“Fabulous. Just as advertised.” The pool was amazing, having in stayed in various villas at Highlands over the years, this was the winner. So clean, no nasty chemicals and just beautiful. Villa was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. perfect location overlooking the Golf Course, lots of sun all day almost and great to be at the top of a cul de sac with no passing traffic. Not overlooked at all and very private. Great location for the Orlando parks and not too far from Bush Gardens our favourite park ever over the years. Have no doubts! “Supervisor” It was really nice. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed it. It was close to the parks, to publix, restaurants, and gas stations. Only one negative was that there were no phone signal.

“Great Villa for our Orlando holiday” We had a fantastic stay at Marilza's villa at Westhaven. Really clean and well appointed. Kids and Adults made full use of the pool and games room. I would recommend the villa if you are looking for your private space in a well-maintained estate. “Fantastic!!!” Really enjoy staying in the vacation house, Florida Paradise. Felt like we were at home. Looking forward to next year. The only thing wrong was only one television worked in the bedrooms, but we were so busy that when we returned to the house we either got in the pool or went to bed. So it wasn't a big problem. Had a wonderful time.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. Nice neighborhood. We would come back again. :)

“Pool Heating” The house was great! We couldn't use the pool very much because of the unexpected cool weather. The pool was heated when we got there, but the following days it was cold.

“Excellent Orlando Vacation!” This property met my expectations and found it to be exactly as promoted by Florida Spirit Vacation. It was very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. I recommend that the carpeting be cleaned. Thanks Florida Spirit Vacation for promptly coming to look at the pool as we had a concern that the pool had a leak - not so. You even came back to follow up. It gave us peace of mind and the team was so friendly.
