“Quit Incredible! Best stay of all in Cozumel” This house is really a treat in every way. The rooms are filled with light and air with gardens in view out each window. We spend a week here with a marvelous host named Marco. Not only was the house well equipped with every thing we needed it also offered a feel of serenity not found often in a renal home. The pool is completely private...no need for a swimming suit! We enjoyed the terrace just outside each bedroom. Each room had its own bathroom also. There are 2 bedroom in the main house with the 3rd bedroom offered in a small cottage located on the other side of the pool. The cottage gives a couple or individual real privacy and is just lovely. Marco is such a unique person offering his guest kindness and a real concern for your happiness. He is articulate, well traveled, well read, spirited with zeal for living. One could not find a better friend. He has a real sense of what a traveler needs for a perfect stay. Easy walk to several restaurants and just 2 blocks for the water, very safe feel to this neighborhood also. I for one will come back! I would not hesitate to recommend this home to any one, even those with the most discerning taste and experience.

“Felt like home!!!” Henney and team did everything to make our stay feel like home. The accommodations were always clean and I have seen first hand the cleaning process. When people left, a major cleaning of everything was done on all levels. If something was missing or needed, all you did was ask, and it was all done right away. “Perfect home away from home” We brought our 11 and 16 year old down here for a month to immerse them in a new culture and give them a little better understanding of the world beyond their back yard. This house was the perfect place to stay for a long-term authentic Cozumel experience. The interior is bright and welcoming, with super-comfy furniture and pretty decor. We loved the neighborhood which is in a residential section. Nice neighbors and daily life going on all around you - not the tequila-blanket-sequined sombrero touristy version of Mexico. The wonderful housekeeper Fabiana is worth every penny. I suggest you have her come in once a week and tip her generously. Once you see her work you will understand why. Kelley is an outstanding property manager as well. She will take care of any problems you have quickly, as well as give you great tips about where to go for great food and fun and directions to it. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time on Cozumel and we enjoyed every minute. The little house-gecko is a great addition as well- sort of a bug zapper with personality. (Also nice if you have pets that you miss. A four legged anything is nice to come home to)We plan on staying in Casa Lucia when we return ( which I hope will be as soon as possible!) to Cozumel. If this home is available when you are planning to visit, do yourself a favor and snap it up. You will get great value for your money and have a wonderful, comfortable,authentic place to stay.

“Awesome experience” We had a wonderful time at the condo. The service and the staff there is excellent and the condo is very luxurious. We enjoyed every moment and took advantage to take a dip in the ocean every morning. It's so great, that the beach is only steps away. “Lux accomadations and amazing views from every room!” My family stayed in the Penninsula Grand resort in July. The condo B4 was well appointed with spacious rooms, a kitchen stocked with housewares and a flat screen TV. Multiple bathrooms made post-pool showering seamless for many adults planning a night out on the Cozumel town! Though really why would you need to leave the building - with a quiet and relaxing pool, pool table, and chef serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Relax by the pool with a rum punch and perhaps the best guacamole you've ever had!!! Highly recommended and will surely go back!

“Wonderful experience” We stayed at Casa Colonial for a week and truly enjoyed it. Sara was a great and attentive host. She was very helpful in recommending and guiding us to all the good (and non touristy) restaurants and shops. She always ensured we were very comfortable. The villa has a very open plan with a beautiful garden, pool and a Jacuzzi. There are a lot of pet tortoises (with whom our daughter played for hours) and humming birds. Once you enter into the villa, it feels like you have entered an luxury oasis. Its very tranquil. Each of the condos is tastefully furnished and since each unit has two levels, guests can enjoy their own personal space. There are hammocks in front of each unit. This is where our teenager spent most of the time either reading or watching surfing the internet on his iPhone (yes, there is a free Wifi, too). The maid service was very good, too. Overall, we had a very wonderful experience. Our whole family enjoyed the stay thoroughly and we look forward to visiting, Casa Colonial and Sara again.

“Exceeded our Expectations” Our 9 night stay at Villa Debra exceeded our expectations. The photo's and the description of the house do not due justice. Debra met us at the airport and helped us get the proper transportation and a fair price to the house. The house was extremely clean and prepared upon arrival. The house is only 50 feet from the water and 60 feet to the pool. The pool was extremely well maintained. The pier is the real highlight as adults and kids alike spent many hours watching the fish, jumping in to cool off and starting snorkeling expeditions. We hired a service to cook breakfast and dinner for 6 of the 9 nights. If you do that - ask for Alex. He was great and became part of the family. It was very reasonably priced. The only negative are mosquitos at dusk and make sure to bring plenty of sunscreen.
