“It was a nice place to stay in Nassau.” We stayed for four nights and enjoyed it. The place was clean and comfortable it had all the amenities of home except a blow dryer and great water pressure; which is typical all over the island. Duran (the owner) was great and very helpful when I had requests. I recommend using the bus service to get around we felt very safe and the locals were very friendly. The pool is clean and well kept or the beach is an easy 15 minutes walk. On one of our trips to the beach we met a lady named Betty who sells fresh ingredients down by the fish docks. She provided us with recipes on how to cook fresh snapper and white crab as well as all the necessary ingredients; it was fantastic. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

“*****STUNNING****” this house accomadated all of our needs and more and we have a family of 6. it was so nice to be able to come from the beach to and come home TO this beautiful house thats tucked away in a good neighborhood at the end of a culdesac with a huge yard!!! my kids loved catching all the butterflies and lizards lol! it was definately alot more then we bargained for.its even right down thr street from walmart, the beach etc.!!! we absolutely loved it and jenn was amazing. i highly recommend this home to any one. we will definately will be back!!! thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home jenn!!! “Great” Location is great. It put us in the middle of every where we wanted to go..We spent time in both states...Beach area at park was best I'D ever been at.Peachy keen was perfect...Had Evert thing we needed or wanted...Oh, one thing missing, A pot big enough for the crab legs we bought to cook that night. Dinner ended up great and enjoyed eating them on our screened in porch watching it rain...We loved it.

“Excellent place to stay” We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Purple Parrot. We came for a week to visit our son at NaS. The location was 10 minutes from the back gate making visitation easy. We were also close to Johnson Beach and a short drive to Pensacola Beach. One of our nicest surprises was how close we were to the Gulf Shores and all of the activities there. We found the Gulf shores much nicer than Pensacola Beach itself. The Purple Parrot had everything we wanted and more. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic and the hours of operation were great. We did a late check in with no problem and check out was so easy. The staff at The Purple Parrot was always more than willing to help. The staff at Perdido Key Resort Management went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. Our experience with The Purple Parrot and Perdido Key Resort management was one of the best experiences we have ever had. I would highly recommend both of them to anyone.

“The Watermelon House” My family and I feel in love with the watermelon house! The house was in a great location! The house was clean, will -kept, and the AC system worked well! The house provided everything we needed and more which I was impressed with! The owner was always available and the check-in and out instructions were easy! Beautiful house! My family and I will definitely be back to the watermelon house in the future!

“Great Experience” The villa did not disappoint and was a great place for my family and I to stay during our world wind visit to Disney. I would recommend this place to anyone who is going to Orlando with a large group :-)

“Wonderful experience” We stayed at Casa Colonial for a week and truly enjoyed it. Sara was a great and attentive host. She was very helpful in recommending and guiding us to all the good (and non touristy) restaurants and shops. She always ensured we were very comfortable. The villa has a very open plan with a beautiful garden, pool and a Jacuzzi. There are a lot of pet tortoises (with whom our daughter played for hours) and humming birds. Once you enter into the villa, it feels like you have entered an luxury oasis. Its very tranquil. Each of the condos is tastefully furnished and since each unit has two levels, guests can enjoy their own personal space. There are hammocks in front of each unit. This is where our teenager spent most of the time either reading or watching surfing the internet on his iPhone (yes, there is a free Wifi, too). The maid service was very good, too. Overall, we had a very wonderful experience. Our whole family enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we look forward to visiting, Casa Colonial and Sara again.
