“Birthday Trip!” I do believe this might have been the funnest trip I've ever taken in my life. Having every single thing just minutes away from you was such a delight and such a pleasure to not have to drive around constantly in the car. This community is gated and seems like a really fun place to actually buy a vacation home. Actually, while we were there we looked into it and might be doing the same thing that this particular person is offering on TripAdvisor as well! First of all, the house was just absolutely amazing... Bigger than my own home even. It was just me, my son and my husband and our house was absolutely humongous. We actually had thought we would have another family with us but it fell through. Everything was clean and perfect. There were many things like dishwasher, laptop, printer, hair dryer, straightener, toiletries, food! When we arrived, we already had some basic needs that were furnished To Us by the owners. It was such a treat to see that they really cared about us to furnish those things! There was a perfect screened in porch out the back over looking a little bit of a water marsh where we got to watch the birds everyday. The wildlife in our particular yard was extremely delightful. From frogs to lizards two birds two cranes we had an amazing time when we were relaxing at home. To my delight, there were also three swimming pools in the complex. One of the pools were in the middle of the community which was right down the street from our home, then there were two others inside the clubhouse which were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the hot tub and sitting underneath the shelter when it started to rain. Since I knew it would be very hot and we would be extremely exhausted, I asked for a maid service halfway through our vacation and I'm so happy I did. It was nice to come home after dinner to a 100% clean house with clean towels and everything perfect. I recommend that you get the service as the cleaning lady does an excellent job! The next time we booked our Walt Disney World vacation I will be using this home again without a doubt. Even though we stayed 7 days, we still did not get to see everything that we wanted to. Next time we come down we are doing 10 to 12 days for sure and cannot wait to come back to Vista Del Lago. I was really surprised on how many friends we made while we were there!! If you are looking for a family home that could easily sleep 7 people, please do yourself a favor and book this, you will be so glad that you did!!

“Excellent location!” The house was very clean and well maintained. It was a short and easy drive to the Disney parks and Universal. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day of walking in the heat. It was a perfect size for my husband and I,our two grown sons and their fiancés. A great alternative to staying on Disney property because it was like being in our own home. Laree is fantastic to work with!

“It really is our home away from home” Six consecutive annual rentals speak volumes about our satisfaction with 16150 Egret Hill St. We are equally pleased with Ronnie and the rest of the Eagle Management team all of whom are a pleasure to deal with when the need arises. The owners are continually updating and this year we found a beautiful new flat screen TV in the living room, which was my recommendation from last year.

“Perfect for everyone's needs and in an excellent location!” From long before we arrived we knew how excellent a villa this was, as the owner and the management team were so incredibly helpful and willing. Including the management team assisting me with purchases to go in the home before I arrived and Susan the owner answering all my crazy questions! In fact I'm going to miss our email chats! On arrival in the home we found everything perfectly clean tidy and in order with an excellent welcome pack to see us through before our big shop. Being a mum of young children I was delighted with the huuuge washing machine and dryer. We need these in the UK. The children loved the pool and the games room and spent lots of happy times there, as did the adults after the kids had gone to bed. We unusually chose not to hire a car and we got around no problem. Disney, particularly animal Kingdom is only a short distance away and universal is only about 25-30 mins. I prebooked a lot of journeys with a company called happy limo who were absolutely outstanding in their punctuality and ease of booking. Anyway back to the house, every bedroom was perfectly appointed with all you could need. The living areas were very spacious even with 7 adults and 2 children. We never once felt on top of each other. The shop and communal pool at Windsor hills is a nice short stroll away and Windsor Hills itself is very clean, well laid out and very secure indeed. I could not recommend this house highly enough and am very pleased I chose this one. I spent weeks and weeks searching villa rentals before settling on this house so I learnt a lot about the different features and prices of villas and I do feel that this one fitted the bill perfectly.

“Excellent!!!” I absolutely loved the condo! It was very spacious. We were in florida for the theme parks and beaches and the drive to all the places was reasonable

“This condo, for the price, was a very pleasant surprise!” We were in Orlando to see our granddaughter play in the basketball tournaments at Disney Sports Center. After visiting my son/family's Disney suite we were glad to go back to this bright, clean and attractive condo. Disney was dark and drab! If you are looking for a cheery and clean condo for the right price, call Malcolm and he'll try to please you in every way. It's only 1.5 miles from Disney.

“Good overall” I booked this villa through Orlando Vacatios. I have been vacationing in Orlando for over thirty years and have stayed at budget friendly motels and high end hotels. This was the first time I tried a villa. My primary reason for wanting to try the villa was for the private pool. I love to hang out in the pool, but often do not when staying at hotels because they are usually very crowded. Prior to booking the villa I read as many reviews as I could find. Many of the reviews expressed conflicting opinions and I wasn't really able to make a decision based on them, with that said, my experience was mostly positive. The reservation process was more complicated than it is to book a hotel, but not so much so that it was an issue. I received all communications and emails as promised. I received the entry code prior to arrival and the instructions were very clear. I arrived at the villa at 5:00 pm and used the code to enter with no problems. The villa was located in a very nice neighborhood within a few minutes drive from all the attractions! The villa was clean and appeared exactly as was pictured on the website. I would almost go as far as to say it was perfect. There was a large flat screen tv in the living room. The tv in the master was small and should be replaced. Flat screens are so cheap today I was surprised to see an old tv like that. This is a rental. It is not a five star hotel. If you are expecting five star accommodations you will be disappointed. If you understand the you are staying in a rental property you should be very happy. I hand no issues what so ever with the villa itself but did have a problem with the pool. I was told that I would not not pool heat as I was staying in Apeil and it should be hot. When I arrived however, the water in the pool was a brisk 65f. I asked to have the pool heat turned on but it takes two days to heat a pool, so I was not able to use the pool on the first or second days of my stay. By the third day, the water in the pool was 84f and beautiful!! On the fifth day the pool heater malfunctioned. By the time I was able to resolve the issue my trip was over. The management company was polite and refunded my money. But the whole reason for renting the villa was for the pool, during a 9 day vacation I was only able to use the pool for 3 days! Huge dissapiintment !!!!
