“Wonderful vacation” This villa was more than we expected . Great location , easy drive to all parks. Resturants and supermarket close by. Home is very spacious and nicely decorated. “Birthday Trip” We were in Orlando celebrating my son's 4th birthday and it was great. The house was clean and very maintained. I spoke with the property manager once, and he gave us some great tips for travel and dealing with the heat. The instructions were clear and we enjoyed our visit.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. “Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. “Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Awesome Place to Stay!” Stayed there for a week and had an absolute ball. Villa is extremely clean and exactly as pictured on the website. We had so much fun in the pool we forgot the Villa had a pool table! Definitely booking this one again next vacation!

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with our family!!

“Willow View Villa” First, let me say the home is not what you see in the pics. The home has flat screen throughout. The home was convenient to parks, outlets and restaurants. My family and I stay in Davenport a few times a year but this was a last minute trip and based on pics we were really nervous. The home was clean and kids loved the pool. We cooked out and enjoyed the patio. I had 2 problems that was unfortunately fixed the day we were leaving but it was nature not the owner!. The other was the downstairs bedroom smelled like smoke, we sprayed but was in the linen. Again, it was clean but smelled like smoke and being non smokers it was annoying. We spent most of our time on the comfy recliners or at the pool so it was ok. Thank you Martin!

“Amazing!” This condo made our vacation complete, The condo was immaculate and roomy. It made the stay perfect and relaxing. The location was a little further than I would have liked just because of the traffic, but otherwise, ideal. The only thing I didn't like was the customer service. Booking online was easy, but when I tried to contact the service department to change my stay by extending it, I had to call a lot of different numbers, argue with a number of people, and play e-mail tag with a lot of different departments.

“Home away from home” We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a quiet, gated community that provided us the additional space you cannot get in a hotel room, everybody had their own space to retreat to if needed (you can only spend so much time together when you're away for a week). The only thing I would ask is that general amenities be available in the apartment such as dish/dish washer/laundry soaps, garbage bags and maybe a few spices (at least salt & pepper please)...the items you don't generally pack when you're going out of town but would like to not have to buy and leave behind. Keep the items in a small tub in the utility closet. Other than that, we had everything we needed and we will definitely be booking our future stays in this type of location again, especially when the trip is 3+ days long.
