“Wonderful vacation” This villa was more than we expected . Great location , easy drive to all parks. Resturants and supermarket close by. Home is very spacious and nicely decorated. Pool and game room a real plus for kids. Home was very clean and well equipped. High chair and pack n play were there and pool Was heated as we requested. Would definelty rent again.

“Supervisor” It was really nice. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed it. It was close to the parks, to publix, restaurants, and gas stations. Only one negative was that there were no phone signal.

“Birthday Trip” We were in Orlando celebrating my son's 4th birthday and it was great. The house was clean and very maintained. I spoke with the property manager once, and he gave us some great tips for travel and dealing with the heat. The instructions were clear and we enjoyed our visit.

“Great family home close to everything” We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect and room to spare for additional people if needed. Very well maintained, equipped home. Location was a plus, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. The owner and management team was very quick to respond. Only had to contact them once the morning after arrival, for nothing more than something minor with WiFi. The private pool was a big hit with our grandkids, once the water was warm enough to get in. Definitely would stay here again. Great week.

“Great place to make memories!” Loved having the children and grandchildren all together for a school vacation. We were so close to many venues and didn't need anything but the pool to entertain us once we returned home every day! Spacious house, that was well stocked with linens and cookware. “Fantastic” We could not speak more highly of this beautiful and well positioned villa. The managing agents are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. The pool was always warm and inviting. “Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Wow!!!!” What an amazing home, it has the Wow factor from the second you open the door, equipped with everything you need , providing all home comforts and more. “Such a pretty, quiet place to spend a week” I chose this home for our family to celebrate my husband's birthday because it is such a roomy, well-decorated spot. Each couple in our family had their own room and bathroom and the children were tucked away in their rooms, too. Plus we had plenty of space to spread out in the upstairs lounge or the family room downstairs. We also enjoyed the pool and game room. (I had the heat turned on in the pool since we visited in late November into early December, at an additional charge.) Some houses are under construction on the street, but that didn't interfere in our trip in any way. Both the owner and the management company responded to my questions promptly. I contacted the owner before our trip and the management company while we were on vacation. Both were responsive and equally pleasant to work with, which I appreciated. If you choose this home for your getaway, I recommend bringing a few things with you or you'll need to pick them up at the local Publix once you arrive since these are either very limited or not on hand: hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and dryer sheets (if you think you'll wash clothes) and maybe a few rolls of TP and a roll of paper towels. I'd bring an extra bath towel, too. The location is a bit of a drive to the theme parks, probably around 25-to-30 minutes. The entrance to the Providence Resort is very pretty, but the resort is situated in the middle of nowhere. Again, that didn't bother us, but it is good to know. If you enjoy walking, the resort offers lots of opportunities for walks along the main tree-lined street or around various neighborhoods. Publix is about 10 minutes away and restaurants are a little further. Hope that you enjoy yourselves here as much as we did.

“Great vacation spot!” My family and I stayed for one week and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, nice and spacious. Gorgeous neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and stores. We spent most days out at the pool. Love the privacy of the backyard, it was nice and quiet and we felt completely secluded. We really appreciated that the backyard was “baby-proofed” with the gate to enter the pool area! We were able to eat meals outside and not be worried about our 2 year old daughter slipping or falling into the pool. We did 2 days at Disney and it was great to have only a short drive there and back. The homeowner was very efficient, if we had any questions he got back to us right away. Also the property managers were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Thanks for opening your home to us, we are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!

“Beautiful Home-Definitely Recommend” This home is an amazing home away from home. Has everything available that you would need. Just bring your clothes and your good to go. Plenty of room and very comfortable seating and sleeping. The screened in pool was a wonderful place to spend some time outdoors without worrying about the insects. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions and are very kind! Very close to amenities and restaurants if you decide to eat out, but the home has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals!! Not a very far drive from the airport or amusement parks—very conveniently located. Close enough but not to close! We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if the situations permits. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!!
