“Fabulous time” Hi Bryan, We have just given the keys to Frederick after an absolutely delightful stay at in your beautiful place. The gracious comfort and hospitality offered by your unit and the surrounding property was surpassing. It was an incredibly special time for our family- the beach, the pool, the town, the dining but most of all the awesome penthouse. Stunning views outside and comfortable living and eating spaces inside.Truly a vacation to savour for a long time and warm our hearts as we return to the icy north. Frederick was the consummate advisor and advocate. You have an excellent manager in his auspices. He demonstrated an appropriate oversight of your property and our needs entirely without being intrusive. His advice during our stay was most helpful. Understandably, our kids and their families, are conducting an impassioned propaganda campaign for a repeat performance next year in PV. They are all enthralled with your place and the PV experience. “Beautiful new renovations” We are in agreement with the review Elle wrote and wanted to add a little more. We rented another apartment in this same building (I think there are 3 total)which was also freshly renovated. It turned out to be perfect for us because the balcony for apt a was too dangerous for our 2 year old who wanted to explore everything. The back end had a wonderful little nook to eat outside in the fresh air where there were safer gates. We stayed at 3 places over 2 weeks and this one was the cleanest :) There seemed to be ants in even 'the best' condos in town (where our friends were staying) but not a single one to be found in ours. There are always lots of birds to wake you up in the mornings, no matter where you stay it seems, but our kids eyes lit up with excitement whenever we heard the rooster calls that came from within the neighborhood. We slept through the calls in the mornings, as long as we closed a few windows at night. The beach towels that were provided make packing and laundry days sooo much easier/lighter - so thanks for providing that and the tons of hanging space and drawers. There were two large fan with easily adjustable speeds and the lighting was adjustable as well. Beautiful and spacious - many thanks.

“Amazing!” Had a wonderful time in San Miguel with my mother and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful apartment. Very creative and comfortable with lots of sun, great views and enjoyed the attached balcony and amazing rooftop terrace. Owners Charlotte and Wolf were very friendly and extremely helpful; the caretakers were great as well. Perfect location, nice neighborhood and convenient to lots of day-to-day needs. Can't wait to go back!

“Wonderful ajijic” We just got back from 6 amazing weeks and absolutely loved it. Bob and Sharon are excellent hosts, very welcoming and always ready with advice on local attractions and pointing out all the lovely little nearby markets etc. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and you could not beat the location. One block to the lake front and malecon and a couple of blocks to the plaza. There are an abundance of great, reasonably price restaurants, all within walking distance. This was our first trip inland Mexico and we look forward to our next stay in 2014. I should also mention that the weather was great !

“San Fransisco rental” We found this weekly rental to be clean, centrally located and reasonably priced. We used it mostly for sleeping and storage as we explored this bustling, lively town most of the time. It was very central to the many sites and activities offered in the town. For what we needed it was perfect. The photos are accurate. A bonus was hot water without a long wait for it. We enjoyed the view of the lit church steeple from the small kitchen window in the evening.

“Oasis in the city!” The anthony Quinn studio was perfect! Clean comfortable and quiet. Lynn was incredibly helpful when I emailed and she was very understanding about my need for some peace and quiet. (I moved from another location in SMa - that was a cacophony!) The view from the roof top deck was nice and the studio, itself, has a very light airy feel. There is some beautiful tile work in the bathrooms and around the fireplace.

“i am reborn” what an amazing experience this winter was,[dec 1-feb17] with these wonderful hosts. i admit reluctance describing how great it was because then there will never be a vacancy!! everything written in the previous reviews is true. i especially liked their friendliness and sociability while respecting my privacy and need for quiet time. ajijic was a wonderful choice for a first-time snowbird and this location was perfect for me. several local acquaintances expressed their approval with very 'green' eyes.

“Magical Views and Perfect Location” My wife and I just spent two terrific months in alice's Palace. Alice was a gracious host and the apartment was comfortable, safe and cleaned five days per week. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the sites in the center and no hills to climb. The outside, covered patio is a great place to relax and spend time or to host get-togethers with your friends. The views from the patio and the apartment windows are spectacular. What makes alice's apartment special is that the views are available from the living spaces and you do not need to climb up onto a roof to enjoy the views. Spend some time here and the magic of San Miguel will work it's spell on you. We wanted to return to alice's Palace next april but someone beat us to it. We will be back.
