“This place is awesome!” We were so happy with our Vegas experience. Franco and Kay were amazing hosts. We arrived on Easter for our 8 night stay. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find hidden Easter eggs in the yard along with candy filled baskets for our 3 children. The house was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, game room and even the dog Copper. We found all of there suggestions very helpful. Franco even got us free tickets to a magic show on the strip. In short, we loved this place and would go back again if we were to visit Vegas again.

“Wonderful Family Home” Our family had a wonderful time in your beautiful home - everything we needed was there - nothing was lacking. There was plenty of room and sleeping arrangements for everyone! We were able to drive to the snow to go sledding for the day and then come right back and play board games the whole night. What a wonderful way to re-connect as a family! “Outstanding Home” First time using Flip Key. Needed to rent a home that was wheelchair accessible for my dad. On the day we were to arrive, my dad had to have emergency surgery and couldn't make it. I'm glad we got this home. It is only a five minute drive from the airport, yet we felt completely safe and the area is very quiet (except for the occasional horse whinny!). This home is all on one level. Very misleading exterior - looks much smaller - until you walk in and see how large and open it is. We were there for a week and I was just starting to learn where all the rooms were by the end. Rooms are great - 4 bedrooms - Crazy large master bedroom and bath suite! The master shower has 3 shower heads. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of towels. Great kitchen, huge game room with pool table, large screen TV, stereo, bar. Front loading washer and dryer. And the outside - Perfect. Large enough for any group. Nice pool and outside bathroom. Nice touch with the outside stereo system. I would love, love, love to stay in this home again. Our entire family that came (9 of us) all loved the house. Thanks to Carolyn helping with anything we needed (which was just a couple of questions). Help these folks out by renting there home - you will not be disappointed!

“A great house for a family vacation!” We had a lovely week in this house during our recent family reunion. The home is large enough that everyone has privacy, and most of the decor and features are updated. However, it is casual enough for families with small children to feel comfortable. The best part of this house is definitely the outdoor pool area - beautiful fruit trees, a huge deck area, and a fabulous pool. The location is lovely, a short drive to town but removed in the hills. Walking distance to a great park, the Natural History Museum, and the Santa Barbara Mission. The secret perk that makes it feel luxurious is the white towels - there are tons of them in each bathroom!
