“Best relaxing family holiday villa!” We spent a fabulous and relaxing 10 days here in January with our 2 boys aged 5 and 3, and my sister-in-law. The villa was beautiful, with large rooms, kingsize beds, rustic balinese decor with a very large mature, landscaped garden which was perfect for us as the kids had plenty of space to explore. Particularly important for us, was that the twin room adjoined one of the master bedrooms - making it all possible for a family with young kids. The infinity pool overlooking the terraced rice-paddies was beautiful and significantly bigger than I'd expected. The view gave the villa a sense of space you wouldn't get otherwise. We could easily spend all day at 'home' and not feel hemmed in. The kids spent hours in the pool everyday and the shallow, toddler's section at one end was particularly useful for our 3yo. The staff, Kadek and Iwan, bent over backwards to help in any way and became firm friends with us and the kids during our stay. They happily helped us to buy groceries, bintangs for the fridge, bunkus (takeaways) of nasi campur, ordered food for us from local restaurants, did our laundry, called us taxis and booked us massages whenever we asked. Kadek made sure she cooked us the biggest breakfasts ever - of bacon and eggs, nasi goreng, fruit platters and the kids' favourites - banana pancakes (which they had everyday!). Kadek and our nanny also trekked far and wide to purchase us a last minute birthday cake for our youngest who turned 3 during our stay. This was overall a great experience for us - a bit of luxury away from home, where we felt totally 'at home'. Thank you! We would definitely consider staying here again.

“Perfect Getaway” Excellent Service! The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Quiet and serene and very private. Aside from the birds and the bees, you get a sense of tranquility - away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. The location is quite remote, which added to its appeal. You can arrange for a motorbike rental, if you're daring and adventurous enough to go out on your own and explore Bali. If not, you can always arrange for a tour or guide to take you around - look for Dpana, he's sure to give you a refreshing tour or pick you up if need be. And you get a local phone! Which of course you have to give back upon checkout, it makes it very convenient to call for room service or transport.

“It was all the comforts of home but away from home” We thoroughly enjoyed the house, my wife loved the decor, kid had an awesome time with the pool. The villa is actually cuter than picture. Short distance to the beach is just perfect. The mobile phone provided was a great plus to call a taxi or receive a call from taxi when you're waiting for pick up in other areas, and we enjoyed reserving the restaurants The staffs made us quitely comfortable. It rained many days of the week when I was there, and heavily. Well, I'd like to say, "A rainy day at the villa is better than a sunny day anywhere."

“Best place to stay in Bali ! Simply amazing villa and much bette” We have spent 2 incredible months in Pandan Tree Villas starting November 1st. It became a home for us! We have also traveled around Bali and I will have to say that this is for sure one of the best Villas to stay in Bali.Go ahead booking it without a doubt! You get a great quality for a very reasonable price. Location is pretty good as located in Canggu, very calm & quite place surrounded by nature and not far from the center(5 min. to the Echo & Tugu beach where you can have surfing,amazing sunsets,breakfast & lunch and 20 min. ride to Seminyak for a good shopping,nightlife & fine dinning).I also recommend to rent a bike for moving around. Staff of Pandan Tree Villas is super helpful and doing a really good job.Always clean and tidy! Thanks a lot to Daniel, D.Pana, Nyoman,Ayu & Eka for care & truly friendly approach.You can ask for anything and they are always there to help you! Villa itself is very comfortable and is even better than shown in the photos.We often used open kitchen for preparing tasty dinner and the pool of course was our favorite place :) We are going to come back to Pandan Tree Villas for sure!Already missing it:) Cheers Davit

“Great villa” The owner was a delight to deal with,answered all my questions and was very helpful.The driver picked us up at the airport and drove us to Villa Novellina,it was not central but on a scooter we could reach the beach and cafés in under 10 minutes.The villa it self was lovely,a huge bedroom large bathroom with shower and a round bath tub( only downside not enough hot water to fill tub).the indoor lounge was large and air conditioned.The outside area was fantastic with a great pool and relaxing area.And the staff were fantastic,would recommend this villa to all my friends.Thank you for a great stay.

“A wonderful place to rest and relax with family” A great place for us with two small children. The service was top class. Ms Kadek was amazing and really looked after us. Easy access by scooter to surf beaches at echo beach and batu bolong (old mans).

“We loved it!” Thank you for presenting such a nice home! We loved the upstairs balcony with the fantastic view. We travelled with 2 children (8 & 10yo) who enjoyed surfing on the beach nearly in front of the house. The surf was giant for the first 2 days and then perfect for beginners for the rest of the other 4 days we were there. The staff were fantastic, we went out to a few restaurants but preferred the food cooked at the villa, it was healthy and fresh. I can recommend this house to anyone looking for a quality accommodation in a quiet and private setting. We felt safe at all times and sad to leave...We will be back!

“A Pleasure” The villa itself stood out from the typical everyday bali villa. We loved the cosy setup of the place and it made us feel right at home. It was clean and tidy and the attendant was very helpful with getting us acquainted with the club grounds. Apart from that, it got a little rowdy next to the villa with a string of after school events and our peace was disturbed. But it wasn't much of an issue since we were out for most part of the day. Overall, with the price and location, one couldn't ask for more.

“Great place and location” Fantastic place in an awesome and beautiful location. Further enough away from the hustle and bustle for peace and quiet but still fairly close to bars, places to eat etc. The dogs were super friendly and made our stay very happy!! Gil was very friendly and helpful with local places to eat and things to do, however did not realise that he would be staying at the property as well when it was booked, though this was not too much of a problem as his company was pleasant. Staff were great as were the amenities. Would have liked to stay for another couple of nights!

“Paradise found” Walking through the ornate front door our jaws dropped.We were greated by an oasis of style warmth and that pool!! Deni was there smiling and handing us our cool towels and refreshing lime drink that became a staple sipper each day! Nayoman had prepared a sumptious healthy meal( emailed a request the day before our arrival!) and we relished in the fact that this was to be our life for the next 10days. In fact the most difficult task was what to choose from the extensive menu each day! We settled into our huge well appointed rooms for the night, with a question of "what time would you like breakfast?" being our only task. Our children were in heaven , and whilst they frolicked in the pool, we swam our laps,read our books, drank our cocktails and waited to be called to each meal.The villa is perfectly set out especially for two families. Two seperate wings are joined by Koi carp ponds and the dining room, so you can eat and watch your kids play in the pool safely. We were a party of 8 and we never felt cramped. We all had our favourite spots to relax and read, that was when we werent having massages booked by Deni and performed in the media room! We chose astika beacuse it was close enough but far enough from the bustle of Seminyak, and as Sydneysiders we believed we'd go out lots and sample the many restaurants that had been recommended to us, with the use of the worlds most friendly driver, Gede. Not so! One night out and although Mamassan was delightful, we all concluded dinner by our pool cooked to perfection by Nayoman was far better. Really, you dont want to leave this place. Putu and Deni cared for us with such grace and privacy that we felt that if we needed anything we could ask them. We are already trying to figure out when we can all return. 10 out of 10!
