“Have stayed in unit for past 5 years” I have rented Nadines unit for the past 5 years and have never had a problem, The unit has been upgraded over the years and has always been very clean. All of the units appliances work as they should, and the air condition was always cold. I will continue to rent this unit for our two week summer vacations. Thank you Nadine.

“Outstanding Condo” We were very impressed with the condo from the minute we walked through the door. I feel like it is our home away from home and am looking forward to going back soon. The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook meals for our family, including a charcoal BBQ grill outside. The beds were extremely comfortable and the furniture looked brand new. We went to the beach during the day and to the pool and Jacuzzi in the evenings. There is a pool/jacuzzi across the street from the condo, which was very nice and then a bigger pool a short drive away. The residents we met at the pool were very nice and welcoming. We made use of the balcony to relax in the morning with a cup of tea and in the evening with a nice cold beverage. The True Blue grounds are nicely landscaped. We had previously stayed at other condos in the Myrtle Beach area, but we will never go back that way. This is way more laid back and not so commercial. Lots of local shopping spots, we liked BiLo supermarket, Bargain Beachwear, Quigley's for dinner (get the nachos) and definitely go to Surf The Earth. We did drive to Myrtle Beach - Broadway at the Beach for an evening of something different to do. I can't wait to come back for another visit. I highly recommend Mickey's condo for your family.

“Clean & Great Value” We had a wonderful time in Pawleys Island and the condo was terrific. It was spacious, open, comfortable and clean! The enclosed porch and view were spectacular. The unit was very quiet. We enjoyed the pool and bath house the last day and again the whole facility was well manicured and clean; something very important to us.

“Marvelous, Relaxing Place/Gracious Owner” I cannot say enough complimentary things about this condo, its location, its condition, and most of all its owner. We had checked with Susan, the owner, about renting one of her places. When she had a late cancellation of the beach condo, she called US. Gave us great price, great arrival/departure leeway, accepted numerous phone calls and was SO gracious each time. The location is great, the beach/weather was marvelous. Very easy trip to Historic Charleston. We cannot wait to go back and will definitely check with Susan FIRST!!

“Quiet relaxation” We absolutely loved our stay! The condo is on the third floor, so there’s great views of the grounds, and a walking path to the ocean and pier. The Plantation was extremely quiet, and the people we did come across were welcoming and friendly. The condo was clean, cozy, stocked with necessary kitchen and even toiletries for the bathroom! That was a pleasant surprise. We spent most of our time sitting on the screened porch listening to the fountains and birds. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. We definitely recommend this as a vacation spot, and will be back.

“Great place, great price!” We stayed in this golf condo for this past 4th of July holiday. First of all, the owners were great, especially since I booked this the night before our trip! The pool was great and a huge hit with the kids, even the indoor pool. Daily activities were planned, we did tie dye. Mini golf and ice cream are on the premises as well! The drive to the beach was less than 5 minutes. We'll be back!

“Perfect Mother's Day Weekend with my son” The location was only two blocks from the beach and has two pools onsite. The condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable, there was even an infant float sun canopy that we used for our 18 month old grandson. It is also very conveniently located to multiple excellent shops and restaurants.

“Great Stay” Great pool and beach. Make sure to rent bikes. With 2 young kids and many beach items, it would be a long walk. The Villa was great. We enjoyed good food at Fresh Fields and many activities at Night Heron Park. Bohicket Marina had a yummy ice cream shop. Art is great to work with!

“Great house for large groups” We were switched from another house that was not what it appeared to be on-line so they moved us to Sail On Inn. When we walked in we knew we liked it even before seeing the bedrooms. Very large open area with a table that sits 12 to 14 people if not more. 2 of the bedrooms have access to the porch. Those rooms also each have their own sink and toilet. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and anything you could need. Plan to stay in this house again. Also have a pretty good view of the ocean and the access is right across the street.

“Life is a Beach” We love Edisto Beach.We always stay in a house during May & September.I also camp at the State Park about four times a year.We really ejoy the house we've rented for the past two years,and will stay there many more times.The people are courteous,friendly and of course if you are at Edisto beach you are happy.

“Great Location, Close to the beach with view.” Our trip was with my grandkids and my parents...great for families. Big family area for fun and family time. We had a great trip even though the weather was foggy our first 36 hours we had a great time. Great price for the view, does need some TLC on the porch and outside but inside was clean and did not want for anything house was equipped with everything you could need or want. We would rent again.

“Great location” We found Edisto Realty very easy to deal with and attentive, if ineffective, with our issues. Sea Rock is in a perfect location, with the waves practically at your feet. The house is spacious and well-equpped and adequately accommodated our group of 8 adults. However, cleanliness could have been better. There was dirty underwear left under one bed, and a dirty stove, with plenty of dust around. Also the large couch in the living room had the back broken on it. Could be that it was the end of the season and time for a thorough cleaning. We never got the advertised wi-fi despite multiple attempts by Edisto Realty to get the problem solved with Comcast. Do not fault the owner or Edisto Realty on this...just typical of poor Comcast service which we have had problems with over the years. Finally, the twin beds in the 4th bedroom are pretty uncomfortable...probably fine for kids, but not for our two adults. Other beds were fine. All those things aside, we had a great week and would return again with hopes that some of these issues would have been handled. The location in the heart of everything is really the strong point; the views of dolphins in the morning from the screened porch couldn't have been better and watching the shrimp boats was delightful. The kitchen had all the utensils we could have needed. It was beautiful weather and the houses' AC never let us down, and fans in each bedroom made it really comfortable. I'd recommend the place to friends and family...
