“peace & quite with outstanding views & wild life” the house is well placed and easy to find, the layout was modern and well layed out with comfortable beds. For our first first holiday in Wales this was a good location to pick, we found plenty of places to go and eat, we dined out 6 out of 7 nights. We will defenently going back soon.

“Peace and tranquility in Llanbedr” This was our second stay at Ty Cerrig and on both occasions booking the cottage was simple and straightforward, made easier by friendly staff. Ty Cerrig is ideal for our needs although the large settee in the lounge is getting a bit tired,the rest of the cottage is well appointed. The log-burning stove was most welcome at nights. The enclosed garden is ideal for our dog and there are plenty of local walks for his exercise. We know the area very well, there are take-aways in Harlech and the local pub has a good extensive menu. I think the most important factor for me is the peace and quiet the location offers, surrounded by fabulous countryside

“A home from home...” An idyllic location with a house full of all the essentials for a short family break. Both children and Grandma were happy! “A very enjoyable week” We arrived to find a beautiful well decorated cottage with nice gardens front and back. The cottage was very spacious, very well fitted out with everything you would need to make the stay comfortable. We was welcomed with a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and bread and a nice bottle of wine. The bed linen and towels were of good quality and clean. We were located very near the railway station so if we didn't want to drive we could still get out and about. The only bad thing we could say is the private road we had to drive up to get access to the cottage was not maintained and unfortunatley the weeks before our holiday the weather was terrible and the road was full of big pot holes full of dirty rainwater. The week we were there the weather was very good and we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to our friends and family.

“Llwyngwril” Bungalow with car parking driveway, situated on sparsely frequented main road between Fairbourne and Twyn and ideally placed for accessing scenic tourist spots surrounding the Cader Idris massif. Good views of the Irish Sea and the Lleyn Peninsula. Only five minutes walk to local pebble peach where sea otters and porpoises may be seen in the spring and summer of the year. Pleasant neighbours abut the property.

“Peaceful ,comfortable, ideal location for visiting Snowdonia.” We were greeted with welsh cakes they were scrumptious. Although we were told the water was from a spring and may be discolored, we could taste nothing different to our own tap water. we felt that we were catered for in every way and would recommend this cottage to any one and everyone. We would like to say a really big thank you to the owners,they did us proud. The cottage is located 3 miles from Llanbedr, down some narrow country lanes, it is off the beaten track really quiet, it is also very cosy and warm. Brian & Patricia Farthing / Alan & Julie Frost

“Great place to stay!” Really lovely cottage, which although is on a main road, when inside you don't hear the traffic at all. Nothing negative to say - nice beds, nice facilities, nice kitchen, great log burner... a really well presented place. And a great location from which to explore snowdonia. 10 out of 10!

“Peaceful, comfortable get away from it all” Llety Nest was spotless, very comfortable and contained everything you could possibly need. The noisiest thing in the area were the sheep. Excellent centre for mid and north Wales, with excellent hill walking literally right on your door step by turning right to walk along the private lane you are on top of the hill in minutes. You can then return to a warm cosy cottage and a hot power shower, whilst your clothes are in the washing machine.

“Exciting location” This cottage is something of a secret gateway to wild Wales,located on a 2000 acre sheep farm which stretches into the heart of the remote and rugged Rhinog country of southern Snowdonia. Great for walkers. Mountain lakes for trout fishers. The cottage is accessed across a river ford and stoney track but has been refurbished to a high standard by the friendly and helpful owners who live next door. Although remote, the pubs and shops of Harlech and Llanbedr are no more than 20 mins drive from the farm. Well worth a visit if you're a fit outdoor type.
