“Sandcastle Condo” Beautiful condo and great host. Have stayed here before and just love the condo. Very clean and up to date. Has everything you need and more.

“Beautiful views” Our overall stay was absolutely awesome! We had a few issues but they were taken care of immediately.

“Much needed beach get-away!” We had an awesome time, staying in this unit. loved having the sliding glass doors in both the front room and master bedroom. It was easy access to the beach and the pool. A nice walk to both Cocoa Beach pier and the Jetty. Perfect time of year to have quiet time both at the beach and the pool. The grocery store was a quick five minute drive with plenty of wonderful restaurants within 10 minutes. We highly recommend both Fishlips (seafood) and El Tucan (Mexican). Shopping was close as well -- both Walmart and Merritt Mall. Our favorite part of the vacation was taking long evening walks on the beach, followed by a late swim before the pool closed. Just what the doctor prescribed!!!!! and one added bonus -- the unit comes with a washer and dryer -- first vacation where we came home with clean clothes! and one final note -- the "beach" closet had everything you would need to spend a day on the beach -- towels, chairs, umbrellas, boards, buckets, etc!

“Perfect family vacation!” We have rented several condos in the area (including another at Sandcastles) and this is by far the best we have seen! Drew and his siblings were all amazing- Drew went above and beyond for us and really helped to make our stay wonderful. The condo is very large and has everything you need to really enjoy the beach and family time without having to worry about buying things you're only going to need once. With a toddler the beach toys are a necessity as are plenty of towels! She could have her own separate "wing" with bathroom and huge bedroom and we didn't have to worry about waking her up while we relaxed after she went to bed. I don't see how anyone would prefer staying at a hotel to this! The unit is accurately depicted in photos- which has not always been our experience. The units are quiet as well; there was renovation going on in the unit next door and we could hardly hear anything- it was never an issue. We would highly recommend this condo! Thanks again for a lovely vacation Drew, we would have loved to stay longer!

“Great view!” This condo had everything you need! Nicely stocked kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful meaning we came home with clean laundry! The beach was a jump and skip away which was great and it wasn't overly crowded. A nice heated pool. Overall we had a very nice stay!

“Great vacation” Nice place for vacation Close to beach , to everything around Loved the view of the ocean Only thing pool was not heated Will definitely come back in summer time

“PARADISE” I had to leave early because of a death in the family but when we were there we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean. I hope I can return and spend the WHOLE week....So much to do....the famous Pier......Port Canaveral.....and Cape Canaveral so close. 45 minutes to from the Parks....and best of all..."THE BEACH"......Loved every minute of it.......Hope to come back.

“Awesome rental!!!” My husband and I rented this place right on the beach for a week and we couldn't have asked for anything more (except maybe better weather, haha)!! Clean, wonderful, homelike accommodations! Can't wait to use this rental again! Suzan

“Love this place!” This place is amazing and the view is incredible! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the cruise ships coming and going and being so close to the pier is a definite plus! This condo is conveniently close to Publix and a variety of restaurants and shopping, but still far enough away that that you don't lose that peace and quiet you're looking for. Drew, the owner didn't miss a thing when supplying this condo. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and the closet in the master bedroom is well stocked with linens and towels and all the beach necessities. The condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit. It was great to be able to relax on the balcony while the laundry was being done. I love that this condo is not "over-decorated". The decorations are relaxing and tasteful. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the pillows are not cheap "dollar store" pillows. It was nice to get a good night sleep every night!! The owner doesn't seem to have spared any expensive in making sure the tenants are comfortable during their stay. This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful and relaxing as last year and Drew is such a pleasure to work with when planning the stay. This place couldn’t be more perfect and I will definitely be going back for another stay!

“Cocoa Beach” The Villa was awesome the owner Peter was great to deal with. Across the street from the beach it's a wonderful place walking distance to a few local things in Cocoa Beach my grandson's had a marvelous time and we will be renting from him again in the future I give it a 4 star rating

“Well-appointed, beautifully decorated and family-friendly!” The condo far exceeded my family's expectations? We have stayed at many condos over the last several years and this one by far was most stocked, beautifully decorated and situated with great beach views. It is a family friendly condo with a nice sized pool and wonderful hot tub. The 50 yr walk to the beach was awesome! Russ was fantastic to work with and very helpful with local restaurants, shopping and extras. The great waves and fantastic weather made our first experience at Cocoa Beach such a special treat!

“right on the beach great view and close to the heated pool. excellent location.” Had everythng we needed - plenty of towels, washcloths. Needs more dish towels (only two). The cons: not too clean, garbage was left in the pantry - we disposed of it - three bags full of empty plastic bottles - and another full of regular garbage. Counters were sticky from previous renters. In all, other than not being clean.

“Wonderful location, wonderful condo, wonderful price, an all around wonderful trip!” We stayed at Chateau By the Sea on Cocoa Beach and had a wonderful time. Condo number 203 was a wonderful condo and the complex had lovely amenities. We were just steps from the beach and we all just loved our trip. Would recommend to everyone and would love to stat here again! Kim Chandler

“Wonderful!” Everything was exactly as Drew described except the view was even more beautiful than his pictures showed. The condo was stocked with every single thing a family could need. It even had several beach toys including three body boards. The condo is just two condos up from the pier, which has restaurants, bars, arcade and a souvenir store. Perfect location!! Also Drew was very good at communicating and responded to our questions immediately.

“This place had it all, great location and all you could ask for in a spacious unit.” This was a wonderful place to stay, one of the best ever! It was clean, nicely maintained, and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. There was beach chairs, toys, floats, unbrellas too! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all needed items. When I had a question Drew responded immediately and addressed it.The location was perfect- steps to the beach and the Pier. It also had a nice clean pool too. I will definately be back!

“Wow! What a spectacular 4th of July stay on Cocoa Beach” We stayed in unit 108 Chateau by the Sea and it was all the comfort of home! The condo was beautifully decorated and amazingly CLEAN! There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, towels and extra's! We brought our chocolate lab and although cocoa beach does not allow dogs - we were minutes away from Lori Wilson dog park and Dog Beach - Canova Beach. Our patio was steps away from the pool. Steve was very accommodating to our needs and easy to reach if needed. We plan on staying with them again. Thanks, Steve, for an amazing summer that will last a million memories!

“Superb!” Easy check in. Arrived and walked straight into the unit and unpacked. Was on the beach within 30 minutes. Corner unit with 2 balconies just steps to the beach. 2nd floor unit had perfect view and stocked with everything a person would need for the beach. Loved it and would stay there again!

“Fantastic experience!” The on-site manager was in contact with us before our stay and greeted us warmly upon our arrival. We were very pleased with our condo. It was decorated nicely, roomy, and had everything plus that you could ask for. There were even boogie boards and beach chairs. Nice! We had a nice ocean and pool view. It was just a very short walk to the ocean which we walked along daily. The experience couldn't have been better!

“It was so beautiful and peaceful.” It was very spacious & accomadating. We are a family of six & it was everything we needed.The condo was very clean and nice. Beautiful view and beds were all comfortable and the shower is very large and has good water pressure. Great place for activities too. Such as the swimming pool,basketball & tennis court.Also some grassy area for play too.We would love to stay again. We highly recommend the condo.Also Jaclyn the owner was very nice & helpful when we was booking the condo. She's very nice & easy to talk too. The kitchen had everything for cooking such as dishes & small appliances. Very large coo stove and refrigerator. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The condo is close to a lot of shops & dinning as well. Seems central located to everything.It truly was amazing for me & my family.....
