“Imperial Beach Condo” If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.

“Loved it!” I've been renting in San Diego for several years, always good experiences, but this was the best. The owner was very responsive when I had a question, the apt was perfect for our needs, and conveniently located. It came with fluffy towels and soft sheets, cute dishes, and was a great place to return to each night. I think I'll be a regular from here on. Thank you John, family, and staff. And seriously how cute is the tp origami?

“Great location, attentive owners” Ruth was very available, kind, quick to respond and helpful. She left us wine and coffee and welcomed us more than the average host. Highly recommend! There are 2 main beds in rooms but the other ones are a small bed with a trundle pullout that is really best for kids, not quite adults. Thank you so much Ruth, we'd definitely come back.

“The Most Breathtaking Views” My family and I had the privilege to be the first ones to rent out this home...we specifically booked it for a small outdoor wedding because we wanted to have the spectacular ocean view and the family could all stay there as well! The weather cooperated, and the wedding was absolutely beautiful! We are serious when we say that the view is "breathtaking" ...we searched all over the San Diego area, as far north as Oceanside....and no views even came close to this one! And you can walk down a beutiful path that leads right to the heart of downtown La Jolla! It is an older home, but that's what we loved about it...it had "character" as well! The things we did not care for about the home is that even though the front of the home is enclosed and private; the driveway and garage are located on the corner of a private drive and busy road; so getting in and out is not the easiest; especially when it's rush hour. There also were a few little problems; such as not having a barbeque out on the deck as advertised; and the land line phones were not working(these are the only reasons we did not give this rental a 5 star review); but as I stated before; we were the first renters; so it was a trial run for them too, and we let them know what needed to be improved. Overall, however, staying at this home was a wonderful experience that made the event of our daughter's wedding a most memorable and beautifull one!!!
