“Total Relaxation” The location of this condo was perfect. A 2 min walk through the Turquesa grounds to the beach was no issue at all. Across the road everything you need for stocking up on groceries. Multiple local eateries and lots of very friendly Dominican residents who are very helpful and friendly. We stayed at Turquesa last year at a different condo and must say that we were very pleased with all that this had to offer. Very comfortable,with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen(important for those who like to cook). Theresa was very professional and attentive to all of our requests and made sure that we were very well taken care once we arrived by introducing us to Liz who was locally managing our stay. Liz was on hand for any questions that we had and responded right away. Loved it so much, we have booked again in 2015.

“Better than excellent!!” We've traveled many times to the DR and we never had such a wonderful , relaxing holiday. The manager/owner Liz goes beyond customer service, she made us feel like family. From the start of our reservation on line Liz was remarkable, she answered all our questions immediately. We traveled with family and Liz was able to make available two other condos for the family traveling down to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Each and everyone of our group will definitely be returning. The condo had absolutely everything we needed along with a beautiful breeze on the balcony and close to the vast private section of the beach and all the restaurants. If you do not feel like cooking lunch you can order at the beach from the wonderful restaurant called Citrus. Very reasonably priced and great food. Within 3-5minutes there are over 6 wonderful restaurants The Bartender in the pool is always ready to make you an excellent drink. The grounds of Playa Turquesa were immaculate as was every other section of this gorgeous property. We will return in the near future.

“Highly recommended” We spent the week of New Year's 2013/14 enjoying Casa Phil. The house is exactly as described, and the photos accurately reflect Philippe's beautiful home. The home is closely located to the beach, actually a 5 minute walk. We enjoyed running on the beach daily, as the beach extended for many miles. On this beach, there are a lot of restaurants and bars which we enjoyed as well. Philippe is a very gracious host. He was extremely helpful in arranging all of our transportation needs, from taxis to and from the airport, to renting dune buggies (which he builds himself), and a quad. He was always checking in on us as well, making sure that everything was ok, and whether or not we needed anything. We can't thank Philippe enough for making our vacation so memorable. We highly recommend Casa Phil to anyone interested in a vacation in Las Terrenas, DR.

“Paradise” This condominium is impeccable and very roomy. I was skeptical about The Dominican but I've told everyone I know that this is the nicest place I've every been to in the Caribbean. About 8 minutes from the airport and the views from the living room were magnificent! We felt very safe. the pool and beach are literally a step over the back veranda. Comfy chairs on beach. The Sanctuary Hotel (on site) and restaurant is luxurious, but I would prefer to stay in this condo. Tony's liaison Carmen was kind enough to escort us to the condo and then take me in to town to buy groceries, and housekeeper anna was a delight and wonderful cook. The Marina is breathtaking..felt like we were walking around in Venice. Planning and communicating with Tony was seamless. Can't wait to return with entire family.

“A week of tropical relaxation!” Ivan, We have been home nearly 2 weeks now but find ourselves still thinking and talking about what a wonderful time we had. We found the condo exceptional. The attention to detail in the condo was impressive. That along with the beautiful view from the condo and the great location of the condo on the property made it truly seem like the perfect accommodation. A short 4 minute walk to the beach or another short 5-6 minute walk to the Mariner Restaurant and two larger pools. We cannot say enough about the staff of the Fishing Lodge. It seemed they went out of their way to anticipate our every need. Delicious food, entertainment, cleanliness, hospitality and excellent service along with the beauty of the condo and resort provided us with a very memorable vacation. We hope to visit again. “Better than expected” We loved our stay at Seawinds. The apartment was clean, spacious, exactly like the pictures, on a beautiful development and right at the deep-blue and turquoise ocean - the view is just breathtaking. The condo itself is well maintained and has all the appliances you need and more, nice big flatscreen TV and two great balconies with furniture. It was also very nice that things like suntan lotion and dishwasher detergent were available, so you don't have to buy all that stuff. There are plenty of plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc. The water heater broke during our stay, but it was quickly repaired the next day. We did have a couple of issues: 1) the water pressure is looow, it was so low that I couldn't get the jacuzzi to fill and I gave up after 45 minutes (pretty sure water pressure can't be fixed) 2) there was no manual in the apartment to explain how to use the WiFi (the password, that it works great on the balcony and the pool, but not in the bedroom), the TV, the water heater, etc., but we worked around that. The condo complex is also well maintained - there were people daily cleaning the pool, removing fallen leaves, etc. Loungers and chairs at the pool(s) are plenty and comfortable (there are 4 pools, but they're all really close together, so it feels more like one big pool). The water in the pools was a bit nippy, not something we would hang around in for hours. In fact, the ocean was warmer. There were hardly any other people, so if you like it nice and quiet, this is the place. The complex is about 20 minutes walk over the beach from most of the restaurants and we walked there every single night - very romantic in the moonlight! There are plenty of restaurants on the beach, from very simple to quite exquisite. Especially La Casita de Papi is worth mentioning. Activities also plenty (to participate or watch from the pool area) like horseback riding, kite boarding, windsurfing, etc. We would definitely recommend this place - you will not be disappointed.

“relaxation and well-being” The time spent in Bungalows Natura Village was great. It was wonderful to wake up in the morning with birdsong. The garden is beautyfulas is the pool. The owners are very nice and available for any need/suggestion. 2 very nice beaches within 5 minutes walking distance. The fruit smoothies are wonderful. I have to return there soon!
