“Awesome!” The house was great!. We stayed for 1 week. The bed was very comfortable. The house was very clean and user friendly. The internet was a bonus. The deck was a great place to relax with a beautiful view. We would sit out there and watch and hear the whales. We woke to a beautiful sunrise daily. It was close to town where we enjoyed many good restaurants. Be careful of the penguins when driving, especially in the evening. Wish we would have stayed longer. Would love to go back. I would definitely recommend this house. Gail was a pleasure to talk to.

“Wow - what a view” Our stay was all too brief - the spacious and well equipped apartment is set in beautiful gardens, packed with a variety of trees and plants that were just beginning to burst into life, with the arrival of spring. The property is situated above Hout Bay, so there are amazing views out over the bay from the apartment and the gardens. We were made very welcome by the family and felt very much at home. The location is ideal for exploring Cape Point and also the attractions of Cape Town. There is even a Sightseeing Red Bus stop conveniently placed outside the World of Birds nearby. We would recommend a stay at Chateau Neuf du Cap if you are planning to visit this area.

“Excellent stunning views over looking the bay.” The apartment gives you all the comforts of home . The views from living room and bedroom are amazing. Very safe and secure complex.

“Spectacular location!” This place was ideally located directly infront of the ocean and from the balcony we got the most spectacular views of the varying sunsets whilst having a braai (barbeque) with friends. The kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean on arrival. Although they did not come and service the place over the weekend (it was the long Easter break), they left us more than enough towels etc which was housed under the main bed. The only downside of this place is the lack or rather no reception for our Wifi and the pool although it was advertised as having solar heating, was freezing. His excuse was that the wind made it cool, which was not true if it was really solar heated in the first place. Be aware that there are many steep steps to the apartment so may not be a good idea for older people or those with disabilities.

“Great Camps Bay location,stellar views” Nox Rentals was a pleasure to work with and the flowers and wine on arrival were a nice touch. Unit is very nice, enjoyed the deck off the bedrooms for views of bay and Table Mountain. Parking garage is on steep angle, tight turning. Recommend automatic transmission. Unit needs some routine maintenance attention-nothing dramatic, but things like safes didn't work,big bug, loose table legs,etc. Kitchen well furnished if you want to cook a few meals. Pool is ok but not heated and no deck chairs. Easy location for major sightseeing and a snap to get down to Camps Bay for great meals.

“Spacious luxury in one of Cape Town's hidden gems” The atlantic Dream beach villa is perfect for a relaxing weekend/holiday not too far from Cape Town within a short walking distance from one of the coastline's prettiest beaches. The house caters for many activities such as pool, table tennis, darts, board games, swimming pool, sun tanning, braai/bbq and satellite TV so no matter what the weather or the mood, there will always be something to do. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and neat while the kitchen is spacious and well equipped.The garden and pool area is very sheltered from the South Easter and the design of the house is a perfect combination of luxury and beach-house feel. The only (minor) drawbacks are that, firstly, the wooden floors mean that those sleeping downstairs can clearly hear the upstairs people walking around and, secondly, the hedge across the road which blocks some of the sea view. None of these, however, will deter me from coming back. I would strongly recommend booking this house, and I will certainly do so again.

“Oh, what bliss it was to be in Bakoven again” My husband and I have just returned to London after a blissful stay - our fourth - with lovely Chrissie and Barry. Their home is beautiful, comfortable, immaculately furnished and equipped. And its setting, the right side of Victoria Road, just an amble from the secluded beach and a short stroll along the coast to chic Camps Bay, unbeatable. Our hosts, as always, were hugely warm and welcoming - as well as great fun. Highly recommended!

“Perfect Location, Highest Recommendation” I planned to spend 2 nights and ended up spending six. This is the perfect location to stay near Cape Town. The ocean on one side, mountains on the other with magnificent sunsets. A stones throw to the beach, Camps Bay is very close with all the shops, resturants and bars. The suites are perfectly furnished, comfortable and spotless with luxurious private bath. Chrissie and Barry are the perfect hosts and are most helpful in any way needed. They provided great advice in regards to things to see and do. Having a glass of South african wine on the terrace, chatting about the days activities and watching the sunset was the perfect ending to the day. My highest recommendation!

“Fabulous apartment ,go and rent it ...” A very warm welcome by the organisation called :In the City .They bring you the keys where the rented location is situated ...no driving around and calling at a office ...Very efficient. When you check out the keys are fetched ... Complimentary items are a nice suggestion ...such as bath things, and drinks in the fridge . The apartment was very light and newly decorated ,very tasteful and good choice . The location was excellent .across Cape Quaters ,so the shops were nearby .Just across the road. Trafic noise was not heard when windows were closed . Wifi was installed and data was bought for the first few days. A clear note was left where to obtain the data ... A parking space in the underground parking area(beneath the hotel) was no problem and very convenient . The high ways were at at five minutes drive. Easy to manage and off one goes ... We enjoyed staying at this apartment very much . We felt very comfortable and would like to come back again.The owner of the apartment (Jenny) gave us the impression she really wanted to give us a nice time ...Sent us a few warm mails . I cannot give a nagative impression ...so ...have no doubts...but go and reserve

“I've booked again for next year!!!” I have been to this apartment Over the years it's fabulous very central beautiful furnishings truly helpful staff. There are 4 restaurants in the courtyard it's right opposite the cape quarter so all in. All a great place to holiday

“Just perfect!” Already the reception by the owners was perfect. The house is in immaculate condition and nothing is missing. It begins with a top-equipped kitchen, goes beyond the common room with pool table. The outdoor area with beautiful garden, pool and barbecue area perfect for scenic evenings with friends and family. The stunning location on the edge of the vineyards and the central location to shopping and leisure facilities will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

“excellent location in lovely setting of table mountain” Cannot fault the property and the owners were very helpful. Sally and family were there to welcome us and made us feel at home straight away. Visited Sa for our daughter's wedding at 12 apostles Hotel in Camps Bay. Very central location for Cape Town and surrounding areas. Security very good and did not feel at all intimidated. If we went back to Cape Town would certainly stay here again.

“A great welcome to Cape Town” Truly enjoyed my stay at Brooklands House. Sandra & Phillip were great hosts. very quiet neighbourhood. Peaceful hosue and felt safe all the time.

“Superb! Wonderful holiday memories.” We were 4 adults, 2 pre-teen children and 5 dogs on holiday for 3 weeks at Gone to the Beach. What a wonderful December holiday. Normally would 6 people in different stages of life and 5 dogs make any one go mad but we had a great time. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, neat and clean. The location close to the beach was excellent with the dogs and children that wanted to go to the beach a few times a day. Jogging on the beach or to Misty Cliffs was addictive every moring as well as walks on the mountain and the reserve on the other side of Redhill. The proximity of this serene village to Noordhoek and Simonstown and Fishoek is fantastic. Salie is an excellent housekeeper and John the wonderful host. We were so happy with every thing and after 3 weeks in the village we really felt part of the community. What a privilage!
