“Holiday” From the moment we entered into the house and did our own tour, we fell in love with it. Extremely spacious and clean, ther was more than enough for us. Two adults and four kids, we had decided to go for Space, and this vacation home gave us just that. It's an amazing area the Championsgate and we also got to test out the Golf Course which was very nice. This home was very convenient to go the the Disney Parks every day with the car rental. But it was a bit to far to go everyday to the malls and shopping areas. This was the only downside of this home. But we would book this home again. It was indeed a home away from home.

“The perfect getaway, beautiful, spacious and convenient location!” I can't express how much we enjoyed our stay at this location. The house is very spacious and the layout allows for comfort and privacy for all guests. I would absolutely stay here again! The owners are very responsive and accommodating, typically replying to my questions same day. We stayed there during hurricane Matthew and felt very safe. We ended up having to extend our stay by two days. I emailed the owners and it was very simple for us to do that. The house is 5 min (prob a little less) from Publix, Walgreens, McDonald's etc. so if we needed anything we literally only had to go around the corner. It was about a 20 min drive to the Disney parks. The oasis club is within the gated community so only guests staying in that community are given access, which was great because it was not crowded at all. They had a large pool about 5 ft deep which is conveniently located next to a bar. They have a small lazy river with a little water slide and a splash pad, perfect for the kids. They had music playing, a restaurant, cabanas etc. We had 15 people stay and there was plenty of room. There is 8 bedrooms, 2 kings downstairs, 3 queens upstairs, as well as 2 room with twin beds in both, and one room with 2 uncle beds. Also 5 bathrooms, 2 of which were adjoining to different rooms upstairs. They do provide toilet paper, but def not enough. We went and bought more during our stay. Also, there was no hand soap provided in the bathrooms, no dish soap in the kitchen - not a big deal we just bought some at Publix. They do have pots and pans, mixing bowls, dishes, cups, wine glasses and much more. I brought a crockpot with me, which worked out good because we needed a large pot to make sauce and none at the house were big enoug. The pool and hot tub were the star attraction for our group. Very warm, I would guess the pool temp to be 85 F regularly, which was great day and night. The neighbors are a little close, but were extremely nice, we talked with them almost daily. The pool area is screened in so there were no bugs or critters, only tiny lizards which stay far away from people. We did find a couple palmetto bugs in the house, which are creepy looking, like a cockroach but there was an info booklet stating they are normal in that area, so we relocated them outside lol The gated community felt very safe and secure, you needed to show an access card to enter each time you came in. During the hurricane they took the gates off the hinges and the security guards left for safety reasons. Although that is necessary and understandable, we did feel slightly less secure with gates down. They pick up the trash almost everyday which was great! There is a theatre room which was awesome, however, a couple shares didn't recline properly AND there are several remotes to different devices which took us a while to figure out how to use everything because there are no instructions available. Overall I give this house 5 out of 5 stars. It was a wonderful vacation despite the hurricane! If I'm able to book this again, we will be staying there next year as well!

“Great home, owner, and neighborhood!” My family of five and three grandparents shared the villa for a week at the end of January and had a great experience. This is a spotless home and is in like new condition. The pictures represented it very well and we were pleasantly surprised when we actually arrived. This was the first time I rented a house online and I could not have been happier with the process and the owner. There were no surprises or hidden costs and they were very responsive with any requests or questions. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the free grill was nice. The location seems very safe, it's fairly private with no one in the back yard, and there is a shopping center five minutes away. We really liked the big kitchen and dining area. All in all, we had a great stay.
