“A house that I could see living in permanently.” I can't think of anything negative to say, OK if I lived there I'd put a couple palm trees and a bar by the pool... I really liked the look of the tile floor in the living room and I really appreciated the fact that there is a DVR connected to the main TV. It is an awesome house.

“great place” Great property, location plus and the community of Windsor Hills is fantastic. We stayed for 4 weeks and had a perfect time, the townhouse fit our needs to a tee. We have rented before and this was far the best one we stayed at. The owner was on top of everything and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. We dealt with the property management team a couple of times and Micheal and Paula were fantastic they were very responsive to our needs. The townhouse was very clean and was well stocked with all of the essentials . The location is also great if you want to spend time in Disney or other parks everything you need is within 15 minute drive. As for the community of Windsor Hills it is very child friendly and great for every age group, the pool was real nice and so was the club house. We would recommend this property to all age groups, it is comfortably good for 4 to 5 people. We hope to go back again next year. If staying there during the colder months I would recommend to heat the pool if you want to swim at the house the community pool is only a 5 minute walk and is heated to around 83 degrees.

“Beautiful spacious home in a quiet Gated Community.” We were in Florida for the National Pop Warner Football finals. I was able to rent this home on short notice (one week) and was pleasantly surprised it was beautifully maintained and well stocked. Sri was very accommodating and easy to reach. We had several children with us of various ages and they were all kept occupied in the game room. Pool never really got warm but we did read the literature and wasn't expecting bath water but the pool and spa at the clubhouse was comfortable. Had a great time and would definitely rent again great value for your money. Also is very close to all the attractions just a short drive to any park you plan to visit.

“Paradise” My husband and I plus 3 children recently returned from our first trip to Orlando, Florida. We stayed in the Villa Esquire. I can't say enough good things about this place! The neighbourhood is beautiful. I spent many hours walking the streets with my 3 children and always felt completely safe. David and Nikki did everything within their power to make our stay comfortable and fun! They called several times just to see if there was anything that they could assist us with. They keep this home in immaculate shape. Everything from the paint to the appliances, bedding, dishes, and electronics are brand new. This home is also spotless and tastefully decorated with tons of personal touches to make you feel right at home. It had everything I could possibly need for my infant including; a brand new stroller, a play pen and high chair to even baby spoons and baby linens. The kitchen is fully equipped to help with all of your cooking needs big or small. I even found a sewing kit when I ripped the hem on my dress! The layout of this home is perfect for several families. There is two master suites; one upstairs and one down. So even though we had 3 different groups in the home their was still tons of privacy. The game room was awesome! My kids and husband spent many evenings enjoying the x box, pool table etc. We also spent hours on end enjoying the heated pool! The kids loved it so much we had a hard time convincing them to leave the house to hit the parks! Disney is a close 15 minutes, Sea World 25, Busch Gardens 1 hour, and Cape Canaveral Beach a hair over an hour. There are also loads of restaurants nearby such as Olive Garden, Long Horn, Chilies, and applebee's. Plus a choice choice of shopping centres and outlets. the grocery, post office and Walmart were literally a five minute drive down the street. We absolutely loved Florida and this beautiful home and hope to return soon. Thank you David and Nikki for making our stay perfect and our trip one we will never forget!

“Perfect” This house was perfect for our florida holiday. We were 2 families each with 2 children and we had all the space you could need to not feel on top of each other, the other double bedroom easily converted to an en suite for the other couple so we each had en suite and the kids had their own bathroom! House really well equipped and lovely decor, lovely and private on the back and on a spacious and quiet development, just a short drive to all the parks, shops, restaurant, excellent location! We were really busy with all the parks so it was so nice to come back to space and the pool and the hot tub were equally an essential and enjoyable part of our holiday along with all the parks! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend/book again.

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“Spring Break” Had a wonderful Spring break at this well maintained 6 bedroom home. The weather was a nice, early taste of summer. We did have a problem with the garbage disposal put the management company fixed it quickly. I think the cleaning service could do a little bit better we found some items from previous renters under the beds, and earrings in the carpet. Not a big deal but for neat-freaks it was noticeable. I would definitely stay there again, great location.

“Superb orlando villa - fantastic family home away from home” This was our first ever booking with HomeAway/VRBO and we were immediately drawn by the description, photos and other reviews on the site for Lakeview House. We decided to go for it (a family of 3 adults, 2 children) and the booking process was seamless - Derek, the owner, was in constant touch and with very useful information ahead of arrival. Although our flight from the UK had a bit of a glitch (meaning we arrived in the dead of night) we found the place without issue. There is always a nagging doubt with 'owner direct' type sites that pictures can be taken to flatter, or camera angles used to conceal. However, this is completely without warrant in this case and I can categorically guarantee that what you see in the pictures is absolutely what you get in real life! Think that wonderful vista over the lake behind Mickey and Minnie framing the fountain is an illusion? Absolutely not, it's that fantastic. Think the pictures of the pool and spa look too good to be true? Well believe it, we enjoyed them to the full. Games room really that capable? Oh yes, my son and I enjoyed the pool table and the air hockey immensely. This villa was perfect, and as travellers a long way from home, it was a joy to stay in. Location was excellent - to the west end of the '192' so great for driving to the parks and in a quiet and tidy residential street. As there is no-one immediately to the right of this villa (there's a small 'inlet' from the lake) there is a 'semi-detached' feel to it which adds to the sense of open-ness and space when out the back. Facilities were superb, kitchen well appointed, TVs everywhere. Missing 'ice hockey' pucks were spotted before we arrived and dealt with proactively - this villa is clearly well managed and Derek gave us a ring mid-stay to check everything was ok. Beds were comfy and air con and fans meant the villa was always a welcome and refreshing haven at the end of tough day in the parks. It was an intense two weeks for us as a family, as we were doing the Disney and Universal 'thing' to the max but the villa was everything we hoped for and more. We whole-heartedly recommend this villa either as a base for doing the Orlando 'Madness' or simply as somewhere to stay 24/7 and soak up the sun quietly. We will certainly return, God-willing, and if you're reading this and tempted to book, go ahead and bon vacances! Thanks you Derek and Julie for sharing your home with us. “Lovely home..” My family and i enjoyed the heated pool very much. My mother really loved the master bedroom and leather furniture.

“Fabulous Location” From my initial contact with David I found that he responded promptly with any queries that I had and provided me with information on the Reunion Resort and the Kissimmee area. Arriving late on the Saturday evening, welcoming lights had been left on within the villa revealing a superbly decorated and immaculately clean home. The villa was suited to our family needs with 4 ensuite bedrooms. The provision of free wifi was a bonus for the younger family members. During our stay the well equipped kitchen with high quality utensils, including a kettle, was used to cook numerous meals. Our family did make use of items provided for guests such as sat-nav, beach towels and Tommy Bahama beach chairs which proved useful when we visited Clear Water beach. Craig from the Jeeves management team welcomed us on our first day and provided us with information on the Reunion Resort pointing out the community pools etc. The gym appealed to the enthusiastic among us. The Reunion Resort was easy to find with the instructions provided by David, unlike the 192, we experienced no traffic delays from the Disney Parks using the i 4. Publix supermarkets are located nearby. I can now understand why 7720 Link Side Loop, Patriots Landing is named 5* Villa Orlando. It certainly deserves the awards it has received. In my opinion there is a highly professional combination with David the owner and Jeeves the management team offering a high quality service and accommodation to renters. I recommend this villa and the Reunion Resort to any family contemplating a vacation in Orlando. I hope that when I return to Florida that this accommodation will be available on our chosen dates as I doubt if we will be able to find better. David thank you for all your help and playing your part in making our vacation to Florida successful and enjoyable.

“Wonderful house for a large family group” The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculate and our needs were taken care of instantly by the owner. Close to shopping, restaurants and Disney World parks.

“Large enough for the whole family” We had a great stay and were really pleased with the size of the house. It allowed members of our extended family to have privacy but of course the family room, kitchen, and media/game room were the most popular areas. The kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool. The weather was unseasonably cold but we paid to heat the pool and everyone seemed surprised and pleased that is was so comfortably warm. Sri is very easy to work with and responded super fast to email communication. This is definitely the way to go when you have a large family. Very reasonably priced for the space and accommodations.
