautiful décor encourages complete relaxation. Whether watching TV, playing Xbox/Playstation or listening to music via the surround sound system, it felt like our every whim was met. The kitchen is stocked with gourmet appliances and cookware which made my ability to create fantastic meals for us easy and fun. When we tired of laying by the pool, the beach was less than a mile away and the Red Hook night life was right down the street. This villa is truly one of the premier locations on the island. I cannot wait for the next trip back

“Truly Amazing property!” There are no words to describe how wonderful it was to wake up to the magnificent views at Casa Espanola. The concierge and staff at my vacation Costa Rica were very attentive to all our needs. We were there for my girlfriend's bachelorette party and we were a group of 15! From the beginning, geralyn and Amy did a great job planning out our trip. I was very anxious about how the trip was going to turn out because i had never been to Costa Rica, but they were always so prompt with responding to my emails and executing all that was promised. Geralyn set up all of our excursions ahead of time. She even scheduled massages at the property! You won't want to leave this place! The pictures do not do it justice! It is even more beautiful in person. We posted photos on instagram with the hashtag #casaespanola so that you can see some photos from our experience. There were 4 floors and each had an ocean view! It was refreshing being able to wake up to that every morning! Every day, the cleaning staff came and cleaned up the property thoroughly, so the house was so nice every time we got back from our daily outing. Oh and our private chef, Chef Harold, was amazing!!!! He and his wife are so nice and the food is delicious! They have a menu on site and they will cook anything you request as long as they can get the ingredients. I would recommend Costa Rican cuisine because it is really yummy. All you have to pay for is the cost of food. And it is definitely worth it! The beaches are close by and easy to get to. The cost of transportation is about $1.75 per person each way. We had breakfast at Cafe Milagro. Their food is really good and the coffee drinks are deelish! You must see Manuel Antonio park. It is about a 20 minute stroll through the park where you see cute monkeys and other exotic animals. Once you get to the end of the park, you get to Manuel Antonio beach which is totally worth it! We had a blast. We also went to playa biesanz which is nice and private. Our trip was at the beginning of rainy season (May 28th-June 1st). I was really anxious about the weather because of the weather reports. I will say this: please disregard what you see on your weather app. It said that it was 100% precipitation and that it would be cloudy and raining every day. The weather was amazing pretty much all day. It would get cloudy in the late evening and it did rain a couple nights, but Costa Rica is so amazing that it didn't even bother us. Especially since we stayed at casa Española. I forgot to mention that they even provide you with 2 cell phones in case you need to get in touch with your concierge! How amazing is that? You can use the phone to make any local calls. So after the first couple days, i was able to call my own taxi lol I’m sure some of the other girls will post a review so you can definitely see how happy we were with our experience! Stay here! “Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Fantastic Lakeside Villa !!!” We just passed our first week staying in this fantastic villa. The view from the pooldeck is wonderfull and the wildlife arround the lake is giving you never a dull moment. You can enjoy all this with much privacy. The villa is very well equiped with perfect wifi, flatscreens, a soundsystem on the pooldeck to connect your own spotify, very nice. The villa is well managed and clean and the owner is a real nice guy. We are looking forward to or next week of staying at this wonderfull home and will recommend this to everyone who wants to hear.

“Perfect” We had a wonderful stay at Villa GG and will give it the best recommendation. We were 17adults and two small kids and everybody said it was a fantastic place and vacation. The Villa had everything, baby beds and strollers for the kids, and a play house in the garden. The host , GG, was very kind. He arranged pick up at the airport for us, gave us a warm welcome with wine and a cheese, gave us a lot of good tips on where to eat and what to see. The villa was very modern and had all the facilities we wanted. The main bathroom was like a spa:) The location of the Villa was also very good. 2 minutes to the beach and a small grocery shop. Very nice area to do exercise like running, bicycle in the mountains and play tennis. We rented a car so it was easy to drive in to Split if we wanted to go to a bigger shopping mall, but GG is also helpful in arranging transportation. We had a fantastic time and I really hope we will be back soon. Thank you so much GG and Croatia for the unforgettable week!
