“Perfect! - We will be back!!” The condo was more beautiful than the pictures! What a great haven for my husband and I and our four teenagers. The kids loved the pool & beach. We loved the kitchen/living area. It was well stocked, beautifully done and a wonderful place to call home for a week. The convenience of the washer & dryer cannot be overstated with the kids. I also had wifi and the desk with the computer station so I could keep connected to my office - a necessity. Thank you Gus!

“California Dreamin'” This is a beautiful condo with all the amenities, including all the kitchenware one might need. Our month-long vacation wasn't long enough. After taking several side trips, if always felt like coming home when returning to the condo. Daily walks on the beach, fishing, whale-watching, and quest for best chile rellenos for starters. Comfortable furnishings in a well-situated condo made this the perfect vacation.

“Fantastic Home, Fantastic area!!!” It was hard to leave our week at Sun and Strands and we can't wait to go back! The home is lovely, the views are fantastic, and the area has a great feel. But renting from Vida was the start of a great experience! She is the most wonderful host. She takes great pride in her beach house and sincerely wants people to have a great time and enjoy their vacation. The accommodations are as described: upscale and well put together. Everything we needed was there, from appliances to beach chairs. Everything was easy. The views (especially the sunsets) are spectacular. There is an easy walk to the main drag to grab a meal or coffee. The beach was a little further to walk to, but the funicular helps if you need it and once down there, it is one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to -- and I've been to many. The harbor is just a few minutes away and the drive to Disney wasn't bad either. We expected to have a great time, it was a vacation. But we didn't expect to fall in love with the area and visit a place to which we cannot wait to return. Thank you, Vida! We'll surely see you soon!

“Amazing!” My family stayed at this house for a week in July. It was great! The house was in a good location, less than a 10 min walk to the beautiful beach. Restaurants and coffee shops were in easy walking distance. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea, and spices. The TV and entertainment unit were amazing, very high tech but easy to use. There was a cute front yard and a nice little back yard with patio furniture and a BBQ. There were bikes to use as well. The owner was amazing! Very easy to get in contact with and very hospitable. He even provided us with a playpen for our son. If we are ever in Long Beach again we would definitely stay here.

“Relaxing and Comfortable Experience” Our family stayed at the Lovely Garden House and just had the best time. To watch our kids play in the beautiful backyard and be able to relax in the cabana under a the palm tree's really made the recooperation process incredibly easy after long days at Disneyland. The spa was great and the kitchen was awesome for framily dinners and a great gathering place. All in all we were so happy here and when we had question's about the area or anything at all, the owner was always available and ready to assist with dinner suggestions and great beaches near by. We will stay here agian when we return next year. Thanks again for making our Vacation so memorable, The Odett's.

“Found a new home...” Lois and I had all of March at the Seal Beach Guest House and from the moment we arrived it felt like we'd found a new home. It's a cozy, comfortable hideaway where you can see the ocean from the deck, hear it too when the waves are up, sit on the deck with a book or email friends with the wifi. We loved being able to walk everywhere - the down town and the pier are only 5 minutes walk. People are friendly, places to eat are good, there's even a barber who'll give a guy a shave with a blade and give you a beer at the same time...life is good in Seal Beach. Lois is retired and I've got a couple years to go but when the time comes we'd like to winter in Seal Beach. Our stay at the Seal Beach Guest House I can honestly say is probably the nicest vacation we've ever had.

“Fantastic” From the moment I booked, the service, response was fantastic. The property had EVERYTHING. Very clean, and well equipped. Comfy beds, plenty of linen. In a secure gated complex. “An absolutely perfect stay in Long Beach” I was over from London with my brother for work purposes. We stayed at this gorgeous condo for one month and did not encounter a single problem. It was fantastic in every way. The location is great - just a few minutes walk from all the bars and restaurants of downtown Long Beach and from the beach and marina. Try the Irish pub The Dubliner - up the road and great fun. The unit comes with two brand new mountain bikes which we used often to pop into town or ride along the beach. The unit itself is immaculate, efficient. large and modern. Everything is brand new. The fittings, furniture and artwork are all of a very high quality. There is a pool, hot tub, two gyms, steam room and extensive barbecue and social facilities. We made use of everything - it was great. The reception staff were fantastic. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. The landlord Tom is a legend. He was really professional, relaxed, friendly and just a great guy in general. For what you get, the day rate is really good value. We would certainly stay here again. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay in Long Beach. This condo comes highly recommended.

“Best beach vacation ever! Location,location location” I just returned from a week in this house on Newport Beach. I the grandma, two adult kids and 4 grand kids ages 5 -12. This house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the two bathrooms were great. Best of all was the location. We could be sitting in the living room,or on the front patio, or cooking dinner and we could watch the kids playing in the sand. The family surfed everyday, and there is a great break directly in front of the house. The little ones boogie boarded every day also. Of course it didn't hurt that we had beautiful weather everyday. We liked not having to bring linens and towels. We knew ahead of time to bring our own beach equipment and towels. Owner was attentive. All around awesome! And did I mention location?
