“Beautiful ocean front getaway” This is a hidden gem as far as resorts. You can't get closer to the ocean for this price. A lil small and dated but perfect for my wife and I on our weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying again!! Gated community,on site eating options and a beach front bar are just a few of the perks. Doesnt get much better for the price!!

“A great place to stay!” FAMILY TIME.....It was great to gather here with family. We had 3 houses all together for our family. The pool was the central gathering place. The wi-fi was out for 2 days...still out when we left. A storm filled the pool with leaves and debris.....for 2 days. Couldn't use either for 2 days.

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Great house” Neptune's Nest was excellent for our large family gathering. Well laid out, open kitchen area for lots of cooking and gathering. Upstairs space was plentiful for children and teens. Plenty of bathrooms. Pretty short walk to beach.

“relaxing weekend” This home is awesome. The owners made sure we were well informed and the whole experience was just SMOOTH!! Very quiet and relaxing. “The house was simply amazing, and there was plenty of space for everyone.” The house was very well kept and clean. It was very large and all 16 of us fit easily The pool was wonderful, and it was so close to the beach. It was a huge bonus to have a full bathroom right off of the pool area. There were great views of the ocean from many parts of the house, even for second row.

“Lagerhouse July 2015” Only 3 things to say. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. From location (short walk to beach) to private pool to bedding to kitchen. We wanted for nothing. Highly recommend to anyone wanting this part of SC coast. Been going to Litchfield 20+ years and never better.

“Family Reunion” What a great beach house! This house was spotless and very well maintained throughout our vacation. The bedrooms are spread out enough so that you do not feel crowed if you are traveling with a large family. We were happy to have a pool at the house. It was great to take a swim in the pool after a long day at the beach. The beach is literally steps from the driveway. We rented bikes and they were at the house when we arrived. It was a two minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Coligny is just a short walk away if you prefer not to bike. The amenities at the house were all in working order and the house was very nicely decorated. The house is actually bigger than it seems in the pictures. We were all pleasantly surprised with the size of the house and we would definitely stay in this house in the future. Great vacation spot and loved the house!
