“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“We Keep Coming Back for More” We have been to Casa Carlita twice and are planning on a third visit. The staff and property are ideal. We loved the convenience of being close to the action but also that we had our own private home. We will keep coming back for more!

“Felt like home!!!” Henney and team did everything to make our stay feel like home. The accommodations were always clean and I have seen first hand the cleaning process. When people left, a major cleaning of everything was done on all levels. If something was missing or needed, all you did was ask, and it was all done right away. “Huge, comfortable, relaxing” The villa was even bigger than I thought it was from pictures. Everyone had their own room, and was quite comfortable. The kitchen was large and accommodating. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing with a large patio, plenty of seating and the BBQ was a great addition. My only complaints were that the cable was out on the TV (not a big deal, as we weren't there to watch TV anyway), we ran out of drinkable water on our first night there and had to buy our own, and the maid was a bit snoopy when organizing our belongings (she never stole anything, but she touched and rearranged all of our personal items, and seemed to hide some of our items in strange places. Maybe hoping we wouldn't find them?) The location is in a quiet residential area, about a 30-45 minute walk from downtown; a bit farther than I would have liked, but it's a few blocks away from a large grocery store. Overall this is a great rental property. It is considerably cheaper than most other rental options of the same size on the island. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a large private villa in Cozumel.

“Knutson family.” We stayed over Christmas for a week! Enough beds for all 12 of us, one of the upstairs beds was like a rock! All enjoyed the pool, patio table looking over the ocean, where we gathered each morning. Kitchen was not easy to cook in, very small, not handy at all! Appreciated all the purified water, we drank. Maids came every day and did a great job! The villa is very old, wish we would have rented a newer and more updated villa.

“Very Good Time” We have many great things to say about this house. We also have great things to say about the staff. Victor is wonderful. He is quick to address any concern...and help with anything you may need. First class. The housekeepers were wonderful. They were very kind and interactive. The only reason that I do not give 5 stars is that I had an air conditioner in one of the rooms go out two separate times. They were quick to address it however. Also there were never enough washcloths. We will not hesitate to go back.

“Little slice of paradise” Incredible food. Perfect beach. Professional, talented staff. Great house -- comfortable, classy and laid back, all at the same time. Me and a few friends rented the villa for four days in February, and we had not a single complaint. If you are looking for a low key beach vacation, away from crowds and hubbub, this is a wonderful spot to consider. I can't think of a single complaint. Oh, and the view from the SkyLounge -- exceptional.

“Great apartment!!” This place fully met all of our expectations and then some! It was very clean and had everything we possibly needed while visiting playa, from beach towels to bathroom supplies and all the kitchen appliances you could imagine. The cable tv worked great in both bedrooms and we even had hundreds of DVDs if that wasn't enough! The wifi powered three cell phones, a tablet and a laptop without slowing down. We also got as much filtered water as we wanted! The balcony was perfect for that morning cup of coffee while overlooking 26th street. The location was phenomenal and literally a hundred feet from 5th avenue but still in a more quiet part of town, away from the loud clubs so very peaceful! Lots of great restaurants within walking distance! Last thing I'll mention is that the owner, Wendy, was very responsive and helpful!
