“Paradise found at The Cozy Cottage on Lake Travis!!!” Speaking for our entire family, I want to thank you for an amazing four day vacation/experience. Upon arriving at Living Waters, we were immediately drawn into the peaceful, inspirational environment that encompasses the "compound". "The Cottage" was perfect for the seven of us. After we arrived, we sat out on the back porch to admire our surroundings. Bethany arrived to give us some wonderful advice as to what to see and do in and around Spicewood. Her charm and enthusiasm immediately got us all excited about our next few days of activities. Our next activities were from Bethany and Travis's recommendations: visits to the Stone House and Spicewood Wineries and swimming at Krause Springs. I saved the best recommendation for last: The Friday night Tomato Happy Hour with Kathleen. We met so many wonderful "regulars" as well as the other two couples who were staying at Living Waters. It was a memorable experience. Kathleen is an amazing person. After I read her little book that was upstairs in the cottage, I couldn't wait to talk with her. She bonded instantly with our family and the children were taken in by her warmth and friendliness. Little Haynie hadn't come home by the time we left so Kathleen invited us to come back the next morning, bright and early, so that we could meet him. We set our alarms for 6:30 am and we were not disappointed. My grandson Evan (age 10) said that petting a deer was one of the most wonderful experiences he's ever had. We all decided that we wanted to have a pet deer of our own!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to experience life in that little corner of heaven called Living Waters. “Great Location, affordable, clean.” The unit we stayed in Could use some updating (tv upstairs would be nice, updated furniture in living room and patio) but overall it was clean, and a great location at an affordable price. We would stay here again.

“The Cottage at West 1077 = August 2013” We have stayed in Bandera almost every year since 1997 and this accomodation was by far the best we've ever experienced. A delightful, beautifully appointed cottage in the edge of the Hill Country State Natural area and just a short drive from the centre of 'The Cowboy Capital of the World'. The cottage boasts two bedrooms, a lovely bathroom, spacious lounge and even a well appointed kitchenette. The icing on the cake was the lovely porch complete with rocking chairs and table and chairs, perfect for watching the local wildlife and the sun set over the Hill Country. The owners, Mr & Mrs Kirchner, were really friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough for us. They ensured the cottage was topped up with fresh towels and made sure that our stay was as perfect as possible. All in all, we say without hesitation that we have found our Bandera 'home from home' and will visit again (and again)whenever we can. Thank you Mr & Mrs Kirchner, for letting us stay at your wonderful cottage!

“Very good!” Everything was great! The owners were really nice and would respond quickly to any questions we had. The check in process was easy and quick. Equipped with everything we needed, even had board games and beach chairs in one closet. The condo was very nice and clean, everything was working, the views were awesome! Would deffenitly recommend and will be returning soon!
