“Great Downtime in San Juan” Unit was perfect for a getaway week in San Juan. We were on the beach every day which provided warm water, sun, and shade. Condo was perfect size for us, and on 15th floor very safe, quiet, and private. Had everything we needed, washer-dryer, etc. Building employees very courteous and helpful. Variety of restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. We did not have to rent a car. We ate breakfast and lunch in condo, then ate dinner out every day. Pool deck is beautiful and health club a big plus. Overall great place to relax, chill out, and enjoy the ambiance.

“Private home” This is a private gated Pureto Rican style home. Upper deck greeting friends one morning with mimosas! Beach...walk right out to it, sleep as you listen to ocean surf Conveniently located near shopping and any tourist destination/excursion you have in mind! Easy access to major roads/highway. “Best Place Ever” This was our second time staying at Micheals condo it is very nice, clean, great view, in a safe building, centrally located to everything from transportation to Old San Juan, restaurants, clubs, spas,and beaches. The condo is so relaxing especially when the wall of windows is open in the morning for breakfast or in the evening to let the lite breeze from the lagoon. And the best for last, Maritza is The GREATEST HOST EVER.

“Beautiful” The house was located inside a gated community. It was a open and breezy layout. Was a short walk to a private beach. The house included two bathrooms and four bedrooms and was spacious. Walmart was within a 15 minute drive for groceries and there were several eateries within a few minutes from the house. All in all, it was an amazing trip.

“Great place and great value.” This was a nice little place to stay I had no complaints at all with the owner and manager. Monty was good to deal with on the phone I never did meet him but always answered all my questions. Phil (site manager) was great to deal with too. They were both very helpful and prompt when communicating with me. The place was clean and everything in the kitchen worked great. The beds were comfortable. One night the power did go out for about 10 minutes but that was no fault of the owner it just happens in PR sometimes I guess. Like I said it was very quick and came right back on. The backyard is nice and the neighborhood seams quite and safe. One thing about the location though it is very close to the airport and right in one of the flight paths. You can see the location when booking it so that is what I expected and not a knock on the owner. Overall this was definitely a great place to stay and an awesome value! My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay here and had a great time in PR. Thanks Monty and Phil!

“Perfect” We love the place. The cross breeze were great. The view is unbelievable. Place is very clean and modern. Short distance to all the restaurants. Olivia and her father were very easy to work with. We will rent this place again when we go back to Puerto Rico in few years.

“Amazing!!!” This was our first trip to Puerto Rico. We didn't know what to do! When we got to San Juan we were greeted by the owners aunt, Maritza. An amazing woman! She is so friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. The entire trip she have us rides (cheaper than a taxi), and assisted in our planning. I can't rave enough about this amazing woman! The room was great as well. They literally thought of everything! The most comfortable towels, beach towels, umbrellas, chilled beer cups.... Even a crock pot! There was a beautiful view..... Oh it was just amazing! Did not want to leave! Close to some shopping, casino, and places to eat. If u have time I recommend sight seeing/shopping in old San Juan (10 mins away) and we took a charter flight to Culebra and Viaquas. Beautiful beaches. Clearest water u will ever see. They also have a ferry to these islands but I hear it's a hassle. Overall, great place to stay, great service with the condo. We miss the condo and Maritza already!!!

“Special family vacation/visit for many memories to cherish.” It was a pleasure to stay again in this house in Vista Mar after our last stay four years ago. It very comfortable and spacious. I'm from Puerto Rico and every time I come back to visit I stay here and my family who live in Puerto Rico love to come to this home and visit as well enjoy the house and the ambiance. There is a few things I told the owner to upgrade for and more pleasant stay. On my next trip back I hope they will be done. Besides that its perfect. And must I let you know who Chester cheetah and Tigger and Symi are they will love your company and please feed them they are the neighbor cats and are sweeet as can be. If you have pets at home and you miss them they sure will help you feel at home.

“Book This Now!!” This was the most wonderful property for our week in San Juan! Four doors to a beautiful beach - neat and tidy apt with ample linens, utensils, etc - comfortable bed - good water pressure in the shower - cold a/c - consistent wifi service - thoughtful extras like beach chairs and drinking water - very safe location - quiet and friendly neighbors - walkably close to good restaurants for eating out and Walgreens for essentials - close to bus and trolley pick-up points - and the nicest, most helpful hosts we could have asked for! They provided a detailed map for nearby points of interest which was tremendously helpful to us as first-timers. Such a relaxing week with walks among the gated neighborhood streets, freedom to go back and forth to the beach in a quick few minutes and meeting people from all over the world also staying in the area. This is a fabulous location at a super price! We are already scheming how to return to this spot again!!

“Perfect place to stay!” My daughter and I stayed in this studio condo for a little over a week and it was perfect. It's right on the beach, I fell asleep every night to the sound of the ocean; pure heaven! We had no issues finding the place thanks to Joe and his well organized maps and directions. Joe even sent us information we requested for our stay on the island. I never felt safer than this place, it was a good feeling being that it was just my teen daughter and I. The studio provided every comfort we could require for a home away from home and the decor was pefect (bright and cheery) for a stay on the ocean. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows (one of my necessities when I travel). You don't need to bring any beach towels so you can save the precious space in your suitcase to bring back souvenirs! The laundry is $2 a wash and dry so it's kind of pricey but it was nice to have the facility. I cannot tell you how much money we saved by not having to pay resort fees and parking; not to mention the hotel costs in the area for this prime location. The Marriott was right across the street and you can use their pool for a fee but why use a pool when the beach is right there! There is a Walgreen's a block away and it has everything you would need (even light grocery's). Traveling the island is easy. I rented a car and had no problem getting around with my Garmin I brought along. We went to every part of this island except the SouthWest part. We scuba, snorkeled, hiked, rappelled, and ziplined. You must visit Culebra and spend time on Flamenco beach, bring your snorkel gear,visit the history in Ponce, visit the fort and spend some time in Old San Juan. The food is cheap if you get out of Condado. There's some great restaurants a few minutes south in Guavate. Buy some fruit on the side of the road if you travel out of San Juan and support the locals, it's cheap and oh so good. We will definitely be back and stay at this condo. “Beautiful house and perfect location, plenty of room for our Family.” Ray and Gwen were great hosts, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We had five people in our group from 7-52 years old, plenty of space to relax together or apart. Beautiful veranda, spacious pool area and well kept gardens to wander through. Exceptionally clean!

“Perfect!” My husband and I stayed here in April 2015 with our 10yr. old daughter. The Condo was perfect. Very tastefully decorated, and very clean. The owner took a lot of thinking into everyone's needs that would be staying here. Both bathrooms were stocked with multiple toiletries, all kitchen appliances necessary, including coolers for the beach. Beach chairs, beach towels, games, baby equipment and the list goes on. The location was absolutely perfect. We rented a car so did a lot of exploring but if you do not rent a car, you will not miss it. Everything you need is within walking distance or a very short taxi ride for groceries. I was a little worried about the condo being so close to the airport, although very convenient, I thought it would be somewhat of a disturbance with the airplanes flying over. We never even noticed the airplanes! That was not an issue. We had soooo much wonderful food in Puerto Rico but I must say, One of my very favorite things was walking down the beach, to the left and getting fish taco's. It is about 1 block down from condo if you are facing the ocean. We like fine dining and have tried fish tacos from all over, even the ones from Cabo do not compare with these. We were skeptical at first, but you will not regret or "get sick" if you try! The leasing agent and owner both were very friendly and very timely will all responses. Comparing this condo to a hotel, you can not beat the price. We normally stay in luxury hotels but because our daughter was with us, we did not spend the extra money. We made an excellent choice and would absolutely stay here again.

“Fabulous location!” Excellent Old San Juan location near everything cultural, historical and restaurants! Loved being surrounded by the beautiful Spanish styled homes, cobbled streets and our host was helpful and engaging. Our patio was a true delight, a nice quiet place in the middle of Old San Juan!
