“Great location” We have rented this home or the adjoining big house every summer for over 25 years. We love the location and the owner takes great care of this property. This particular cottage is modest in size as well as amenities, but it is always clean and well kept. When we did have issues, the owner was very quick to react.

“Setting on a salt water pond was special” House was impeccable and comfortable. The setting was worth athousand words. At Christmas the owners even put up Christmas lights on the deck overlooking the pond. The kitchen was well equipped except not enough wine glasses. Any maintainance problems were quickly solved. It could have had cozier carpeting and better lighting for reading. Other than that, the decorating was simple and in good taste.

“Nausett Beach Closed due to Piping Plovers” Love the house but for two years in a row the beach has been closed due to birds. It is very stressful to book a house and not be able to enjoy the beach that is close by.

“Super house!” We loved the location, cost, and the fact that this is a house with all the comforts of home. Lots of space for the kids to spread out (they slept on different floors!); dishwasher, microwave, and full fridge; washer and dryer = easy vacation. We also liked going home with suitcases of clean clothes since we did laundry during our stay and before leaving (and it was great to come for a week without having to pack clothes for two!). Nice short walk to beach or drive into town.

“At the beach!” This house fit all my needs.It was near the beach,not too expensive,quiet and private.The only negative that I come up with is that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

“great spot” Have stayed here every year for about 30 years! My parents rented it when I was young.Very nice cottage-has everything you need.Neat and clean. Great new kitchen!Great location. Close to Nauset Beach at the ocean and various boat launch sites if you need them. Also w/in 10 minutes from Skaket Beach and Rock Harbor on the Bay.

“Orleans vacation home” This is a newly-renovated, newly-furnished home & was supplied with all the 'amenities' of home!! We enjoyed our stay & the location. The owner of the property thought of everything for our comfort!! May I respectfully suggest to the Realty staff to let customers know they can check out by putting their key in the box at the office. We didn't see it & were waiting around for the office to open at 9:00 a.m. We called & the very nice answering service woman told us we could drop off the key.

“Excellent” I have been renting 18282 for the past 8 years (at least 3 times a year) and, needless to say, I will keep coming back as long as I can. The employees at the Rental office, plus the owner, couldn't be nicer and more helpful. I wish I could spend more time here but always enjoy every minute. The location is perfect and the house is more than I could ask for.

“Full moon and peace and quiet” We loved the house for its privacy, quietness and location near enough to the village of Orleans and the beaches. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people who love to relax, read and have no interest in any hot night life. The house is tiny but the big deck and open lawn give a lovely spacious feeling. We had a very relaxing time of it.

“Best rental Ever” This was the best and most lovely home we've rented in our 42 years of Cape rentals. Everything was provided for our comfort ,including umbrellas and raincapes which we thankfully did not need! The house is so light,airly and comfortable!

“Great Beach Vacation” This was a great "beachy" house with very nice updates to the kitchen & master bedroom. Our only wish was that the porch area was fixed up (a lot of the furniture was in need of repair and the porch needed a good cleaning) and we wish there was some sort of out door area (patio or deck). Those two things would have made the house perfect. It was in a great location and the perfect size for a family with 2 teenagers + a friend + grandparents that came for a few days.

“Fantastic Location on the Cape!” The two separate apartments was perfect for us. Our two young adult sons could stay up late without disturbing us and when we got up we didn't have to worry about waking them up accidently (eventually, just on purpose:o). The view of the ocean from the decks was just beautiful with the nice beach just a short walk across the dunes. Plenty of nice restaurants in Orleans and East Orleans. We couldn't have scripted it any better.
