“Repeat Guys Trip” Been here before and will continue to stay at Liftline. Perfect place, location, convenient to everything you want to do. Great open comfortable layout in living room, kitchen, dinning table that we can all visit together when not in bedrooms. Neat common area where we all jacuzzi which is very large. Also have some late night ping pong after dinner or bar which is within walking distance. Overall, great trip, great snow, great accommodations.

“fantastic” Wonderful condo ... great clubhouse with 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna ... great price! Hope to stay here next year! Ideal location. We have 2 boys and they loved it too. Comfortable beds. Felt at home!

“Great week of sun, skiing and relaxing.” We stayed in the 1 bedroom Platinum Woods condo the first week of March. It started as just my husband and I, then my father decided to join us and after we booked the room, my mother also decided to come along. It was enough space for the 4 of us, although we were not in the room very much. The ammenities were very nice and for the most part, the condo was very well stocked with the utensils to cook about anything you wanted. There were a few little things that are definitly not deal breakers, just things that we noticed like: for the 4 of us, there was 1.5 rolls of toilet paper which did not last long, so that was trip to the store ; also, there were very few places to hang the towels in the bathroom, which doesnt seem like a big deal and probably sounds whiney, but the towels were always ending up on the floor or confused on whose was whose, and not many, so it seemed like we washed towels quite often and there was no laundry soap, so that was another trip to the store. Also, we were under the assumption that the shuttle was included in our stay, but it was $20 / day. We did participate in the timeshare presentation and they ended up waiving the fee of the shuttle. Most of the staff were great, but a couple were rude when we went to the front door for the shuttle to Deer Valley instead of going out the back, but we had no idea. The beds were ok, not the best sleep but far from the worst. We took advantage of the small deck to enjoy the sun. The hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. The restaurants were ok, mostly went to Park City at night. The ski valet service was excellent, although it would be great if the locker room and valet spot were a little closer, but again was a terrific service. The place is huge, but we quickly figured it out the way around. The shuttle service was very nice and the bus system around Park City was great and easy to get to and offered many great options for dinner and apres ski drinks. We hope to be back next year.

“Wonderful Easter Weekend 2014” Dear Park City Vacation Properties, The whole experience, was so wonderful for our family at the Powder Run Condo. It made our Easter weekend fun and exciting. We especially, enjoy the beautiful décor and the home like feeling the condo provided for us all. It was comfortable and very entertaining. Most of all the views were absolutely fantastic, with the surrounding mountains all around. Having Main Street, so close was another special treat for all of us to enjoy. We couldn't have ask for a more relaxing and enjoyable Easter Weekend! Park City, Utah is a great vacation spot for any family to enjoy all year round. “Wonderful stay” Wonderful location, clean and more then enough room for 4 adults. Fully stocked with everything you need. Beautiful view of Pcmr and the leaves were just starting to change. Parking was easy and close to stores so we were able to walk to most. We stay in Park City at least 4 time a summer and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

“Spacious, comfortable, well-equiped, convenient mountain town ho” This is the second time that we rented this condo for a family ski trip to Utah. We would stay here again. The kitchen has everything. There's plenty of bathrooms. We loved the hot tub. We were able to walk into Park City for dinner. There are steps to climb which were no problem for us. The cable package was minimal which is the only thing that kept this out of a 5 star rating.

“Excellent room” The room was excellent, plenty of room for everyone, clean and great location. A little difficultly checking in, this seemed to be on the part of the Westgate. Westgate was very clear with us that we were not on the same level as the guests that had booked through them, this was very annoying. However, the experience with the room and Itrip Park City was excellent.

“Annual ski trip” There were 3 families in the house for 8 days for our annual ski trip. The house was in a great easy location and had a little yard for the kids to play in the snow. The hot tub was perfect and used daily! Everyone thought the beds were very comfortable. The huge mudroom off the garage was invaluable when we all returned from a day of skiing and hung everything up and threw in a load of laundry. The upstairs hall living space with the TV was perfect for the kids and allowed the adults to watch TV downstairs. The living room had lots of games so we formed a new tradition of a nightly apples to apples game amoung all of us. Lots of great memories and laughs.

“Great stay!” Beautiful condo! Nice and roomy. Had all the appliances we needed to cook some of our meals! The only complaint was the sofa sleepers were awful but the king beds were very comfortable! Nice pool and hot tub! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

“Awesome Penthouse!” The condo was beautiful!!! Gorgeous views - very clean - very quiet! We will definitely be going back! The Property Mgmt. company has been highly professional. We will be renting from them again & look forward to returning to the Royal Penthouse! :)

“Awesome Getaway” What a great location! We had such a great time here. So much room for our family of four. The kids played in the snow while mom and dad hung out in the hot tub. Awesome place. Loved everything about it.

“Family Escape” The set up was great, the beds were very comfortable and any problems we encountered were handled right away. As mentioned in a previous review one of the hot tubs was not working but we enjoyed the heat of the working one. We did recommend a few things and having more fans available to help bring in some of the cool outside air was one but that would not keep us from renting again. We had a wonderful time and made many memorable moments with the grandkids. Thank you.

“Excellent Stay” We stayed here in July of 2015. You couldn't ask for a better location. We love ski resorts in the off season and this lived up to our expectations and beyond. The condo has been recently updated. Very nice and very spacious. Two balconies to sit out on and relax. Take in the view of the mountain. The condo was very clean. It has an updated zoned temperature system which was nice for the warmer days. Parking is underground and very secure. Shops and restaurants are right there. Love the lodge community. Check in and check out was a breeze. I really cant say enough about our stay. All this for a great rate!

“Flawless Stay in a Perfect Location” My family and I have stayed at this gorgeous house on several occasions, both winter (with some of the best powder I've ever seen) and summer, and we believe we have found the perfect vacation home the Park City area. The house itself is a turn-of-the-century classic that has been meticulously restored and maintained. There is cable television and wireless internet as well as a reserved parking space. It is built on three levels, with a walk-out patio on the lower level that has a large hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes. The appliances are all new and the interior temperature was very comfortable, indicating a well-insulated home with an effective Hvac system. The most striking feature is the flawless location in Old Town Park City, just a block off Main Street. We typically ski Park City, Deer Valley, and The Canyons. The bus stop for Deer Valley was less than a block away, and the Town Lift for Park City was a few feet further. The Canyons is about a 5 minute drive. Generally, there is no need to ever drive while you are here because everything is so close, including ski rental shops, boutiques, taverns and restaurants, all within a few hundred feet of the house. For Park City, you can ski all the way to the bottom of the town lift and walk the remaining city block to the house. The house has a full kitchen, including dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer to keep your ski clothing fresh. Both the owners and property manager were excellent to work with, and there were absolutely no problems checking in or out of the property. We plan to return this summer and next winter to beautiful Park City and will definately stay at this house. I highly recommend a stay here.

“lovely condo” I stayed in this beautiful condo June 25-28 2015 . The owner Rhonda is one of the most nicest and helpful people . My check in was quick the condo was very clean and organized and you don't want for a thing. its fully stock with everything you need. the condo is located perfect and just a few streets away from the heart of park city. I recommend you stay here you will not be disappointed. Krista Ford

“Nice, but could use maintenance.” This Deer Valley condo was nice. It was a great bargain for the summer! I'm not sure it's as nice as the other reviews made it sound, but it was sufficient! The kitchen is in need of updates, but overall, was a deal.
