“Fabulous location!” Very clean home, with an easy, short walk to the beach. Plenty of room on the beach. You do not need to get to the beach early to reserve a spot for yourself. The owner is very sweet and available if you have any problems. Since this is a 3 story townhouse, there are a lot of steps, so it is not suitable if you have trouble going up and down stairs frequently. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of storage room. Decks are marvelous!

“Best place to stay on the beach!” We had a great vacation at the "3 Seas Cottages this past week, in fact, it was the best relaxing vacation we have had in years. Everything was as advertised and much more. We checked in on Saturday and when we return from the beach we found a tin of cookies on the porch that Susan the owner had baked for us. When met Susan later that day we found her to be the sweetest person you could every meet and so accommodating. The place was perfect, right down to the soap in the brand new outdoor cedar shower. The neighborhood was so quiet it reminded me of stepping back in time when life moved a much slower pace… Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly as they walked their dogs, walked to the beach, or took a night stroll to dinner. The location is perfect because it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and the restaurants. The entire place has been very recently renovated, the furnishings and the attention to detail is top notch. We enjoyed shopping at the local markets, produce stands and cooking in the kitchen and on the gas grill on the patio. We spent a few evenings just sitting on the screened-in porch listing to some jazz music and drinking a bottle of wine, it was heavenly. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked it again for next summer the same week.

“Another great beach week” We returned to 15B for the second straight summer, and for the second straight summer we enjoyed a great week! The new outdoor shower was an added bonus and matched the high quality of the rest of the accommodations. Susan, the owner, makes everything very easy with the parking pass and use of the nice beach chairs and umbrella.

“Awesome little cottage” The cottage was the perfect size for us and Paul was amazing to offer us help with everything from food recommendations to locations of certain places like the Dogfish Pub. He put me at ease with the process and being so helpful. We wanna come back next year

“Would welcome the chance to visit Cape May again and this would be my "go to" place.” A 4 night stay with 2 friends for an event at the Convention Center-it was perfect! NIcely kept, had everything we needed including a gracious landlord and 2 sweet whippet dogs! Great location, walkable everywhere we needed to be. There is nothing I can think of that would have improved our stay! I must add I had to change my plans from the cottage to the 2nd floor property in the main house a couple times and the owner was most gracious and worked with me till we got it all sorted out. Thanks George and the "girls" for an enjoyable stay!

“Perfect Stay at Pied-a-Terre” We stayed at the Pied-a-Terre the weekend before Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed the suite! We were looking for a place to stay that offered warmth, charm, and Victorian decoration but didn't want a bed and breakfast. This suite was just perfect. It was beautifully decorated, warm and cozy. It was plenty roomy for my husband and myself and two teenagers. Because we were there for such a short stay, we didn't get a chance to use all the amenities that it offered such a the large, fully equipped kitchen (loved the bar and barstools!) and old fashioned tub. We did get to use the umbrellas (great idea to have them). The house itself is beautiful and the location is best in town! They even had on sight parking! Both the owner and the realtor were friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

“Absolutely perfect!” My family loved the puzzle house for our vacation. The layout was perfect for multiple families and kids. The location is close to Rehoboth, Bethany and OC so you had access to a million things to do. The gated community is quiet and very nice to walk around day or night. This place really has it all between the 3 min ride to the beach, the pool, fishing, and the views from all the decks were amazing! We also enjoyed riding the bikes at night to view the bridge! Would def stay here again in a heartbeat! My family had a wonderful vacation and were sad to leave!

“Fab rental” We spent a week in this kind belt home! So much great space... terrific kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, pans etc .. we usually ate breakfast and lunch in and out for dinner. But we did grill one night! Great outdoor shower, beach stuff and fab front porch with rocking chairs
