“Great for our family” The condo was perfect for our family. Kids upstairs. My husband and I on the main level. Loved the deck upstairs and the patio off the kitchen. The pool was great. Kitchen stocked. Loved that it wasn't right in the main part of the town. Quiet. But still close to everything. Wish we couldve stayed a few more days.

“Very nice condo, will stay again...” This was a wonderful place to stay in Moab. Very clean and setup nicely to accompany a group. The price might be a bit high, but can't really complain about it. While I was there I recommended another one to some of my friends. They were also very pleased.

“Great spot, very well maintained, love the decor” The location is perfect just a half block from the main strip. You can ride from your doorstep to any of the great trails in the area. The retro, industrial look is really cool. The kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal and there is a nice Weber grill outside that is shared. It's my favorite and only place I stay when I go to Moab!

“we love staying here, second time around!” since we go jeeping every day, it's important to have a laundry right there, as well as a kitchen. bed is comfortable, bathroom sink collects water and spills on the floor, only fault I have with the place.

“Great Location close to National Parks” Great location close to National Parks and walking distance to main street of Moab. Unit was clean and comfortable. Only down side - during our stay Friday-Monday, guest in other units were partying until after 1:00 AM on Saturday night. We had one sleepless night. We would come back and rent one of the Moab Flat units but would avoid week-ends.

“Just like home!” Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay, with just like home accommodations. The hot tub was amazing to relax in after a long weekend of work. Thank you again, it was just what we needed.

“Road House was great” Everything you needed, great views of LaSal mountains, starry nights to die for, very peaceful and quiet. Pool was refreshing, goats were a riot to watch, great time was had by all. Trip to town was short if the cows would get out of the road. We would highly recommend.

“K4” We loved our stay at this place! Big and spacious, the kitchen was stocked with ample plates and such. Only down side was that there was some damage to the unit prior to our arrival and no instructions for the TV which took us awhile to figure out

“No better way to spend time in the desert” I had an awesome 4 days mountain biking in the amazing Moab area. The condo was very nice. The furnishing was good, and the beds were quite comfortable. All the appliances were in good working order. I've stayed in many of these condos near the golf course in Moab, and this one was among the nicest.

“Very nice condo.” Liked the condo. Many extras are in the unit. Nice touches and well decorated. Had more issues with rental agency, Vacayhero than anything else. Stay away from Vacahero.

“Marathon weekend!” We had such a great time & the house was great! It was nice to stay in such a beautiful condo. We had 6 adults & we fit perfectly. The only small draw back was the insulation. The house was a little noisy for those trying to sleep downstairs. A hot tub would have been really great!!! We missed that!

“Outstanding value” Great location, 3 block walk to the center of Moab. Everything in this unit is brand new. Incredibly clean and well maintained. The refrigerator stopped working one night. We notified maintenance the next morning and within one hour a truck delivered and installed a new refrigerator. The owner really cared that your stay is trouble free.

“Excellent place to stay” My family and I (5 adults and 2 kids) loved The Rock. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The only amenity that we wished it had was a DVD player (one of the devices looked like it had a DVD player, but it didn't work). But who goes to Moab to watch movies anyway? The Rock is an excellent place to stay while in Moab!

“Pretty great stay for the whole family” The TV and the couch were a bit small for a large group and the blind was missing several slats allowing sun into the front room in the evening. The rest of the condo was great. It was very nice to have a garage to park inside.

“Was Excellent” We enjoyed the condo it was in excellent condition. My only warning is I assumed when it said it would sleep 8 and we booked for 8 that there would be 8 beds. After reading it again. I guess we had to tell them we wanted an air mattress for the last 2. We slept on the comfy couch with a couple of blankets we found so it worked out. But FYI

“Nice unit” Nice, clean, modern, well appointed unit. A little too much light comes in the blinds from outside at night, great daylight streaming in during the day. Overall a great unit close to the center of town.

“No more hotels for me!” Clean, well-maintained 1 bedroom with full kitchen. Nice furniture except for the squeaky bunk bed in the living room. Way more room and convenience than getting a hotel room and at a reasonable rate. Throw in free washers and dryers, self-accessible bike storage, quiet area close to the center of town and you couldn't ask for much more. Ok, I could ask for WiFi with faster throughput, but the signal was pretty strong.

“Moab Country” The unit was comfortable, neat, and clean for the four of us. The location was further from central Moab than expected. WiFi access was a problem, resolved by management recommendation to use a neighboring unit's connection. It would be good to have instructions on what could be recycled.

“Perfect location, great place” The location of this condo is unparalleled with true ski in ski out access to Eagle Bahn Gondola in Lionshead. Literally ski about 20 feet from the ski lockers (The Vail ticket offices are in the same structure as the condo which goes to show you literally are as close as it gets when it comes to ski in ski out). The condo itself is very nice with a great living room and balcony overlooking the slopes. (The fireplace is great and perfect for apres ski). The kitchen is completely functional but not huge for anyone that is looking for a lot of space (the kitchen table is more than big enough just the cooking area is not giant). The hot tub is a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing with views of the slopes as well. Only issue is it is only accessed through the master bedrooom but that was not a problem for my group. The Pruvail people were absolutely great and were very responsive / available both pre and post signing of the contract

“peaceful” Very comfortably furnished, with many amenities. The creek outside of the front door was peaceful and relaxing. Please furnish some comfortable chairs for the porch; as there were none. My family came from Japan and Peru with grandchildren ranging from 17 months, 6 yrs. and two teenagers. We had a grand time cooking breakfast and sitting around the large dining room table. A short walk to the free bus to take us into Vail itself. We liked the privacy and quiet surroundings of our cabin.

“Family of 3 enjoyed their stay” Would highly recommend 3 Rivers. Checked in late, after hours, and it was no problem. (did call ahead of time to let them know) Cabins are neat, clean, a little on the small side, but much nicer than a hotel. Kid loved the loft! We did a 1/2 day raft trip from 3 Rivers also, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. It was a nice quiet weekend, and look forward to going back next year. Look into the float and dine package at Garlic Mikes, a nice Italian restaurant just down river.

“Solid in almont” Mark and the staff at 3 Rivers are terrific. Very accommodating and provide personal service. On more than one occasion, I've been able to get away at the last minute and enjoy some fishing in the Taylor Valley and 3 Rivers was there to set me up with a room. Hassle-free and the accommodations are basic but a good value. I'm not down there for a luxury spa experience; I need a place to rest in between fishing, and 3 Rivers is a great place to full that need. Highly recommended.

“This is the place to go when you really want to get away from it” We always stay at the Three Rivers Resort when we visit the almont/Crested Butte/Gunnison area. The location is perfect and the scenery is so beautiful no matter what time of year you visit. We called at the last minute and Vitto took great care to complete our reservation and ensure everything was ready for us upon arrival. We stayed in the lodge this time, but the cabins are very comfortable and affordable too. The greatest thing about the Three Rivers Resort is that they treat you like family, or maybe even better than family. The one thing that bothered me is that the bed was short sheeted but I remade it and it was fine. Ask about the special lift ticket rates if you stay there.

“First time at 3 Rivers” Great vacation spot. While there took side trips to Gunnison and Crested Butte. Went river rafting on the Taylor River, horseback riding in CB. Lodge room was comfortable, had lots of room, had AC (was pretty warm in the afternoons). Rented the handicapped room and it met all needs. 3Rivers offered lots of activities. Food was delicious at the Smokehouse Restaurant. Scenery was beautiful! Great time ! Service was very accommodating, friendly, really wanted our stay to be the best!
