“Supervisor” It was really nice. We stayed for three nights and we enjoyed it. It was close to the parks, to publix, restaurants, and gas stations. Only one negative was that there were no phone signal.

“Very Nice Location, Property, and Experience” The booking process was very easy and straightforward. It was much easier than bookings I have done on other sites. I felt my payment and information was secure. The process of checking in and getting access to the condo was very efficient as well. There was a minor hiccup with the entry code, but the customer service line was able to correct it right away. The house was nice and spacious. It had everything we needed to ensure we had a proper vacation. While there were some initial headaches, the owner and customer support line were always there to ensure we were satisfied. The location was great. it seems that there is a lot of development going on in this location. There were multiple places to eat, and shop. It was not far from all of the main attractions. Because of its proximity to I-4, there was minimal traffic. The pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. I met a lot of nice people there. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful vacation that is close to all the great things in Orlando.

“Perfect short stay!” This house felt just like home with a few perks! It was comfortable, spacious and I loved the decorations and feel to the house. The pool was good, but the perfect plus was the jacuzzi! Everything was ready and perfect upon arrival to the property, and we were sad to go when our weekend vacation to Disney World was over. “Such a pretty, quiet place to spend a week” I chose this home for our family to celebrate my husband's birthday because it is such a roomy, well-decorated spot. Each couple in our family had their own room and bathroom and the children were tucked away in their rooms, too. Plus we had plenty of space to spread out in the upstairs lounge or the family room downstairs. We also enjoyed the pool and game room. (I had the heat turned on in the pool since we visited in late November into early December, at an additional charge.) Some houses are under construction on the street, but that didn't interfere in our trip in any way. Both the owner and the management company responded to my questions promptly. I contacted the owner before our trip and the management company while we were on vacation. Both were responsive and equally pleasant to work with, which I appreciated. If you choose this home for your getaway, I recommend bringing a few things with you or you'll need to pick them up at the local Publix once you arrive since these are either very limited or not on hand: hand soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent and dryer sheets (if you think you'll wash clothes) and maybe a few rolls of TP and a roll of paper towels. I'd bring an extra bath towel, too. The location is a bit of a drive to the theme parks, probably around 25-to-30 minutes. The entrance to the Providence Resort is very pretty, but the resort is situated in the middle of nowhere. Again, that didn't bother us, but it is good to know. If you enjoy walking, the resort offers lots of opportunities for walks along the main tree-lined street or around various neighborhoods. Publix is about 10 minutes away and restaurants are a little further. Hope that you enjoy yourselves here as much as we did.

“Great vacation spot!” My family and I stayed for one week and had an amazing time! The house was beautiful, nice and spacious. Gorgeous neighbourhood, close to many restaurants and stores. We spent most days out at the pool. Love the privacy of the backyard, it was nice and quiet and we felt completely secluded. We really appreciated that the backyard was “baby-proofed” with the gate to enter the pool area! We were able to eat meals outside and not be worried about our 2 year old daughter slipping or falling into the pool. We did 2 days at Disney and it was great to have only a short drive there and back. The homeowner was very efficient, if we had any questions he got back to us right away. Also the property managers were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. Thanks for opening your home to us, we are looking forward to coming back here again in the future!

“Beautiful Home-Definitely Recommend” This home is an amazing home away from home. Has everything available that you would need. Just bring your clothes and your good to go. Plenty of room and very comfortable seating and sleeping. The screened in pool was a wonderful place to spend some time outdoors without worrying about the insects. The owners are very quick to respond with any questions and are very kind! Very close to amenities and restaurants if you decide to eat out, but the home has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals!! Not a very far drive from the airport or amusement parks—very conveniently located. Close enough but not to close! We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if the situations permits. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

“Great Family Memories” We give this home an A+!! Everything about it from the appearance, to the owner (Liz), to the location, and the management company combine to give you unprecedented good customer service that insures a great experience. Everything is geared towards you! The house is actually even nicer than the pictures depict!! We had 5 adults and one child stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the layout. Our granddaughter squealed with delight when she saw the Mickey Mouse room. She even asked to go to bed several nights!! We enjoyed going to nearby outlet malls, Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants close by, and even grilling out on the patio while family members swam in the pool. The game tables in the garage provided some lively competition. The greatest compliment you can give a place is to say you would return again. When we come back to this area again, Pilgrim's Paradise will be at the top of our list to stay at again! Liz made everything run smooth and was a delight to work with!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with our family!!

“Very comfortable stay - enjoyed every moment of it!” Very spacious accommodations. We stayed 2 families with little girls who were very anxious to see Disney World parks. The condo was perfect for our stay, we were just about 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom so we were there in a snap. The resort is beautiful and we can't wait to come back again. There are multiple swimming pools, one close to condo's building, another one - bigger and open until 10 pm - near the club house / reception. Another similar size pool at the restaurant area with little white sand beach, volleyball net and table tennis. Also we enjoyed playing tennis on the real hard court surface near reception, very good quality and with lighting. When you need a day off from visiting parks and all these crowds staying on the resort is the great option. Shopping is very close to the resort - 7 minutes drive to Walmart, so you could get anything you need, open 24 hours. We also recommend buying tickets to all attractions at the Walmart since there is a small discount vs buying at the gates. Overall - great experience, highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely come back again!

“Willow View Villa” First, let me say the home is not what you see in the pics. The home has flat screen throughout. The home was convenient to parks, outlets and restaurants. My family and I stay in Davenport a few times a year but this was a last minute trip and based on pics we were really nervous. The home was clean and kids loved the pool. We cooked out and enjoyed the patio. I had 2 problems that was unfortunately fixed the day we were leaving but it was nature not the owner!. The other was the downstairs bedroom smelled like smoke, we sprayed but was in the linen. Again, it was clean but smelled like smoke and being non smokers it was annoying. We spent most of our time on the comfy recliners or at the pool so it was ok. Thank you Martin!

“AMAZING Condo!” This was by far, hands down, the best place to stay! This condo is set up well, decorated adorably and fully equipped with anything you can imagine you would need. “Great stay in Davenport” The Villa Serenity was exactly that. A beautiful home with a very warm feel. The view from the back door was my favorite, overlooking the built-in pool looking back into the lagoon. Close to parks. Very clean, we would highly recommend staying at the Villa serenity, and we plan to do so again.
