“Wonderful!!” Do not hesitate to rent Villa Maris from Fabjan and Ivana. I would--and will-- go back there in a heartbeat. The two wonderful apartments are freshly decorated, well appointed and super clean. The relaxing garden comes complete with a beautiful little secluded lavender reading bed that makes you feel like you've just landed in heaven. The beach just in front of the house always has several chairs reserved just for Villa Maris renters and is not overcrowded. And Fabjan and Ivana are the most helpful, most kind owners we've ever rented a vacation home from. In a minute's notice, Fabjan patiently helped us organize so many wonderful outings. And although I was a bit hesitant about renting near Split instead of near Dubrovnik,I became enchanted by "the living palace" that is Split.

“We did not want to leave this stunning peice of paradise” AMAZING! We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Anjani. The villa is stunning, beautifully set out and extremely clean. The staff were all so helpful and professional. Some of the best service I have experienced in Bali so far. You must eat in, the in house cooks prepare beautiful food and it is very reasonably priced. Ask the staff to organise a massage under the palm trees next to your beach, also a very good price. Plenty of space for families with children or even 2 families. 5 good sized bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Loved everything. We will book again and for longer next time. 6/5 stars.

“Most relaxing vacay ever! Gem on the Ocean.” Our family had such a wonderful time at Villa Talia Vashti. We were happy with the location (at first we thought it was too far away from everything) as it was quiet and we were able to get a true sense of Bali; not the Westernized side. The staff were friendly and they were there when we needed them, but did not hover. We felt pampered - every need & question was answered. Tom made a map of Snorkeling in front of the villa! My boys went out quite a bit and loved every minute! We dove Tulamben & Manta Bay - both fantastic dives! We ate breakfast in and dinner most of our time there at the Villa. Who could resist the amazing food and atmosphere only the Villa and staff could create. No grocery shopping, no cooking, no dishes or clean up - a Mom's dream! We did need a driver to get anywhere notable. There were many drivers (for approx $30 a day!!!) on hand. We took a couple day trips to Ubud, Kuta, Padang Bai, Water Palace, temples, ancient villages, and used the driver for lunch or dinner trips. Took us to see the monkeys, water rafting, etc. Highly recommend someone drive you as driving conditions are sketchy. We mostly used Wayan (a local there in Candi Dasa) - he is awesome! *Note: We are a family of 4 (boys 14y & 19y) - American Expats living in Sydney Au. So, by American and Aussie standards - a true gem! This was by far the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. We will be back!

“WOW, what a beautiful place to stay!” We (2 couples in our 40's) stayed here for 4 nights at the end of Feb 2015. From the minute we were picked up from the airport and driven to our villa until we left, we had the best experience. Iluh (who met us when we arrived) was gorgeous. Helpful, friendly, full of information and we were made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Wyan, who made us beautiful breakfast on 3 of the mornings and made sure we had everything we needed for the Sunday morning breakfast, was wonderful. The gardens were amazing. Not a leaf on the ground and everything left perfect. The villa is everything that the pictures show. The toilet pressure is low but nothing that the handheld hose can't sort out and the showers are hot and water is a plenty. It is a tropical area so don't forget the bug spray but the villa also has some there for you to use. We too did lose power in a storm one night but the villa had plenty of candles for us to use and you're on holidays so it's not that big a deal. All the villa's were in the same boat so we just sat back and waited for it to pass. There is a big fridge were you can put drinks or anything else you need so we were fine. The villa is situated a little out of Seminyak, it is walkable but only costs about $4 for a taxi so, again, not a big deal. The quiet you get from staying a bit away is worth far more than $4! The contact we received from Manuela was great and I couldn't recommend this villa highly enough. Can't wait to stay here again one day. Thanks again to everyone for making it a great holiday.

“A Haven of Peace in a crazy world” I have been going to Lamu for the past 8 years and last year discovered Forodhani House. In its perfect setting it is the ideal place to spend a holiday. The staff who welcome you are warm and full of attention while being discrete. The people in Shela are the friendliest I have met and I have travelled a lot. I am going back and can't wait to take my next sunset sail.

“Amazing!” We chose to stay at Casa De Mar because we wanted to be a bit out of the main town in Port Vila. The house was beautiful! right on our very own private beach. Perfect! The staff were so wonderful. Wendy, Asnet and Philip were very lovely and helpful. They came during the week to do the washing and gardening. Couldn't have chosen a more perfect pace for our stay. We are definitely coming back! Perfect for Families!!

“Paradise on Tha Lane Bay” It was a great accommodation. From the first to the last day of our honeymoon we enjoyed every second in the great villa. In the house there was lot of space. The bathroom with the one way looking window was great. So we could watching hummingbirds. The sleeping room had a great view to the ocean. And the best was jumping directly to the private pool :-). From the pool we could enjoy the great view to the ocean with the chalk cliffs. The well tended garden around the villa it's great to relaxing. The food and services was very excellent. So we always enjoyed our meals under the private roof outside. We had a lot of dinners with great sunsets. The organization like day-trip with car or boat was fantasic. So we felt us in good hands. Thank you very much Sandy. We enjoyed this days there very well. Lot of private ambience and the stuff is everytime helpful with a smiling on the lips. This was for us the perfect honeymoon. I think people who like to relax in good ambience and with fine service will like to stay in Tha Lane Bay. We would like to come back to the small paradise once. And the end, thank your stuff for bringing every day fresh flower for my wife :-) Thanks a lot for the great stay. David from Switzerland.

“A wonderful experience.” The chateau, full of history, is beautifully situated in the village of Saint-Martory on the river bank of the Garonne surrounded by a perfect French landscape and with the view of the Pyrenées Mountains. We have had great pleasure staying there twice and we really do recommand the place.

“Fantastic” House fantastic, service wonderful. We would happily stay here again - lovely spot, sheltered from the wind (July visit)kids loved it. Be sure to go to Ripples for a snorkle, cocktail and tasty dinner. Jenny the house lady is wonderful, beds are comfy - this place has everything you need for a great holiday. One of our favoutire holidays ever. Thanks to Bryan for his great service. Bit of drive to Prt Vila (20min) but not really an issue.

“Paradise” Beautiful island and beautiful villa. The staff were really friendly and the "in-house" cooking was delicious, all made with local fresh ingredients. Plently of space in the villa which was always kept really clean. The outside bathrooms were a real novelty! The village is really un-developed. No hassle at all from the usual traders on the beach and not a tourist shop in sight - brilliant. The snorkeling was amazing (even better than the Great Barrier Reef) and the staff at Reef Seen are so passionate about the work they have been doing with the coral, the fish and the turtles. The staff there are full of information and very friendly. Guided walks around the interior of the islands showed us all the wonderful fruit and vegetables that are grown on the island; no wonder so many of the locals have never left the island. We were a group of friends all in our mid fifties but would be great for groups of any age wanting a bit of peace and quiet. All in all a wonderful, memorable and relaxing holiday that we would certainly recomend to anyone wanting to get away from it all and have a bit of luxury at the same time.

“Peace on Earth” Words really don’t do such a fantastic place justice, but I will try connect you to what we have discovered. Please believe me when I say this is a must on your bucket list!!! Everything was absolutely perfect during our entire stay. Made and Kadek the staff at the Villa were very accommodating they were there to assist us with anything we needed. We spent 90% of our time in Rumah Kayu because we prefer the seclusion and everything we needed was already there. We loved "The beach" area, which is directly outside the front door, the kids loved exploring the rock pools in low tide and snorkelling in high tide . The villa was beautiful and very clean. The views from the decks are breathtaking, especially as you look onto the beach while sitting in the infinity pool. For the kids there is so much to do ball; games, drawing, soccer, cricket, badminton, baseball, banana boat rides and of course the awesome pool. I've been at Rumah kayu Villa now several times. With friends, family, In any case, this piece of Heaven on Earth has become a dear place to us. My sister describes it as one of her favorite places on earth that just makes her happy, we all feel the same about this oasis. There is so much to do! You can explore the island, the staff can charter a boat for you where you can go snorkelling, we’ve seen dolphins, manta rays, turtles and amazing sea life. I love it here so much that when i think "retreat", "relaxation", "recharging", "beauty", “exploration”, “family time” and “fun” I think of Rumah kayu Villa! Go to this well kept secret in Nusa Lembongan and i am sure you will keep it in your heart forever! .. I know it can be scary to book something online that you have never seen, but I promise-you will NOT be disappointed!!!

“It was all the comforts of home but away from home” We thoroughly enjoyed the house, my wife loved the decor, kid had an awesome time with the pool. The villa is actually cuter than picture. Short distance to the beach is just perfect. The mobile phone provided was a great plus to call a taxi or receive a call from taxi when you're waiting for pick up in other areas, and we enjoyed reserving the restaurants The staffs made us quitely comfortable. It rained many days of the week when I was there, and heavily. Well, I'd like to say, "A rainy day at the villa is better than a sunny day anywhere."

“Stunning view, spacious luxurious villa.” We stayed at villa Leana in Jan 2015 with a large group. The villa is awesome with stunning view from dining and living room making the stay very memorable. Each bedroom is massive, the bathroom is so spacious and the beds are so comfortable. The pool is a bit small for us as we had 11-12 people all swimming at the same time but we had fun regardless. There's no shallow part for kids unfortunately. But my kids all brought swimming floaties so it's fine. But the view from the pool made up for the size as it was absolutely stunning from up there. Relaxing on the lazy beach chair was great! The hosts are so friendly and they all speak English well. They welcomed us in the middle of the night and send us off at dawn with a smile. They were always very willing to do whatever we asked. The bedroom gets cleaned daily. There's fresh pool towel whenever we come home in the evening and we never got any complaint about the noise we made while swimming at midnight. Breakfast is typical Aussie breakfast but they're well prepared including toasts bacon eggs sausages fruits and cereals. We ordered fried rice for breakfast and A few of us had a small lunch at the villa consisting of satay rice gado2 and fried chicken and the food were delicious and only costs us a fraction of the shop's pricing. Distance from the main road is not too far as well. We stayed in the same area not long ago but it was further and more isolated. So for the view we get, the villa distance is fairly good. On the way to the villa there are plenty of nice street food (martabak, satay, etc) and restaurants worth visiting such as Fat Chow and the 'martabak' pop up shop outside Warung satay club. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend villa Leana.

“Back for more!” This was our 2nd stay in La Sirena and we can't wait to go back again. The staff are all friendly, honest and do a great job of everything from bookings to housekeeping and even running laundry for you. The bedrooms are well air conditioned with huge king size beds and the downstairs open living is well set out. We had no issues with mosquitoes however there are coils provided. Great proximity to the beach and walking distance to some good restaurants, bars and taxis if you need to go further out. A mini mart with an honest money changer is about 5 minutes walk away. We'll be back gain for sure!

“Our own private paradise.” Our recent stay at this Villa was everything we expected and more.Fantastic location a short walk to supermarket,cafés and boutiques.Our maid Katut was very helpful with anything we requested along with the pool boy and gardener.Fantastic service will definatly be returning soon.
